But I LIKE the guilds. At least there is some form of control in the guilds. *grumbles*

The reason that the guilds aren't included is because the guilds reside on a separate set of servers...

Well, that's the way that it used to be, anyway. Back when there was a Captain's Guild, there was a thread in there of guild suggestions. One of the rejected suggestions was about being able to move threads from guilds to the main forums and vice versa. There was a myriad of reasons why they wouldn't implement that, I'm sure you can think of a few, and at the bottom of the list was that little tidbit...
