Elrohir brushed past his brother and headed into the house, where he felt cooler immediately. He lowered the cowl of his pale robes and looked around. His eyes rested on the chess table in the living room for several long moments, unblinking, until he forced himself to look away and head into the kitchen. There, he took a seat on the far side of the table.

Triton was plesantly surprised as he realized Gion was letting him hold Daemon, did he know? Did his mother and Donovan's message go through? He carefully took the sword and stepped in so he wouldn't be blocking the way.
"Hello..." he murmured still not use to talking with his mind.

"Before, I would have to wash my hands anyways before I eat," Mia replied being very practical about it. She wouldn't have to waste water twice then.
She stopped beside Nadya and watched the people go in, she saw Gion give Triton the sword. The sword, and she leaned forward a bit to peek her head in and call out to Triton.
"Say hello to grandfather for me!"
Yue chuckled as he joined Elrohir in the kitchen that only in the Winters' family that they could have a sword for a grandfather... or rather a grandfather stuck in a sword.

Donovan entered glancing at Triton as he passed, he would have to ask permission of Gion sooner or later, though unfortunately it could not be now. He wasn't ready yet, even though he was not the type to put off anything, especially if it needed to get done, however there were other things as well he had to think of.

The sword chuckled deep within Triton's mind as Daemon found the greeting quite amusing. Though he could not hear and was just as blind when he first started out, it felt good to be talking to Triton now as someone he know could get to know.

Nadya laughed softly and followed everyone else inside. "Indeed," she agreed, eyes twinkling merrily, "that would make sense."
An elf brushed past them and headed up the stairs, clearly in a rush, though appearing not to hurry.
"As for Alice," she smiled, "will she be bathing with you?"

Hands now empty, Gion headed inside. He would give Triton his time with his grandfather.
And Elnara's, he mused. Well, he could ask about her later. Ulrich and Ulani hadn't told him much the last time he had been there. Only that their mother had gone with Kara and Donovan to visit her in her new world.
He wondered briefly if she was back yet, if he might see her again sometime soon.

Triton couldn't helpt but chuckle in return since that had been complete luck that it just happened the sword was his grandfather trapped inside.
"Agreed... it's pretty hard to know where to begin now."

Mia nodded up at Nadya's question, "Oh yes, I'll be helping her get very clean."
Since the black-grey cat looked more grey than usual.
Yue took a seat at one part of the table waiting for Gion, since it had been quite a long time (more so than Gion he was painfuly aware) since they had last met.

Donovan hoped as he took his own seat that this would be the last of the stoleaways, though he had a feeling he was asking for a bit much in that regard. He looked thoughtful for a bit taking stock and account to the new amount of people they would be having.

Nadya, instead of heading for the kitchen with the rest, led the child towards the stairs. "Do you have a clean set of clothes with you?" she asked her as she gently pushed the girl ahead of her. "I can wish what you're wearing while you bathe, if you would like."

Gion passed through the kitchen and headed down into the cellar, where he grabbed a bottle of fresh wine - not yet at all fermented, not very alcoholic. In fact, it was mostly meant for those who didn't drink wine - though people like that were rare around the plantation.
He brought it out into the kitchen and, after setting glasses out on the table, proceeded to pour some for everyone.

Elrohir couldn't help but notice how comfortable Gion seemed here now, how much he seemed to belong, being where he was, doing what he was doing.
But he couldn't have been here long, if he was indeed the Child Warrior of new-born legend. After all, to be the legend, he would have had to have been out fighting for ... well, most of the time he was gone. So what was going on?
He could wait to find out.

Mia held up the bag she had gotten to put her stuff in, "No.. I have clothes right here, Mommy always said it is better to be prepared."
And Mia had prepared assuming without even asking that she would go along too. She had more uniforms and clothes specially made by Helen just for her.
"It's been a while," Yue finally spoke up to Gion as he watched the man pour them drink.
