Haven, turned into a cloud of white smoke, as he went along the streets. He had heard that the Kage was back in his office once more. As such he would head there in order to get his headband. The cloud of white smoke entered the building, passing the female waiting at the door, and entering the office. It then took the form of a young child, Haven's body slowly. "Hokage, I wish for my headband now please. I came here earlier to find you were not here, and I just missed you as I had been entering the Academy."
As the young Hatake walked around behind the Hokage's desk an ANBU moved to intercept her, but Masahiro stood and held up a hand, staving off the shinobi who attempted to stop her. The elder Hatake looked back to his ANBU and shook his head.
"She's in a delicate position. Let the girl go, she fought the UHV and kept her mother and brother safe. A headband for my daughter is the least I can let her have." Though as he spoke he kept his eyes following the girl's heart, her chakra flowed primarily from there, at its strongest it flowed from there, then lightly anywhere else.
Still he said nothing, waiting for the girl to exit before turning to the door, looking to it and the girl who was beyond it he spoke up.
"Ah, come on in. Sorry about that, Suzume, correct?" He began, when suddenly a young boy materialized from smoke within his office.
Looking to the boy, a Kemuriton user, one of three he had met in his lifetime, he then pulled out a dossier from his desk, setting it in the middle where the medical and housing folders had been a short while before. He thumbed into it, looking into the boy's identity.
"Haven Harumi Hachikozi, Bukijutsu and Genjutsu specialist. Interesting combination. Covering one's weakness with a pursuit of power instead. Seven years of age, intriguing. For your instructors to already put your dossier into my hands for promotion to Genin. Your record is excellent, but I am worried, however, about your lack of physical experience, your naivety to the world outside of the village and the academy. Rumours persist of you murdering your father, but I'll chalk to discussion for a future time." The elder man would then reach into his drawer, shuffling through to grab a headband with a white cloth and toss it to the young man.
"You have my blessing, but I will keep a close eye upon you." The Hokage called to his student, then turning to look into the doorway to see who would arrive.
Suzume [Jiton] rank :: genin - class :: genjutusu & genjutsu - chakra :: 480/480 - stamina :: 30
xxxxxxxxxxxxxSuzume moved out of the way quickly as a woman pushed past, seemingly frustrated. The dark haired genin scrunched up her face with distaste at the exit, but didn't have time to enter the office at the Hokage's welcome. A cloud of smoke passed her. She flinched at the sight and covered her mouth instinctively, but it was already inside and speaking to the Hokage. She waited a few heartbeats before walking in, catching something about a later discussion. She watched the Hokage grab a headband for the little boy and wondered how he could have received it so young.
When she noticed a pause in his talking, she spoke. "I came for the same reason, Lord Hokage." She felt weird asking for the same thing as a kid. At least she was polite about the whole thing. Maybe that was something that came with age. Though Suzume doubted she would have ever zoomed past someone in a cloud of smoke as a child. And hey, how did that kid do that anyways? Suzume had never heard of a technique that could do that, but then, the kid probably hadn't heard about iron sand. Few from the hidden leaf did, but that was to be expected, as no one studies Sunagakure clans in the academy.

Haven listened to the Kage's speaking only to close his eyes for a moment. Haven felt the need to slightly correct the Kage in his assumption however...and would do such. "You would be wrong, I am not covering my weaknesses with pursuit of power. I am intending on being an extremely defensive shinobi, learning genjutsu is an easy way to avoid being trapped in genjutsu, and learning the way of the samurai, allows me to wear heavier armors which can be used easily for defense against almost everything else." He stated his reasoning for choosing the two focuses of jutsu he had chosen, as he grabbed the headband out of the air. Tying it around his upper arm. "Also, Hokage, I might be naive to the world as is, but I do not simply follow without question. I assure you that I am not as simple minded or childish as other children might be." He informed the kage, as he turned, looking at the female whom he passed earlier for a moment, and then turning into smoke as he would leave the office.
Hiro arrived noticing a wisp of smoke headed away from the office. After just witnessing the small child get his arm cut off and then reattached via smoke he assumed he had just gotten his headband as well. Hiro hurried up towards the office and arrived to find a dark haired girl standing in front of the Hokage silently. Hiro took advantage of the situation and stepped into the office speaking up "Hello, I am Hiroshi Tarou. I hope I am not interrupting, but I believe you are handing out headbands, and I would love to get mine as well." he said with a bit of an easy smile. Hiro remained a few paces behind the girl as he rubbed the back of his head. He didn't want to barge in front of her, she had after all been there first, but he also wanted to try and save the Hokage some time by allowing him to kill two birds with one stone. Hiro remained still as he looked at the two before him, examining them with much more than his eyes. The girl was young, but she had a surprisingly large chakra pool, bigger than his even, undoubtedly she was getting her headband for genin rank. The hokage however, was much older, and his chakra could only be described as immense. Hiro had never felt so much and could hardly refrain from staring at him as he waited.

