~Kuro Haiiro~ "I dunno.. anything you have in mind?"He looked down at her kindly. "Hm.. Well..We could walk around in town, maybe get a drink." She smiled and sat up straighter as a bright red firework burst above them, and kissed him lightly before leaning back again.

Yeniu travels around the woods more. She's curious about the place. It somehow seems familar to her. She stops in a clear area.

Anne raised an eyebrow at what Alan was holding. It looked like some ordinary object, but her mischievious side told her to take it. She stood up straight and looked the general in the eye before lunging out and knocking it out of his hand.
"Damn you!" Alan shouted, getting ready to withdraw his dagger, but out of the corner of his eye he saw the object crack and a bright light shone from it. He covered his eyes and soon, very soon, the white light emitted from the palace and could be seen from miles away.
"Shield yourself!" Anne shouted as she too covered her eyes, not wanting her coronas to be fried.

Leidan wasn't sure what exactly he had gotten himself into as he shielded his eyes from the incredibly bright light. What he most wanted to know was why that light was so damn bright. It hurt, even with his eyes shielded. How strange. He tugged on Anne's dress, and whispered, "What's going on?" his eyes still covered.

Anne moved closer to Leiden, eyes still shut tight, and buries her face in his shoulder. "Alan," she replied under her breath, "the damnable demon. He's opened the portal to Serapis."
At the moment, General Alan was in distress. He couldn't control the blinding light nor could he escape without losing his eyesight. All he could do was be a sitting duck until everything was clear. Damn.

Startled, Leidan wrapped his arms around Anne, and said, "Serapis.. that's where you came from, right?" He was still confused, his eyes still closed, with a frown wrinkling his brow.

~Kuro Haiiro~ "Hmm... what is a mutton joint without a drink?" ------- After searching the castle for a few minutes, Skai ran up to the top floor, looking into rooms. The pain had stopped, but something wasn't right. "Damn." She muttered, stopping to lean against a wall, her forehead pressed to it, the splitting pain of a head ache now affecting her vision. She straightened after a moment and began walking again, making her way slowly, back down the stairway.

She only nodded and prayed that someone would notice the light from the general's tower. Surely someone could see it and come in for investigation. She gritted her teeth in frustration and waited, burying herself deeper in Leiden's embrace.

Though he still wasn't sure exactly what was going on, Leidan tried to comfort Anne by rubbing her back, and mumbling reassurances into her ear.

Skai stumbled as she reached the last step, falling onto her knees. She looked out through the window nearby, and quickly stood up. There was a light blaring from General Alen's tower. "What in the world.." She quickly ran right back up the stairs and towards the tower. As she reached the door into his rooms, she hesitated, but then turned the nob, forcing the door open. "What's going on in here?"

Even with closed eyes, Alan knew the light was dimming. He squinted toward Skai's direction and nearly hissed upon seeing her. But seeing the sight of Anne cowering was enough to even leave him grinning.

Skai looked inbetween Alen and Anne through the bright light, her eyes squinted. Alen seemed to be having a good time watching Anne cowering. She growled, and walked over to the tall man. Why was it, even when she was on her guard at the ball, she hadn't noticed the presence of evil around him. She frowned and smacked him right in the back of the head. "Just what do you think you're doing!?"
