Drago didn't react to her tone of voice even though it scared the hell out of him. "I wasn't in my right mind at the time." He said truthfully. He was so angry that night that he stopped thinking all together. "I read that people can only see them when they witness someone die. I had no idea that something like that would ever happen to you. Why didn't you tell me? Did you not trust me enough to tell me?" He wanted to know why she would hide something like that from him.

Alison Nikolai 3rd year Gryffindor Yes this picture is me "Oh please." She snapped, "It's not that I didn't trust you, but do you really think I'd like to bring that up? Yes I know what you're going to say," She said impatiently, rolling her eyes, "That you trusted me enough to tell me about your dad. Well maybe I don't like talking about all I've been through, and why should it matter? Would you have loved me any less if you knew that I could see thestrals since I was 9 and all the garbage I've been through? And if you wouldn't have loved me less," she continued on, "then what on earth does it matter anyways?" She looked back to her book and read a few sentences, but wasn't really taking in any of it. The words had no meaning for her, she was too distracted now.

Drago looked down at the empty plae in front of him. The smell of food making him sick instead of hungry now. "No, I wouldn't have. I would never love you less. I hate how I've atced. I hate how I didn't listen to you. I hate how I yelled at you. I'm a peice of trash to add to the garbage you've been through. All I can say and truelly mean is sorry. I am sorry for what I did, and I wish with all of my being that it had never happened. That I can go back in time and make myself listen to you." His voice cracked as he talked. All of it coming from the heart.

Lena
Quietly humming the sorting hat song, which was stuck in her head, Lena walked into the Great Hall and began walking towards the front of the Hall, looking for an empty seat. She found one and sat down, looking up and down the table at all the delicious food that lay in front of her. If she had the appetite, she would have tasted a bit of everything, but there was far too much variety. Lena therefor made her choice, took two pancakes, a few strawberries and cheerfully began eating.

Alison Nikolai 3rd year Gryffindor Yes this picture is me Al didn't know what to say now, Drago had taken all the nasty words right out of her. She put her head on her arms, and folded her arms on the table. She knew he meant it, but she just wasn't sure if he'd do it again... "How do I know you're definitly not going to to this again?" She said in a soft voice. It wasn't full of anger or anything else now, just the emotion that she felt; confusion. She didn't know what to believe, do or think. She wanted to believe him more than anything, but she didn't want to get hurt like that anymore. She knew they'd have some fights, but what he did was bordering the line where you couldn't let it go.

Drago was quiet for awhile. How could he show her that it would never happen again. "Because I won't let it happen again. I'll get a journal. I'll do anything to prevent this from happening again. Like I said. The anger is gone. I don't have dark thoughts. I don't even see him anymore when I close my eyes. It's all gone. Give me the most painful truth potion and I'll say the samething. I'll do anything you want, to prove it. Anything." He looked her streight in the eye as he said all of this. Please beleive me. He thought.

Lucas- 6th year Gryffindor Lucas walked into the great hall once breakfast started, rubbing his eyes like a small child. He ate a fair amount of breakfast, but couldn't eat any more until he saw Fionna...where was she? He needed to apologize, say how sorry he was, do anything just to have them be friends again. She was all he really had at Hogwarts that could take away all the pain and dread of the full moon. It might only be once a month, but that was enough to mar his whole future. The ministry surely wouldn't hire him...he frankly had no idea who would. Please Fionna...just believe me, I didn't want to ever hurt you or make you angry... He knew he was asking for a near miracle. 'Trust me blindly' was basically what he was saying. Who would? He was stupid enough to believe she might have liked him, and now he'd have to pay the price of his arrogance by losing her.

She took his hand in her and leaned against him. She would believe him for now, even though she'd be a bit more careful. She didn't want anything like this to ever happen again. She'd never give it the chance to happen. She thought she could see the change in him but wasn't going to assume anything, wasn't about to sit here and fool herself. What if she was wrong? Then she'd feel awful and it'd be even more painful the next time it happened.

