Air sat quietly by, waiting as he watched the younger brother of Noob Saibot, Sub-Zero just sit and mess around with these kind of people. He wondered if it would be okay, seeing as how in the normal Lin Kuei temple, the only time he had spoken to him was to ask if he needed anything from the kitchen. Air shook his head and watched the blue warrior closely. "He'd never act this way...something's definitely wrong with him...or...maybe the sorcerer..."
Air took a fierce look in his eyes as he placed his sword behind him and shot forward, crouching low under Zero. He then jumped upwards and did a backflip as his leg became white and filled with energy. "Moonsault Kick!" He yelled, flying up to kick the warrior in the throat. Suddenly, an ice clone replaced Sub Zero and shattered from the kick. Sub Zero scoffed and caught the boy's leg, then dangled him upside down. "Frost sent you. Stick with these people to find Noob, but know that he's my kill, and if you defeat him, you'll have to defeat me soon after." He said, then tossed Air to the side.
Air rolled and slid to his feet next to the group, then wiped the ice off of him and smiled widely as he flashed a peace sign at the group, apparently not caring that they were having a moment. "Yo!"

"After only two years?" asked Riten, then stopped. None of them looked as if they had aged more than a few days. "Erm, it has been two years, right?"

Chris looked at Riten and said in a understanding voice, " It is different in the place that you come from. The timeflow here is slower then your's. Here on Earthrealm the timeflow goes slower because of the polar icecaps begining to melt so we dont age as fast."

Air looked at them oddly, trying to follow their conversation. "Time goes slower because the ice caps are melting? What the hell....." He said quietly to himself. He smiled and shook his head, then decided to clear it up. "Um...if I may say...time is relevant to how much the elder gods favor your realm. Earthrealm time is the medium amount, since the gods consider them to be the average of everything. In the Netherealm, time is extremely slowed down so that the banished may suffer. Probably, in whatever realm he comes from, time goes much faster than that of this realm." Air explained, pulling a flow chart out of his pocket with foxes drawn on it. "See?"

Chris looked at the chart and was astonished to find that Air was right. Chris turned back to Riten and said with curiosity in his voice, " Where exactly did you come from?"

After calming down a little Riten told Chris, "I really don't know where I come from. That detail is a little hazy."

Air shook his head. "You know, as heroes of the Earthrealm, the gods are probably laughing at us right now. We shouldn't be fighting like this, we should move on." He said worriedly, pulling a scroll from his pocket and unrolling it on the ground, then sat by it.
"Where do you guys need to go anyway?"
