i don't smoke, so I don't even know what they are in the midwest...my fiance smokes, but he is supposed to be quitting....we'll see how that's going when he comes out here to visit...lol

I live in the suburbs of Chi-town, where it's bout 6 bucks. Chicago proper, though, like 10 bucks a pack.

Eh, don't feel too bad. It sometimes cost more to quit than it does actually smoking. Have you seen the price for those nicotine gums? One pack of 12 costs about $30 here. I highly doubt 12 pieces of gum would stop a weeks worth of smoking xD

Canadian currency isn't worth as much as American currency but we charge anywhere from ten to fifteen bucks a pack. I don't smoke but I know people who do and Jebus Krist it's so not worth the money. I die inside a little thinking about how horrible it'd be to be addicted to them. XD