This weekend had been very crazy and the craziness was still continuing. She wondered how long it would all last, but could not fathom an estimate. Fionna walked into the great hall with her mind elsewhere. She didn't notice Lucas sitting at the Gryffindor table until she was almost close enough to sit down with him. She wasn't sure if she wanted to. Fionna was still pretty angry about him sneaking out and then missing quidditch practice. She stood there a moment just staring and trying to think of the best course of action.

Drago gave her a weak smile back. "I won't break your trust." As she grabbed his hand, he noticed a bruise on her arm. "How did that happen. It looks like the shape of a ball. Does it hurt?" Why hadn't he notice it before? It looked panful. Still, he was in shock that he never noticed it. Did she have that last night? He asked himself.

Lucas- 6th year Gryffindor Lucas ruffled his hair again, just a little bit, when Fionna walked in, to hide the gray spots. He rubbed the tiredness from his eyes, but the dark circles would have to wait until the next morning to be gone from his face. He looked up at her when she was standing there, looked down again, tried to think of something to say and looked back up. "Er, hi...Fionna..." He mumbled a bit. Knowing this wasn't enough to actually get her to possibly consider the idea of even being friends with him, he said, "I'm really sorry. My mum just really wanted me home and I couldn't say no, you know how moms get, and...I just don't want to sound all sissy to you but I'm really sorry..." He flushed a bit because he knew he was lying. He'd always been a horrible liar...but if the headmaster had already told her the story, then she was more likely to believe it.

"Just the hazard of being on the Quidditch team." She shook her head. "No it's fine, I barely even feel it." She began to eat now, feeling much better than she had when she started eating. She had her appettite back, her boyfriend back, she saw Lucas down the table so now the team was complete...things were looking up and she couldn't be much happier than she was right now unless it was a weekend and she had no homework. Then she might just find herself floating.

She felt kind of silly just standing in the middle of the table though. After a few more seconds hesitation, Fionna sat down across from Lucas. She was silent for a moment before saying, "Hey, alright sure, but I try to be a tolerant person, but you stepped over the line twice within twenty four hours." She looked down for a moment avoiding his eyes. She wasn't sure if she was ready to forgive him for his mess ups. The second was slightly more understandable than the first, but it still wasn't excusable. She didn't ask very much of the quidditch team. Just to show up, stay focused, stick together, and try their hardest. To be honest, Fionna wasn't very hungry anymore. She had the temptation to just stand up and leave to go to class right now.

Lucas- 6th year Gryffindor Lucas beamed as Fionna was looking down but stopped fairly quickly when she didn't look up. He stepped over the line...he knew he had. She might be tolerant, but he knew he may have pushed it too far. He had really liked her, so he knew it must be more painful to have someone you like hurt you than someone you don't care about. His hair seemed to wilt with disappointment and he looked down at the table as well. He didn't care how gray his hair may appear right now, he just wanted Fionna back. He would've begged, said something, but he knew that it would just annoy her. If he kept begging for her forgiveness and bothering her for it, the less likely she was to actually give it. He would've asked how sis quidditch practice go, but considering that he should've been there, it would've just been inconsiderate. He would've asked if he missed much in lessons, but didn't for the same reason. What could he say? He needed to say something, the tension was palpable. "So...home kinda sucked." He said casually. "How was your day here? Did I miss anything important?" He was trying to sound calm and casual, but he was practically shaking, worried for her response.

"Oh." Now he felt silly for making a fuss. But his life was slowly being fixed. Now he needed to fix things betwee him and Micheal. At that moment Drago's stomach made such a deafening grumble that he flinched. He wasn't feeling sick from the smell of the food anymore and the bacon was calling to him. He stackedhis pate full of eggs, sausage, and lots of bacon. He hadn't eaten much in 4 days and he couldn't take it anymore. He got a glass of pumpkin juice before eating some of his eggs. "You are a brilliant Beater."
