The Gladiator rose his arm and caught the spear under the arm and locked it in place before Swinging his downward toward her legs.

Atella grunted, jumping up and tucking her legs close to her body as she was in the air, the spear missing her legs. Once her feet touched the ground, she lunged forward, punching the Gladiator square in the chest, hard enough to send anyone stumbling back, with her fist while her other hand pulled tightly back on the spear, the combination of the punch and her pulling slipping the spear out of his grasp.

While he stumbled, he made his spear jut upward, hitting Atella in the side of the head.

Atella grunted quietly in pain, shaking her head briefly before glaring daggers into the Gladiator, rising her spear up and jabbing the end of it into his chest.
