Crimson brought a huge piece of chocolate cake into Silver and had a sandwich and a piece of cake for himself. "Here you go Silver, thought you might want some chocolate." He then sat down on the bed and started to eat.

Silva woke up early that morning. He got dressed and started to strech. He then prosedied to exercize starting with 50 one handed push up. he was at about 40 when he saw master Crimson. "Good morning master. How are you this morning?"
