I'm certainly going to do it here. It's going to be halfway through the tournament when the feature is going to be used.

Last year, Omi and Deitric were allowed upgrades before their final fight as a way of saying "Here's something to bring to make the fight fun for everyone." They got to choose what it was.
This year, when there is 16 fighters or less left, I'll put it into action and allow each fighter to propose one addition to their character's profile, mainly turning it up to "Level 4".
Now I must go.

That was when Omi developed his Knavish Eye mutation- ironically, it didn't actually come in handy nor even be used until a competition that took place a whole year later.
And now of course, it came in handy in limited amounts Round II.
