"I'm fine!" Evan growled as he yanked the blade from his left shoulder and flung it back towards the enemy. He counted whomever he could count. So many.... I must be getting old. He thought to himself. However he pushed the thought from his head and pulled ryung out and swung it fiercly, and a crescent of pitch black shadow shot out, rotating deadly and eventually taking down a whole tree that a group were hiding in. Having already ran after the spell, he appeared behind one and planted his wing blade deep into his shoulder blade.
Aldeth stood back to back with East, Lyra in between them. He pulled another scroll from his stash and punched the ground, the scroll between his fist and the earth. "Dug Haut!" He yelled and Needles of dirt shot out, impaling the opponents from the ground. "Fine, I'll take you're word for it!" He answered Evan and hid Lyra's eyes to protect her from the gruesome sight.

Kashi moved easily through the battle, weaving in and out of enemies, leaving the fallen in her trail. She did not like to kill, even in battle. She was a healer, not a killer. But that didn't mean that she couldn't, and she could feel darkness here, so she fought. Lashing out with one leg she took a mans legs from beneath him and spun, slicing through another with her sword. The red of blood stood dark against the brilliant silver of the blade.

East continously swiped and ripped at the whomever approached the three, but it didn't seem to make any progress. They just kept coming more and more. Finally, one blade found its way through his defence and teared his right arm. "ARGH!" East grimaced and gripped his arm, dropping to the ground. He looked up and saw in a split second, one man in black dashing towards Lyra. In a moment of bestiality, he rose from his spot and swung his arm and rammed it in the gut of the man. Not stopping there, he kept swinging, the body still skewered in his blade. Screaming with fury, he finally swung with full force and threw the body at a group of others. He turned and wrapped his arm around Lyra. "YOU STAY AWAY FROM HER!"

A man Kashi didn't recognize stood trying to fight and protect a young girl at the same time. Moving her way through the battle she cut a path to where they stood. Soon she stood beside them. A group of men charged from the side and she began to speak as if into air. From the midst of the battle the figure of a wolf appeared. Though it was solid it was translucent, spectral. The wolf dove into the knot of men, ghostly teeth and claws tearing among them. When they had fallen the spirit moved back to Kashi. Taking a knee beside the wolf she whispered "help him protect the girl." Then she rose to her feet and flipped her blade, skewering the man who had snuck up behind her thinking to take advantage of the pause in her fighting.

Hokuri flung his feet to the ground and caught dust as he fired off into the sky and said "Thats why we all spoiled you! You have no idea what our fathers plan was from the beginning" equal now with Rikyo he smirked and said "Do you remember the tales our family told us? How fiercely our father fought to make a world where there was no more fighting, staining his own soul to protect ours and yet here you are fighting against him" he waved his hands in the air a rather sly way and said with such a smile it would be close to Amico's more then Hokyo's now "You were to spoiled for your own good, we created you and we have to live with this sin, I hope you can live with all of this" he vanished, only to appear right in front of her, his hand no longer holding his sword as he grabbed her blade and struck forward into the blade, breaking the skin and bones as it moved through his body. Blood spilling over the his bottom lip, but yet a smile remained on his face, and he spoke "I could never kill my own sister, I loved her to much" he laughed but blood raising in his throat enabled him to continue, he backed away and the sword drawing itself out of him, his form changing back to its first and he laughed a little putting two fingers up to show the peace sign and then fell downwards towards the ground, crashing with a uneasy cracking of some bones.
Diaco watched amazed and then busted into laughter and spoke "Hokyo has become rather a desirable person I can tell" he looked at Lenora and made a mental note to ask this Reia, but at the moment he just kept smirking while saying "Hokuri killed himself to do two things, both rather amusing and affective, one is to drive Rikyo insane without a stable mind she can't hope to win Hokyo, the other is to give a bust of energy towards Hokyo and the others, peaks of power can only sometimes be reached by great suffering and now there are only two children" he laughed he could see through that plan, but it didn't make any difference the damage had been done and now he could watch and wait to see what would become of the frail Rikyo. So confused with power that she holds one of the most evil of sins 'envy' he laughed waiting.
Hokyo sliced through one of the last men that was around him, but his eyes fired off into the distance, something went wrong something he could no longer feel Hokuri. His teeth bite his tongue drawing blood and then he pointed towards some soldiers in the distance, his hand raised and a blue light began to collect in it. Without remorse he fired the shot of energy creating dust, nothing more then dust of the former men, his eyes now cold and he began to walk forward his sword held tightly. Swing with such force that it would throw more then five men into the air at a time, his anger seemed to be like a fire burning off of him.
Amico glanced over as his father had used such a attack on normal men, but then he felt it Rikyo's unnatural power and the dying aura of Hokuri. Standing there in shock a blade sliced across his shoulder cutting rather deeply, but he didn't move, and swung his sword with ease at the man causing him to fly back. He was unsure at the moment, glancing at his father which was now breaking heads with his bare hands, his power levels failing to be controlled he stood with a uneasy look on his face.
Nikko glanced up only once as he could feel aura's much better then Hokyo, he was the one that taught him. Closing his eyes all the men around him dead now, torn to pieces by his blade he glanced at Amico which was standing without much movement, and then Hokyo that was tearing men apart with such power he feared it may cause a gap to open in anymore relationship of Rikyo and her father. Groaning a little bit he ran forward, leaping he side struck Yune with a force knocking them both to the ground. Repositioning himself he sat on top of her and said "Listen to me! Out of all this you need to run and get Hokuri put him somewhere safe, the mountain range of Dakamon in the lake, but then come back here " his eyes glaring as he raised his voice "Do not face Rikyo! Otherwise your son will die" he jumped up and blocked a attack from a oncoming soldier and shouted again as he rushed forward again clearing the way so she could vanished "Go Now!" he sliced blood spilling into the air and screams from Hokyo's victims could be heard.

