Just another week til finals end. Ugh… why would you do that to yourself? Though I’m trying to get credits for dance, while taking it downtown, but yours are hard core classes (at lest I’m assuming so).

I don't mean to do it to myself, but I have a lot of requirements to fulfill to get into a program to train me for my major. My college did not allow me to take any Science classes last year because of my low math level, so I'm behind in my studies by a year. Hence, I go to summer school.

I need advice. Please help me.
Here's my problem: my family is moving this summer to another country. I am a junior in high school, which means I will graduate at the end of next school year...in another country. The only thing I need to be able to graduate early is one more English class.
If I did graduate early, I would still complete my last year of high school, but I would have the high school diploma from the school I'm at now.
Should I take the one class I need over the summer so that I can graduate and get the HS diploma before we move, or is there really no point? Does anyone have any advice? it is desperately needed and greatly appreciated.

If all you need is one more class to graduate early, I would suggest taking it. My family moved between my Junior and Senior years, and it was just to another state, but I ended up having to meet new graduation requirements my last year. Taking two extra semesters of History is not a fun thing in any way...And there's no telling what differences there might be in graduation requirements from one country to another. Take the one class. It's better than running the risk of being forced to attend extra classes with freshmen and sophomores to meet the new school's requirements.
Good luck with that move, by the way.

Thank you for the advice, Alutian. That makes a lot of sense.
And I agree that taking two extra semesters of History would not be fun, especially if it isn't your favorite class.
In my case, it is an English class that I have to take, which happens to be my least favorite subject.
Does anyone know anything about taking classes online over the summer? Or should I see if I can take the class at one of the schools?

Take it at school. Online courses look like they would be easer, but they really aren’t, especially over the summer. You have to be extremely self motivated and even then it’s hard to do. It will honestly just make your life a whole lot easier just taking it over the summer… a lot of times summer classes don’t require you take a finale as well which is a nice added bonuses!

I just found out we will be leaving halfway through the summer break, so I may have to take it online after all. It depends how long it is. Thanks for all the help and the info.
