Morrigan chuckle. "Iron Chef, meet your match!!!" Her eyes suddenly widened. "Wow, what if I really could battle an Iron Chef, it'd be so easy in here....." And then she went to work. There were cream puffs, various soups, souffles, and both meat and vegetarian dishes; tabouli, hummus, Indian foods....There were little vegetable sushi rolls, icecream, smoothies, milkshakes, and chai, her favorite. She also made a couple other brews of herbal teas such as peppermint, anise, cinnamon, and rose/jasmine/vanilla/lavender/vervain. Vanilla tea in general was very good. She was pleased. There were loaves of whole-grain bread, salads and pitas, submarine sandwiches and chapatis. She fried zucchini and mushrooms and cheesesticks and jalapeno poppers, because she was craving them at the time, as well as little rosewater flavored pretzels that were more like fried breaddough, another Indian dish. She made crepes and pasta, cheesecakes, tiramisu, creme brulee.... However, the woman had one weakness, one thing that enraptured and captured her adoration more than anything. That one thing, was the Irish Cream and Irish whiskeys she found in the bar. She could have died happily there. Making herself a chai, she added copious amounts of the Irish Cream and a splash of the whiskey. Taking a deep, long drink, she took a second to catch her breath, gesturing to the table she had set. She was hardworking, and damn, did she enjoy this drink! The quality of all the foods was something she couldn't compare to. She also had made a small bowl of guacamole, another of her small weaknesses, and there was Mexican hot chocolate, and Mexican hot chocolate flavored treats everywhere. She really outdid herself. "Dinner, is served, men." she laughed softly, waving her hand. "Dig in, tell me how you like."
~~~~~~~~~~~
Well, whoever answered the door, even if it ended up being Vincent, the man was very polite, but very stoic. "Hello, my name is Shanra Kuragari, I'm a special agent looking into the disappearance of this runaway. Tell me, have you seen this girl?" He held up a picture of a young, attractive girl, with ocean-colored eyes and dark brown hair. Her eyes had a way of drowning one in them, even in pictures; she appeared muscularly fit, but still feminine in shape. There was a quiet fire in her spirit; they say a picture is worth a thousand words. "Her name is Sallia Makija, age 19, 5'1". She is considered extremely dangerous, and is wanted for the thievery of my company's scientific data, which is very, very important. I don't suppose you've seen or heard of anyone like that around here, right?" His eyes flashed. He was dangerous, and he knew the people here weren't anything to mess with either. They'd be deadlocked here.
Vejita smirked, "Sorry, haven't seen her. Might want to ask someone else. I don't care for outsiders around her, including you."
~~~
Po-ar was dumbfounded. After his council, elite guards, and friends had taken their seats at the table... They began to feast. And feast they did! "Morrigan! This is the best food I've ever eaten!" Po-ar exclaimed, digging into yet another bowl.

Maeve nodded approvinly at Trunks," That's the best idea I've heard all day. C'mon Fiddler!" she added, as Thom finsihed packing away their night's earnings.
Leif poked Maeve's leg ,"I see you managed to hang on to the swords," he commented, indicating the shealthed baldes hangin on both the twins' belts.
"Dad would kill me." Mave said lightly, though the effect was somewhat spoiled by the tighness in her eyes, 'We've got so much to tell you. Like when-" she was cut off by a slashing motion from Thom, walking besides Leif (where she was still perched) like a shadow, "Later then," she ammended hastily.

"Um, it's not that we don't trust you," said Maeve, shifting uncomfortably, "It's just that it's probably safer to talk about somethings in the security of indoors rather than out on the street where anyone can hear you." She gave the impression of already had having discussed it with her twin before.
"Plus it is a very long story and easier to tell in one chunk. I mean, we were they're for twenty-one days."
Leif stopped dead in his tracks,"No you weren't"
"Leif, we landed ourselves in an alternate universe. Don'y ou think I kept count of the days?" Maeve asked annoyed, "Twenty-pne days. Twenty-one and a half, counting today"
"Maeve, this is not the time to be bsing me- or Tristan and Isabel when we get home. You weren't even gone two days. The morning before last was when you dissapperd."
"No you stop giving us bull, Leif." Maeve's blue and brown eyes narrowed dangerously.
Leif opened his mouth to retort and Maeve did likewise, disregarding the fact he hadn't ven begun. Settin his case gently on the pavement, Thom clasped his hands over both their mouths giving them a look that was both stern and anoyed at the same time that quite clearly said Shut Up.
Removing his hands, the twin picked his case back up again, carefully brushing off the dirt. Leif stared at him, 'So you were, wherever you went for twenty days?"
Nodd.
Leif shook his head bewlidered. Maeve echoed his thoughts, "Time zones are one thing, but this is getting just plain creepy."

