RUN: BRUTEFORCE.EXE Throwing his bodyweight counter-clockwise, Shouyin would bring the staff around, timing the swing so as to smash the wrecking ball into the oncoming clone's hip, relying on his own ultra-upperbody strength to attack quickly enough to hit the fellow before he could effectively duck or jump out of the way. The Shadow flame encompassing the ball would flare up wildly as he turned all about as well.
Regardless of whatever happened with the first guy, the half-golem would continue his spin, pushing stone from his palms into the shaft of the staff to increase its length enough that the ball would smash into each of the five surrounding Shadows one after the either, starting with the one behind Shou and to his left. While it was only a 360ยบ rotation overall, the half-golem would use Sokugoku to 'see' what happened to each potential victim as his eyes fell upon the next one.
After the spin Shou would force the ball to smash down into the ground and grind to a halt.
Sadly, the man was way too pumped to notice all the suspicious stuff going on.

Saiyamoru Saiya sighed again, pulled off her shoes, and tugged the covers over her. Not that she needed them--her ancestors were there, the mass of shapes curling over and around her shoulders like a huge coverlet. SO, LOOKS LIKE THE AUTHORS KINDA FORGOT ABOUT THIS. The next morning, there was a loud crash at the door as Siat punched a hole through. "GET YOUR SKINNY ARSE UP, NOW!"

::Shouyin would hear a thud followed by the sound of chips hitting the floor. The sound of a staff with a stone ball at its end, impacting a black palm, as the one main attacker caught the ball dead in his hand. The hairline fracture across his hand were visible only by the sound of the broken bits of black hitting the floor. The shadow flames lashed up engulfing the mans arm, and despite the sight of his clothes ignited in flame, he didnt scream our cry out. It was as if he couldnt.
Immediately the four circling clones raised their right hands, and the stone staff found itself covered in black runes very similar to the runes that were placed on the wall Shouyin errected, they flew up the ball and down the staff.::
Heh heh heh...
::A small giggle was heard from a chair a few feet away as the shadow women laughed and gently flicked her wrist.
The 5th clone which had taken to staring straight forward at his own shadow which had stretched to connect to the attacker, pushed down sinking his hands into the shadow turning it thick. And immediately casting runes out to connect it, to each of the other shadows and the circumference between them. With the 6 shadows connected, without warning they splattered outwards.
A 20x20 square of space with Shouyin and the attack at its center was now covered in a very thing black veil, Shouyin was barefoot, that was true, but his feet were no longer on the ground. A thin layer of black prevented contact. It was something about being able to watch the fight from a distance without threat of harm, that let her figure out the trick.
As surprise faded, Shouyin would feel the runes ignite and shatter across his staff, turning it into stone bits which fell down, and found themselves absorbed into the black mat. The main attack, whipped his arms outward casting off the flames, and crunched his crumbled fist, letting each of the loose pieces fall, and then assumed his fight stance. Waving for Shouyin to bring his worst.
Meanwhile, the other 5 clones, had taken to digging their hands up to their wrists into the shadow mat on the floor and staring intensely at the fight going on.::
I suppose its time to see how well much you've payed attention to your studies...your going to need to do more than throw rocks...
::She called out to Shouyin with a giggle. And an innocent smile.::

Saiya dropped gently to the rooftop below Siat's window, skittered across the tiles, caught herself, and looked up. She probably should have slept with him. He knew she had a bounty, and perhaps a lingering memory would have kept him from reporting her quite so soon. Most likely not. Men were bastards. She could have killed him, but Saiya wasn't a murderer, or at least not much of one. It always turned her stomach. She had taken the money. He had given it to her, sort of, and she would need it. Behind her, the ghosts chittered angrily. They didn't want her to leave; they wanted a relationship--more importantly, an heir to their line. Then they could leave off protecting her, at least until either her or the child died.

Oh dear.
Siat, having established that there wasn't anyone in her room anymore, looked for her. It wasn't hard, she was -outside the window- for ******** sake. He decided to do the scary thing, and teleported behind her with a moderately loud VOOMPH sound.
"Hiya."

He decided to do the scary thing, and teleported behind her with a moderately loud VOOMPH sound. "Hiya." She whirled around, nearly losing her balance on the tilted angle. She flailed desperately for a few moments, then fell over. "Ow." Saiya glared. "What do you want?" Then--remembering--her eyes went wide. "You said I could keep the money," she protested, scooching away.

He smiled and disappeared again, then reappeared behind her, arms wrapped around her waist before she fell over. In another loud VOOMPH sound, both of them disappeared and reappeared in the clouds, and naturally began to fall.
"I said you could keep the money whilst we trained."

It took a moment to sink in that she was falling. Well, it would, wouldn't it? One minute you're on a rooftop maybe thirty feet above ground level, next you're stuck half in a cloud. It was that moment that saved her from screaming. Instead, she managed to stuff a fist into her mouth and whimper through the cloth. It's not that Saiya minded heights--she didn't. She minded the idea of falling from heights.

"So, let's see how you deal with high-stress situations!"
Siat seemed very much under control, even if they were simply plummetting at an increasing speed.
"In a few seconds, we'll be at our terminal velocity- that means that we'll fall as fast as we're gonna fall. After that, we'll start your training."

"Sadist," she managed, trying to compose her ohgodohgodohgodohgodi'mgoingtodiehereandnowandohdeargod instincts because those are really crummy last thoughts to have and-- The ghost swarm poured into her, vanishing into her body with dizzying speed--Nothing. Saiya unconsciously relaxed. She stared up, out, looked down once. Then she gave Siat a horrible look. "What is the point of this exercise, if I may ask?" she said, her voice flat--although quite clear and loud, to be heard over the air rushing past them.

"Well, it's to find out the best way to raise the amount of surface area your body occupies, meaning you slow down."
He was smiling, grinning, even. He looked as though he had everything under control which, for the most part, was true. He then noticed that he still had his arms around her, and tightened his arms slightly- he couldn't let go of her, if he did she could be in real trouble.

He then noticed that he still had his arms around her, and tightened his arms slightly- he couldn't let go of her, if he did she could be in real trouble. Saiya looked down again, thoughtfully. "And I don't suppose you have a parachute, do you?" she murmured, very nearly to herself. "You'll teleport, then, or whatever you've termed it. And while I'm certain this is most entertaining for you, it might be a good idea to do it now. It's rather cold up here, and I've not even a single sweater." As if confirming this to herself, she checked her pockets.

"Oh come on, think about it. What's the best way to make your body block off as much space as possible?"
He didn't do anything to help her, really.

"Good!" Because he wasn't spread out, he re-latched almost immediately, they teleported back into his flat in another loud, firey VOOMPH.
