It would only be on one hand and be linked to a shuriken/kunai, also i would wear some sort of protection xD. It would also only be used for a boomerang effect, like a character dodges the kunai so i activate the seal and pull it back towards both me and the other ninja.

Yes, but it would not go in an arc like a boomerang, it would sail in a direct path toward you. That, and you may just attract all the weapons on the other guy to sail toward you. And boy, you'd be done if you were fighting an Iron Sand user.

I know it wouldn't arc, it would just come back xD. And that is very true Greg. Anyway, all Im asking is would i be able to do it xD. That is if i did make any other loose weapons fly at me as well.

And boy, you'd be done if you were fighting an Iron Sand user. It only attracts objects with the sister seal, so if did throw it and the opponent dodged out of the way he could activate the seal and bring the weapon right back. Personally though, I'd prefer placing the seal on the enemy razz

I think that an extra sentence should be added to the catalyst shield. When creating a catalyst seal, the user must specify exactly what action will trigger it.
Also is there anyway to identify seals without plainly seeing them? I mean the Tattoo Artist speciality pretty much means the Sealing Master is able to make the seal no longer look like a seal.

This was my thinking, but it would be used as a trap of sorts. Like five posts ago you threw a kunai at a opponent, the battle is raging on and you notice the opponent is between you and the kunai you place the seal on. You see it is the perfect time to ensnare them in your trap so you activate the magnet seal that you had tattooed on your hand pulling the kunai back to your hand and towards the opponent as well. Or you could just create a custom seal, that would basically act in this way.

Hinote Tosatsu @Neru: Using a jutsu made of ink, and making it out of seals? No. I don't think you can do that. Reason being that you have to set seals manually, as they are counted as one of your post actions. Doing that would allow someone to make a ton of seals all at once, along with an actual jutsu, so no, you can't do that. You could of course do something similar though, and that pressure sensitive idea is quite good. Just not with an ink jutsu. Hmmm... Pity. I had high hopes for something like that. Oh well.

I have a question, can I edit a puppet without having to put it throught the customs? By editing I mean changing the kunai mechanism into a senbon mechanism in one arm, and adding claws in the other arm, as wall as adding ninja wire to the inside of the puppet for the launcher in the mouth/ the other hand that fires kunai.

Gregar828 That many modifications? Yea, you gotta submit it. No that was an example, I'm just gonna do the wire and Senbon thing, and the claws and possibly a bomb holder/launcher to another one in it's mouth. Edit: - Also, if I change strings from one puppet to another, does that count like a new jutsu?

You still gotta submit it. A submission must be made for every change. And no, you dont have to make an in-depth submission if its exceedingly simple.
And yes, it would.

Damn it, do I make the submition in the thread or do I Pm you, Hark or Lance? If it's you, would that post count as the submition? It's only two minor changes....
Hmm... How many times can I change string from one puppet to another in one post?

Submit it.
Once, unless you're using two hands.

Martin Spiralwave I think that an extra sentence should be added to the catalyst shield. When creating a catalyst seal, the user must specify exactly what action will trigger it. Also is there anyway to identify seals without plainly seeing them? I mean the Tattoo Artist speciality pretty much means the Sealing Master is able to make the seal no longer look like a seal. The first seems like common sense to me... Though I suppose metagaming would then make it useless. I suppose we could go with having the user PM a crew member telling them what the seal is meant to react to if it becomes an issue. But really, most of the time it won't be possible to use those in battle, so it'll be a trap of sorts anyways. And what do you mean by without plainly seeing them? That sounds like you're asking if you can walk into a room and magically know there is a seal above the door frame where you can't see it. @Azure: The custom would be denied, cause that's what the magnet seal does. A tip though. If you do that, use a shuriken. If you used a kunai, there's no guarantee it'd be the blade that hit the opponent. At the same time, if you're using it for boomerang type tricks, use a kunai, cause then you can put the seal on the handle and have a better chance of not impaling yourself.