Satemy after getting back from a very long mission had been taking a break. Until very recently lounging about had been his only concern. However break time had ended an he still had much to do. It was probably time he found the younger ninja an gave them a little training. before he could do that it was high time he checked in with the Hokage.
entering the building of the Hokages office he quickly made his up the stairs an into the area of the Hokages office. Stopping short Satemy noticed quite a few life forces in the area. Coming an going as they saw fit. Does no one respect the mans position anymore? Satemy thought to himself as he waited off to the side.
Some gennin were just haphazardly asking for head bands like they owned the place. Satemy sighed shrugging as he did so. The Hokage would know best how to handle his own village Gennin in the end, wouldn't he?
No matter it wasnt his job to worry about such things. Satemy stepped from his out of view spot so the Hokage would be able to see him clearly an shrugged off the hood of his cloak. Making sure not to make eye contact an keep his head bowed. Genjutsu ninja of his skill generally didnt want to offend there Hokage after all.
Dropping to one knee Satemy waited kneeling until the Hokage had time for him to be addressed.
Minato walked into the office caring very little about knocking and noticed how many people were in the office. It was almost getting claustrophobic for her. Reminding her of the prison she was in not too long ago. Sighing she let go the memories of that place for now and focused on who was all in the room. Counting the numbers and memorizing their features then rolled her eyes as she saw someone kneeling before the hokage. Yes he was the leader and she knew this as well but that didn't mean treat him like a damn king.
None the less she waited for her turn as she wanted a mission to go on. One that was going to test her new found abilities. Something to make her go all out against the enemy should she have any. Her eyes narrowed with the thought of going up against the UHV even. She didn't know how missions worked, were assigned, or anything of the sort. All she knew was the fact she wanted to beat people down and or kill them at this moment.

Emi walked into the Hokage's office expecting to see Ryo, but saw someone else instead. So she and Nanami stood off to the side of the open doors waiting for people to clear out. Why did power change so quickly in Konoha?
You and I, wrong or right Traded a lie for the leverage In between the lens in light You're not what you seem
As soon as one Genin appeared, so did many others it seemed. Masahiro remained seated behind his desk as they approached, and he took care of them in the order with which they approached him. First he had taken care of the Kemuriton youth, Haven. A truly strong willed youngster indeed. Then approached young Suzume, while older than Haven, she was still a youth in her own regard, and that youth was what Masahiro envied in these students of his.
A thin smile met his lips as he looked to the young girl, looking down to his pile of dossiers he thumbed through hers for a few moments. Double Genjutsu, suspected Kekkei Genkei, almost no physical aptitude to speak of whatsoever. She would have been the perfect candidate for Ivilice Takamatsu to train, had she not been sent on official business elsewhere. Still the man smiled with tight lips before speaking to her.
"Suzume, of course you may receive the reward and duty granted from finishing your years of due course to the village Hidden in the Leaves." The Hatake spoke, his voice monotone as he reached down into the drawer at his right hand, pulling a headband upon an amethyst coloured sash out.
Inspecting the headband for a few moments he then slid it forward towards the girl, eyes inspecting the others in his office as it quickly filled up. More genin, his daughter returning, and on the sight of the last, his eyes narrowed and he clasped the hilt of his tachi but he didn't openly strike out. He did not want to raise alarm in front of his genin, but here was a shinobi listed in the village reports as dead, kneeling before him. Masahiro turned his attention to the next genin to speak up towards him, looking to the young man. Hiroshi Tarou.
Picking up the dossier labeled with the boy's name, he inspected it for a full minute before speaking to the boy. Sensory and Ninjutsu specialty, low physical scores, but high chakra focus rates. A common theme today.
"You're not interrupting, Hiroshi. Yes, here." He handed the boy a headband with a white sash.
"I expect the best of both of you, please don't feel any trepidation to ask me for assistance." He spoke, dismissing the pair.
Then turning his attention to the young woman with the white cheetah and his own daughter as they sat in separate states of wonder. Moments like this he wished he could read minds like Kein had been likened to doing with his sharingan, but still Masahiro forded on.
"Emi Hyuuga and Nanami, I have your dossier here and know that you've not yet met me. Minato, you still seem ill at ease, perhaps a mission or some physical work could ease your tensions. If the two of you could meet me at the river in a couple of hours, I will have a mission for the three of you there." The elder Hatake said as he looked to the pair.
As a few moments passed and the others filtered out to begin their training, he would look to the man who wore the appearance of a dead Jounin in his office. His eyes narrowed once more and he stood, shutting the dossiers and headbands in his desk, locking it tight underneath him.
"You. You wear the facade of a dead Jounin. Tell me who you are." The Hokage demanded of the man as he tightened his grip on his tachi, staring at the man, his Sharingan eyes whirling as he inspected the man.

