THINGS LUCAS NEEDS TO WORK ON:
stop beating on the genin. even if it is in the attempt of teaching them to be humble and respect their seniors.
stop drinking booze and drink tea... (tea will take a while... booze will happen eventually... san will see to it.)
going crazy... well... appart from nearly tearing appart the residential district as it was being rebuilt Lucas has been doing ok... still could work on it though.
be more humble.
look up the meaning to manga. well... he travels... never really had time to get into any manga.
get better at shinanagins without being to crazy about it.

last time he was telling me i could call him aniki and continued on about how he was better than me... so i proceeded to prove him wrong... all i did was bust up his hands a bit... james wasn't to keen on what i did though...

WOOW wahmbulance its not my fault your short.... and puny.... and it was a wiii bit worse then just my fists, besides it was a good way to start a spar blaugh