Morrigan blushed slightly. "Thank you, I'm glad you like..." SHe herself was munching on a variety of everything, so she couldn't complain either. She ate daintily, taking her time to watch everyone else with a small smile. ~~~~~~
Shanra chuckled softly, nodding. "Of course. Well, here's my card. In the event that you see her, would you please call? There's a hefty reward for whoever captures her. Please, have a nice day. Sorry for the disturbance." He took off his coat as he walked away, slinging it over his shoulder. Lighting a cigarette placed deftly between his lips, he lit up, took a long drag, and shook his head with a sigh. She would come around this area, he could sense it; it was only a matter of time. He hopped into his car, having finished informing the neighborhood, and returned to HQ.
Vincent crossed his arms, tilting his head. "Hmn. Kinda looks like someone I saw hiking once. Weird. Never thought she was a terrorist. Crazy world, huh?"

Trunks smiled, "Actually, it makes sense. I mean, at least from my perspective. Po-ar knows a thing or two about alternate realities and worlds. Time travels different for certain parallel dimenions." he answered, as if it made logical sense. "But yes, telling the story out here might be a bit dangerous. But you will tell me, right?"
~~~
Vejita folded his arms across his chest, "Just seemed like a damned sellsman to me." he said to Vincent before closing the front door and tossing Shanra's card into the trash.
~~~
Po-ar smiled, "So... you cook like this all of the time?" he asked curiously.

It was then that the sliding glass door squeaked slightly, and a female's meep heard. She ducked to the floor and hid by the kitchen cabinets, her back pressed against them in hushed silence. A minute or two passed, and she let out a deep sigh of relief, that is, until she noticed all the people looking at her. She was frozen in silence. Another odd thing was the black panther that was crouched by her side. Vincent took a step forward, crossing his arms with a smile. "A salesman, hmm?" "I'm so sorry, I can explain!" she began gushing, "Please, don't make me go back there!!" ~~~~~~~~~
Morrigan nodded. "I get bored easily. Cooking's the only thing that changes often, but requires constant attention. Creativity doesn't hurt either." She finished her meal, standing and stretching, purring softly. Ah, that was good. Now what?? She began to explore the other rooms while the men ate, taking delight in the freedom she had now without having to worry about irking the guards. Not a door was left unopened not a room left not peered into. She was so engrossed in everything that she probably wouldn't even notice someone coming up behind her.

Po-ar, in fact, did come up behing Morrigan, hugging her from behind like a school boy. "That was great!" he exclaimed. "You should cook for everyone when we go back to Earth. So, what's next on the tour?"
~~~
Vejita glanced at this new woman. "Maybe not a salesman, but just as annoying." he replied to Vincent. "Who are you and what are you doing in my kitchen?!" the Saiya-jin Oji demanded.
It was then that Xarik'n appeared. "You're EARLY!" he shouted from behind her, causing the woman to jump higher than a cat would. Talk about tense! She glared angrily, snarling. "Ai, and YOU'RE LATE! What the hell were you thinking?!! Why didn't you take me with you?!!" she demanded, shoving him back by his chest. She was aggressive. Xarik'n smirked. "Because, otherwise, you would have never met these people, and your future would be rather grim." Sallia then slowly turned around to face the Saiya-jin, holding out her hand. "My name is Sallia Makija, the last of a long line of Priestesses from a race that I haven't been able to find around here.... so.... I guess that, asides from my brother, I'm the last. They murdered my people, all of them, and those deemed fit were kept for genetic testing. I just recently escaped after being held for the past two years...." she sighed. "It's good to be free again. Please, don't turn me in. I'm of no threat to you, sir, I just need to keep out of sight." ~~~~~~
Morrigan turned a bright red, jumping, and still was wrapped in Po-ar's arms. She was shocked by the sudden contact, but his compliments made her smile. "Well, I suppose then that a tour of the city is in order." she decided with a nod.
Vejita looked at Sallia's hand, then to the woman's face. "What are you doing in my kitchen?" he reiterated, not caring for who she was. "There was a man at the door looking for you, so this isn't a good place to hide."
~~~
Po-ar noddd, dragging Morrigan behind him as he raced down the halls. He arrived at stables, taking a horse (that possessed two tails) and helping the woman up. "We'll go by horse. It's a lot more fun than walking, and it won't tire you out like flying."

