What's your guild about?

Basically it has just become a small community within Gaia with strict rules regarding etiquette and posting so everyone understands each other.

The rules are strict though and the Captain is a tough leader.

Lol, I know you can get Dr Pepper in England, I live here! xd

But yeah, I just thought Dr Pepper was English from the way you were talking earlier.

But also, Mountain Dew is rare in England. I've only ever seen it in one shop.

You lucky Brit. Where in it are you? Wish I lived there. My grandparents do, so I get to fly 'cross the pond to see them once in a while, and I always love it. I always have to go to the nearest Tesco an stock up on all the tasty things I cant get in the states.

And now that you mention it, I've never seen a mountain dew there either. Your not missing much, its a rather unpleasant drink. I don't get why people like it so much.

I'm in Essex. What sorts of things can't you get in USA that you can in UK?

I actually quite like Mountain Dew... hehe. It's probably one of those things that you either love or hate. Like Dr Pepper, I hardly know anyone who likes it. But I hear Tekken players love it for some reason (me included).

Never been to Essex. Furthest that direction I've been is London.

Whatever you can get in America, you can get in the UK, (except mountain dew apparently). Its the other way around. You guys have a bunch of stuff that I can't get here.

Tekken players? Videogame, right. *googles* Yeah, thats right. It seems to be the drink of the "rebellious" teenage boys around here.

To avoid confusion, I just changed my username from Mivi to Siocled. I had had the old one for the longest time, so I thought I'd change it for a while.

Siocled, by the way, means "chocolate" in Welsh. I love chocolate. 3nodding Aren't I languagy? ^^

Oh, whereabouts do your grandparents live? Further up North I gather? I used to live in East Yorkshire.

@Dr Pepper comment, that's quite funny. And cute, but probably not IRL. xd

@ Siocled, what confusion? sweatdrop

Gloucestershire. Forgot the name of the village specifically.

Who commented on Dr. Pepper?

Oh. Well around here, I only ever saw it be drunk by the annoying can't be bothered to wipe their own a** whiny teenagers.

Thats a humongous generalization I know, and not aimed at you of course. sweatdrop

Oh, I never even suspected that you were aiming it at me... until now... xd

But anyway, glad you're taking an interest in Cantonese. Maybe I'll write some more tomorrow (my time).

Sorry about the sound thing.

It's been over a week since I PMed Maya about the new forum idea, and she still hasn't read the message. We agreed when I became VC that if she took over a week, I'd go through with whatever it is. surprised

Shall I go make the forum? Any suggestions?
