"I think a bath after might be preferred. We never seem to bath in it regardless so bathing after might raise our chances of actually bathing." and gave a small laugh before shaking his head, holding Leo close, burying his face in his neck before kissing him. "You do not stink. At all." And opened the door to the bedroom.

Alvaro gave a pleased growl, taking Lewis' lips. "If we were not meant to babysit I would show you the many ways you're my queen. For now I must suffice with simply saying that you are. Yes, you're my queen, my king and my husband. And the one I cuddle with at night."

Alvaro nodded, looking at the babies. "They're non-identical twins." he mused. "It's hard to tell now, but I wonder which parent they'll resemble most when they're older. With Elliot it was more than obvious, you remember?" and chuckled, not wanting to let go of his little messy-haired grandson.

Elliot couldn't even pretend to be surprised, allowing himself to meet the door, the quickness of Leo's hands was the surprising aspect, somewhat. "I've missed you." and grinned, stealing the kiss back, working on the other's dress, cursing his country's clothing for being thick and layered. "I wasn't expecting to eat either. Perhaps I'll find me a snack between our sessions." And his snack was quite obviously going to be a certain part of his husband's anatomy.

Elliot smiled down at the other, breathing through his nose before kissing his husband again. "Don't speak." he murmured, lips curved into a smile before kissing the other again, "I love you too, Leo." He stroked the bangs out of the way, resting his forehead on the other's gently, silver mixing with cerulean as he kept his loving smile. His weight was spread out from his knees to the elbows on either side of Leo's shoulders, a hand reaching up to gently stroke his cheek, another soft kiss being given.

Elliot gave a loud purr, burying his face into the bruised neck, each one caused by the lynx himself. "If this is all it took to help you then we might need to move back to our weekly schedule." and moved to lay down beside him, keeping Leo in his arms. We'll discuss this in the morning." and felt the pulse of the heartbeat beneath the warm skin, hearing the small breaths Leo took. Elliot closed his eyes to the lullaby meant only for him.

The lack of dinner made the prince wake up ravenous the next morning. He groaned, uncurling from his husband and rolling onto his back. Hm, the temperature was dropping, quickly rolling back into his previous position and holding the warm body close.

The prince smiled, giving a small purr and kissed the corner of Leo's mouth. "We'll need to bathe first." and sat up, running a hand through his white hair. "We'll bathe, then pick up the children. I assume Uncle and Father are going to feed them. If that's the case we'll pick them up after breakfast." He stood, walking around and opened a door to the bathroom which was now attached to the bedroom. "Do you think they'll keep them all day?"

Alvaro awoke just as quickly as Lewis did as the babes whimpered. "What's wrong?" he asked, sitting up and getting out of the bed before his eyes could even focus. He walked toward the blurred image of the prime minister, focusing on the trembling babies. He reached out, touching their faces for signs of cold. "What is wrong with them?"

"He won't hide he knows better." and turned on the water, "I think he's under the assumption I still hate him." Which wasn't true, now it was a mere strong disliking, much like how he disliked doing his father's paperwork but still did it regardless.

The white ear twitched at the word husband and he glanced back with a raised eyebrow and a smile. "You're being incredibly formal this morning. And we'll see them at breakfast." Maybe Leo was still exhausted, but after last night Elliot couldn't blame him. "I think we'll go for a walk later. How does that sound? You've been cooped up since we've come back." and helped Leo into the water before getting in himself.

"What on earth are they frightened of?" Ghosts? Alvaro gently tried to shoosh the babies, and with Lewis bouncing them they silenced, but the trembling hadn't. "That would be best, yes. We'll go to them now. No time for changing! I'm sure they'll calm down once near their mother."

Elliot relaxed across from Leo, enjoying the hot water he knew was going to stay clean. "I need to stop by mother's grave first. I've been far to forgetful in my visits. I'm sure she'd love to see you." But looked at leo with a curious smile. "You don't remember them at all?" Actually he wasn't sure they had any, everything had been so busy and filled with politics they had rare time for relaxation.

Alvaro looked at the babes, concern growing with each step until they were forced to stop. "I don't know. You stay here and comfort them, I'll go see to them all right?" and kissed Lewis before walking down the hall. He knocked on the bedroom door but with no response, he opened it cautiously, finding the bed empty and moved to the bathroom, peeking in. "Oh, you two are decent."

Elliot looked over curiously. Normally his father waited until after his baths. "Is something the matter?"

"Your children are trembling like they're frightened."

"What?"

"They woke up like that we don't know what's wrong."