I apologize, but you missed the last Bloodline Check before this one and have not been in the last two Konoha Character threads, I cannot accept your character as suddenly having returned.
Hiro smiled warmly as he took the headband and fastened it. He looked at the hokage and gave a small bow speaking " Thank you sir, I hope I don't disappoint you." he said with a happy smile as he turned and left. Now that he had his headband it was time for him to really begin his training.

Satemy stood as the Hokage did also. Surprised by the mistrust suddenly shown. Of course this was a different Hokage after all. the chances of him just trusting the word of Satemy at first meeting were pretty slim. So in hindsight this all made sense.
Taking a breath Satemy let his cloak fall to the floor. The sound of many metallic objects could be heard as it landed effectively disarming Satemy from his mundane weapons.
Raising his gaze to meet the hokage slowly after a moment Satemy gave him a disarming smile. If the man was so willing to stare at him so intently he either had no idea what his arsenal entailed or he wasnt afraid of the sakkugan that now studied him." Greetings Hokage-sama. I am as i appear to be. Satemy, Kurama." He didnt say anything further giving the man a moment to maybe remember his name before he spoke again. " Please be at ease i am your loyal servant an ally. I have just returned from a failed mission. I understand your mistrust for how i was instructed to simply disappear you may not have been briefed. That is also understandable as the UHV had just attacked us so it was the perfect moment to vanish."
Satemy pondered the problem he now faced. But wasnt exactly worried about it either. The specifics were no doubt on there way to the Hokages desk as they spoke. Maybe he should have extended that vacation a couple more hours.

It became clear to her that her father needed some time alone. Her eyes narrowed to this unknown Jounin coming in. So then her eyes darted over to the woman who she'd be going on a mission with. She didn't know what the mission a going to be about. But she didn't care either so long as she got to hit someone. Sighing softly she turned on her heels and then walked out. Not before grabbing the purple haired woman's sleeve pulling he along with her. [exit to the river]

Emi would only sigh and shake her head at the goings on before she was dragged off by the smaller genin to the river. Nanami would give a hiss in the direction of the white haired male then trot off after her tamer.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxSuzume waited patiently as more ninja pooled in. He handed her a headband with a beautiful color and did the same with another genin. Then he told them they could ask for assistance and she finally thanked him. "I appreciate it, Lord Hokage. Thank you." It was unusual for her to be so humble, but she couldn't respond with 'of course' to his invitation. She then hurried out of the room before she could eavesdrop the other business or open her mouth again.
"Then I will leave you here, under ANBU guard until the arrival of said paperwork. My ANBU will utilize a four part strategic setting to ensure that, if you are who you say you are, and you grow restless before your approval returns, you cannot utilize Genjutsu to escape their watch-net. Any attempts to do so will result in the releasing of my Oinin Corps and the unaffected ANBU Corps to dispatch you with extreme prejudice. I am sure you understand, but with the gift you bear, much like my own, you cannot be allowed to simply go free until we know, for sure, that you are not a knife pointed at our throats." The Hokage stated, his Sharingan eyes swirling as he looked the man over, stood, and made his way out of the room.
As he reached the doorway he would speak once more.
"My ANBU are informed to contact me in a specific pattern, when this information comes through to me, then we shall discuss further. I am sorry if you cannot agree with this, Satemy Kurama, but this is the way it must be, for the sanctity of the Leaf." Masahiro finished as he opened the doorway and tread through it, patting another ANBU on the shoulder as he passed down the hallway.
"Pinwheel protocol is enacted." He told the man, before exiting the building.

Until matters are resolved, this is all I can work with, I have others waiting on me.
