And I feel that the fight between Tao and Ki-Ji is going to take a while, mainly because Tao resists fire and Physical, Ki-Ji Nulls Phys, and has that new nifty armor that does dat awesome stuff. and even with Tao's Fire Break, Ki-Ji has that HP Regen.

It'll most likely end with Tao retreating. If she can't use her claws, she's at a disadvantage. Though expect Jiki to be known by the embryon after the part. Should give you plenty of potential fodder. ^^
Oh, Rednal, at this point, I'm claiming Tao as a full-fledged character, not just a redshirt. Can I do that?

Standard Embryon characters were expendable. Seeing as Tao rarely fights and isn't all that strong to begin with... She's a mostly harmless fun character. As far as I can tell, at this point killing her would just be a jerk move.

Note that regeneration skills, unless stacked heavily, don't fix more than a bit of damage... if you only have a low-level one, then throughout the whole fight you MIGHT recover 1-2 hits' worth of HP.
