Tyler hesitated, not exactly sure what to say in response to Angel's cryptic, dark statment. "I... I guess so," he said as Sayura entered the courtyard. Eager to change the subject, he said "Perfect! Now we can explore this place..."

Sayura came closer to the other two teenagers, glad that the confrontation was over. For now, anyway...I just hope I won't need to bury any bodies.
Dia chuckled, And here I thought I was the morbid one.
Oh, shut it Dia. "Explore what? The courtyard?" Sayura asked, gazing around at the surroundings, "It doesn't seem like there's much here. Oh and to your question, yes that was me screaming."
Why did you tell him?
Because it might help. Someone had to have come in and broken the light bulb, it didn't just explode by itself you know.

Through that door-" he pointed to the door at the end of the courtyard "-is an empty room. Through there; a greenhouse. There are three doors in the greenhouse that I want to explore, but I don't want to go on my own. I want us to split up, one of us taking each one."

Sayura shot him an irritated glare, "Please refrain from speaking to me as if I were a brain-damaged seven year old. I may be fourteen, but I'm not an idiot. And wouldn't it be better if we stayed in groups? Someone else might be in the house without our knowledge, and going around trying to hurt us in some way." At this Sayura shivered, her mind going back to the dark room.

At this Sayura shivered, her mind going back to the dark room. "As far as I can tell," Luke said, equally irratated, "we wont' be too far apart. This way, we can get more of this place covered, and we can hear each other scream if something should happen."

(Luke?)
Sighing, Sayura ran a hand through her hair, grimacing when she felt the rubber band keeping it together fall out. "Sorry, I had a bit of a scare a few minutes ago. Really don't want it happening again," she explained to him, picking up the rubber band and retying her hair back into a ponytail.

((OOC: ahhh, sorry! that's my character name in a couple of my other RPs...)) "Yeah, so did I," Tyler said. "And you really think I want it happening again? I just want to know what's going on here, why, and who the hell is doing it. I want out of this place; we're running low on food already, I haven't bathed in a day..." He ran a hand through his own hair. "I just... I hate being trapped, with no connection to the outside world. I don't want this happening again." Again?

Sayura glanced back at him, curious and suspicious, "Again? Yes, well all of us feel that way. Probably the reason as to why everyone's been so snappy. I've been trapped at that Treatment Center place for almost three years. Why do you think I took the offer to get out?"

"At least you remember where you were cooped up," he said, still puzzling over why he had said "again" following his previous statement. Where had he been trapped before? And who did Angel remind him of? Another mystery to solve... The important one right now was the house; what was going on and how to get out.

[[Eck. I vanish for a second and two more pages pop up. sweatdrop Don't you love it when that happens?]]
Jaelynn watched through Jan as the little spat between the girl named Lennea, plus her other personalities and Tyler, and his personalities. Arguments were so amusing when someone's personality switched after a few sentences. Confusing, but interesting. Jan took out a mini first aid kit out of her pocket, something she always made Jaelynn carry, and took out a mini antiseptic and some bandages.
She walked up to Sayura, and held her hand firmly, yet gently, as she took out the stray shards and gentle cleaned the wound with the antiseptic. "Nice to meet you." Jan said politely as she started to bandage the injury. She was done so quickly, and Jan was such a modest person, that she had pushed Jaelynn back into her body and had settled as a mind in moments. Jaelynn blinked, surprised.

Angel could remember all the years of being watched like some snake in a zoo. Lennea was seven when she was thrown in one of the straight jackets and hurled into a room at the Institute. The constant questions, the horrid taste of the experimental medication, the fear evryone felt toward them. None of them liked it. Memories leaked a bit into her mind as she continued to listen to everyone else speak.

Dinah followed the group, desperate to know what was in the basement.
Look, whispered Naomi. We're gonna work together! Isn't that wonderful?
Alice laughed cruelly. Yea, I guess so. 'Let's work together to escape a homicidal maniac!' Oh what fun we'll have!
Dinah scowled. "Alice, shut up. You're going to make Naomi cry."
If I wanted to make her cry, threatened Alice, I would grab a knife and tear out the entrails of every one of these 'wonderful' people.
Naomi began to cry. Please don't! Not again! Those boys never meant to be mean!
Dinah closed her eyes in frustration. "Hush now, Naomi. No one is going to kill or be killed. Not anymore."

(Lets pretend I said thank you to the person who bandaged my hand...)
Sayura looked around at the group, and the two people who had joined in, "Well, should we get going? If there's only three doors, how are we going to split up? There's five of us here, right?"