"Two tails?" Morrigan murmured, tilting her head. "Hmm! Neato! Yes, this'll do. What's your culture like???" ~~~~
Sallia suddenly became sharp and warrior-like. "Black hair, long, eyes that changed color, tall, muscular, looks like he might put up a good fight compared to you?" Suddenly, she didn't care about meeting this guy either. Actually, he wasn't too much taller than she was. This was rather amusing. "AS for your kitchen, you must be daft. This is the best place to hide, because he was just here, he didn't see me come in, and he'll probably have this entire block watched, so going outside just might be a deathsentence." Vincent meanwhile crossed his arms. "Sallia, I remember you. So that's your family history, huh?" Sallia studied him for a moment before beaming. "Vincent! I remember you... Yeah, I told you it was complicated. How'd you end up here...?" "I was about to ask you the same thing." Vincent admitted. "Morrigan met some kid named Po-ar, came out for dinner, learned to fly today." "Finally?" Sallia asked, before her senses warned her about Vejita. She could feel his tenseness building up. He was going to yell. Turning to the Saiya-jin, she glared. "Before you say a SINGLE word to me, good sir, let it be known that I do NOT want to be in this situation, but for whatever reason, according to the monster-lord there, I'm SUPPOSED to know you." "You annoyed the living HELL out of him, it was GREAT!" Xarik'n gushed giddily. "Whatever." Sallia sighed. "I won't annoy the living hell out of you, but apparently, it seems like my best bet is to wait around here. I'm sorry to be such an inconvenience, Your Highness, but I'll pay you if I must. " "I didn't tell you he was a Prince." Xarik'n quipped with a confused, curious glance. Sallia smiled secretly, but said nothing.

Seeing that this salesman of theirs soon left, Lythia came to think of how Vejita shooed him away and began to chuckle quietly before resting her eyes once more on Bulma. "Indeed your husband has a natural talent of evading people. So... can you fly as well? I mean.. seeing how so many people I've met today can.. you know, just wondering if you can as well, seems to be passed through the generation."

Soy blinked, suddenly feeling as if she had been used. And that feeling turned into anger. "HEY!" she called, flying after Kenryoku, but found that with his wings he proved a formidable opponent. At this, she would answer the challenge use whatever was in her power to get Ashuri back. A white inferno formed about the female Saiya-jin's body, seeping back by her legs to leave a hazy trail just for a split second from where she had been only moments before.

'Danger!' Ashuri opened her eyes to feel the wind whipping past her body. Her gaze turned upward to see the profile of a stranger. 'No... Not a stranger...' "Daemon..." the woman whispered. Kenryoku glanced down, "So you're awake. No matter. My touch will keep you paralyzed for a while, even with your Saiya-jin powers." "Why me?" she asked, confused and disoriented. "Simple." the Half-Elf spoke, "I bring you to them, I kill those of your little band, and my son lives. The Maho-tsukai Daemon Clan has a future." "Pressured..." Ashuri whispered, looking around, though her head could not move. "Why not let us help you to save him?" "From Konto? From a Demon which has enslaved all my world? No... I will give him what he wants, then take my son far from there." Kenryoku's wings beat furiously as he kept a steady pace in front of his pursuer. 'Why did I stop to chat? Damn it...' Suddenly however, Ashuri was no longer in his grasp, but plummeting down toward the ground. "Ast kiranann kair gadunrm soth-arn suh kali jalaran!" the Daemon shouted, commanding a bolt of lightning to come slamming into Soy. Meanwhile, he chanted another spell to catch Ashuri, but suddenly, the woman was nowhere to be found...
~~~
Bulma laughed, "No, I can't fly, though almost everyone I know can. I'm more of the technologically advanced member of our group, to tell you the truth."
~~~
"My culture is rather similar to that of Earth actually, save that..." but suddenly Po-ar paled. "One sec!" he shouted, opening a portal just above the horse and jumping inside. He disappeared... And reappeared with Ashuri in his arms. The Tarnb-jin Oji stopped the horse, helping Morrigan down, before sitting on the ground. "Ashuri-chan? Daijobuka?" "Hai... I just can't move." Po-ar's visage grew serious, "What happened?" "The others are in danger."
~~~
Vejita humphed, turning away and walking down the hall. "Then stay there. Why should I care?"
