Kale glanced at Kaida as though she knew what was on his mind. Which was possible but he didn't feel her probing into his head. He was tense with the smell of blood, not for his own sake but for hers. The bit of control he had given her seemed to be enough to withstand the small scent of blood.
But when he noticed her neck, it all kinda went out of his head as he saw the veins in her neck, watching the blood flow through them. Still, he stayed silent and looked away, putting blood out of his mind as he played with her hair once more.
Talon had thought that she might've guessed just what it was he was doing to her arm and such, but noticed that she passively dismissed her instinct with the words he spoke as he assured her of the reaction she was having. "Now, do you feel better?" he asked kindly as he released her arm.

"I'm not as scared." Echo said smiling weakly. She still felt the same. "How did you know what was happening?" The only time she knew of difinitive tests were blood tests where it was drawn with a needle from a vein in her arm.

Kaida closed her eyes as he was playing with her hair. 'Are you hungry?' She asked him softly, more than willing to give him her blood. He was thinking about it, she could tell by the tension he put out. She slowly revealed her whole neck to him, offering it to him.

"That is a secret for now. Let's just say it's a family trait I've acquired." Talon answered coily, a bit satisfied that she wasn't that scared anymore.
Kale shook his head. "It is a hunger that every one feels, humans would feel it no matter how full they are after a meal. Vampires are very similar." he answered smiling gently, then stretched a bit before getting up and pulling her up with him, holding her close to him as he wrapped his arms around her waist. "Mine, my lovely mate." He kissed her lips lovingly for a moment before he pulled back to look in her eyes smiling. "What do you say to a full day and night out of the house, just you and me, having fun."

Echo nodded, she decided it was better not to push the matter. "I'm curious, tell me about your past." She was just interested in how a family could come up with a trait like that.

Kaida smiled just as warmly, looking into his eyes. "What would we do?" She asked, excited about the day already.

Talon blinked. The only past he could remember of his human life was very little. He could barely recall his families faces as is. The only face he could remember clearly from back then was the vampire who turned him and everyone else he'd met and drank blood from. "I would be happy to tell you, unfortunately it's a bit fussy for me to recall much of my past. So why don't you just ask me what you want to know about it and I will do my best to answer them accurately." he told her after a moment of thought.
Kale stared at the ceiling for a moment, trying to keep his smirk from spreading on his face as he purposely made her wait and get anxious for his response. "Well, first would be a walk to the beach and some fun down there for a bit. Then to a club for a bit fun and dance, then a movie of your choosing that is out right now, maybe two." he turned to her, his smirk already coming out to play. "How does that sound for starters?"

Kaida, already too anxious, nodded and smiled. "It sounds really good." She said with a smile, taking his hand and leading him outside.

"Where did you live?" Echo asked after thinking about her first question. "What was it like there?" She added. Echo enjoyed hearing aobut other people's experiences.

Kale followed her laughing a bit, but willingly. They did just as he promised and more than what they had originally planned due to the excess amount of time they had.
Talon blinked surprised. He hadn't thought about his previous life since he left it. "I lived in Leeds, Utah. It's a small city really, not very popular. It is surrounded with woods, the scenery is breathtaking and everyone knew you." he answered a small smile coming to his lips at the memory.

Kaida laid against Kale's chest in a small secluded park where most couples were lounging as well, though not many. But those who were there, of course, were staring at them. They were beautiful of course, and a perfect looking couple, but what humans couln't see was the actual bond between them, and that made Kaida smile slightly.

"What was it like being there?" Echo asked hearing the lighter tone when Talon spoke. "Was it hot or pleasently cool? did it smell like manure when it rained or like damp earth?" Echo questioned trying to say that she didnt want to hear what it looked like but what else you would have noticed there.

Talon raised an eyebrow at her, a dull understanding of what she wanted to know. "It was hot most of the time so I always looked forward to the rain. The ground was so muddy at times, one could sink in it if they were heavy enough. It did smell, but I don't really remember what the smell was..."
Kale didn't notice or care for that matter, that the humans were glancing their way. He kept his arms around Kaida at all times, ensuring his public claim on her whether she approved of this display or not. "You having fun so far?" he asked after a bit of comfortable silence.
