He sighed.
"I don't have much of a choice, do I..?"
He let his forehead collide with the table.
"Do as you wish... Stupid reflexes..."

With the lycan's permission Aliiza stood up and stood behind the vampire's looking at the book.
"Is that his name? Sai?" Aliiza asked. Her whip continued to pull at the hilt bobbing their heads still flicking their tounges at the book.
"You are very good," she said to the lycan, "and don't worry about your reflexes...they'll become better in time. Remember you're still young and newly turned."
She turned her attention back to the book and the two vampires. "I over heard that you two had been seperated," the succubus said, "how long has it been?"

She smiled, deciding to be nice and hand him back his book. "Here. Show it only to who you want."

Adrian looked at the girl. "493 years," he said as though he had been counting up to the second how long it had been. "I think she's too distracted with Sai to hear you." He teased his sister in the comment.

He clutched the book to his chest for a good whole minute before starting to draw again.
"Who I want means no one..."

She threw a deathglare at her brother. "I don't care if your my brother! I'll kill you if you don't shut up!" She fought back the blush threatening her cheeks.

"Oh, that is a very long time to be seperated from someone you love," the succubus almost whispered..."I loved once."
Her scourge sensed it's mistresses sadness and began to twist around her right arm. It seemed as if they were trying to comfort her. She began petting them with her left hand and took a seat next to the three.
"I hope you don't mind if I join you," she said, "It's been almost a decade since I've had an actual conversation and pleasant company."

"I highly doubt that, Aithne. You love him too much to kill him."
He stated, his head buried behind his sketchbook.

The small blush finally made some progress, tinting her pale, cold cheeks a soft pink. She pouted, crossing her arms and averting her eyes to the side. "S... see if I care!"

He laughed as his sister's blush and looked at the other girl. "Fine by me. I enjoy talking with people. I'm Adrian by the way," he said, holding out his hand to her to shake, just like he had done to Sai.

Aliiza watched the two bicker lovingly and stole a side glance at Sai. She leaned over.
"What are you sketching?" she asked.
She looked at Adrian quickly but was still captivated by the sketch Sai was doing, "Very nice to have met you, I am Aliiza."
"If you don't mind me asking, Adrian, where are you from?"

He sighed again and shook his head.
Deciding it was no longer safe to sketch in silence and undisturbed...ness, ((I'm having a vocabulary problem today... ah, shoot me.)) he closed his book and placed it on the table; a foolish move because now anyone could grab it.
He mumbled something incoherently.

"Nice to meet you too Aliiza. I was born in Munster, Ireland. Close to what's now Cork," he said in his heavy accent.

She quickly snatches the book, sure to grab it before anyone else. But hugs it, not opening it, as though to protect it for him. But it was obvious it was more of a reflex for her.

He gave the female vampire an odd look, but then just shrugged it off, letting his forehead collide with the table again in defeat.