Rikyo watched her brother fall to the ground. His blood seeped into her sword like it was feeding an unseen creature. She blinked slowly but remained silent, floating above the ground. Just like Singo. Something inside her snapped and she felt a change. A shift inside her very body. Her wings grew slightly larger and a dark missed began to seep from her hair. Above her head it collected into a dark halo of pure energy. She could feel sorry for his death. She could change back. But in the end she would end up as lonely as before. She could save her brother, she could do something about it but her parents would simply go back to watching over him and taking care of him. She only had Amico back then. She could only depend on her stepbrother. As she looked down at her own blood a frown formed on her lips “Die a fool like father shall when I kill him” she stated. Her voice was cold and her blue eyes a deep crimson. “You loved a creature that no longer exists. Die with the knowledge that your death will change nothing. It will mean nothing. And in the end everyone will die. Not in the order I wish but they will end up dead” She turned her back on the man lying on the ground. No brother of hers was weak enough to stab himself. No blood of her own was aloud to be weak enough to die without a fight. Hokuri was not worthy of being her brother. With a sigh she dropped to the ground her wings slowly bending back into her back and the halo above her head returning from hence it came. The sword however she continued to hold. It began tpo pulse and she soaked in it’s power. “I guess it likes Cumen blood” she stated before she began her walk to her home.
Lenora chuckled “as I expected” she stated like it was no deal that Rikyo just left her brother to die. She shook her head “If that male wished to mess with her mind he wouldn’t have used that specific sword. It protects her as long as she gives it blood.” She folded her arms and watched her mistress walk back towards them “it’s a doomed weapon, one of power, much like a dark version of the one that her father had a long time ago. Well I’ve only heard stories about a heaven like blade btu it could just be a myth.” Sighing she turned away from the scene “Rikyo will come back, tell us she’s retiring to her bed chambers, then be normal again tomorrow.” She listed if off like a normal routine. “Her family doesn’t realize it yet… that girl… the mistress is not the same as she once was.” Yune herself had been about to explode in flames but before she could do that she was tackled to the ground. She felt a heavy weight on her but most of all in her heart. How could she take it? Losing Hokuri and then having to kill Rikyo? She’d never be able to even think of another child again. She listened to Nikko. Once she could move she stood and looked towards her friends. She sadly sighed and in a wisp of flames her body vanished to retrieve her son. When she appeared she could smell blood and feel dark magic all around. She looked to Rikyo’s uncovered back where two scars had formed from the position of her wings. She said nothing to the girl. She couldn’t do much now in her state of mind. She rushed to her son’s side and took his hand “what were you thinking?” she asked knowing well that there had been no fight due to the fact that nothing was burns or well unearthed. She sighed “we have to go now.” She glanced around and like before she vanished in a burst of flames bringing her son to the safe place that Nikko had spoke of… Now the hard part was leaving him.
Ray began to realize how hapless this battle was. Her vision was fading a bit more every second and her family had people they needed to protect. She stepped forward and placed her hands to the ground her magic running down her hands and deep into the ground where the stores of water were held “Get out of here” she commanded everyone “I’ll stall them, that little girl is not safe here.” she smiled a little “trust me I’ll catch up. Right now the others need help. I can feel it. “ The water began to lift from the ground. It grew like a massive tidal wave. A nice distraction if one asked her.

Diaco laughed and said "Your not seeing the point, its not just to drive her in the insane way that you would think, its so that when Hokyo or the stronger family members attack her, she can fight them on a equal level" he glanced at Lenora and said "Speaking of such its not that the queen doesn't have the power, its she still has a pulse for family, that would fault her, a family true to the core" he laughed like he knew what he was talking about, he meant that Hokyo wanted a equal member of fighting, even Diaco knew he couldn't fight against Hokyo now god like strength. Looking at Lenora he pressed up behind her and kissed her neck and said "We could do with a bed chamber as well" his smile now wide in laughter.
Nikko grunted as one of the stronger men had been able to push him back, landing on the ground he flipped himself up quickly. But as soon as Ray spoke he jumped towards Hokyo, knowing all the while that his half brother would never retreat now.
Amico glanced at Ray and shouted over the fighting "Be save" he jumped up into the air and out of the men, glancing at Bandi and the others and said "We must move now, Evan come" he was speaking as a calm member for someone that knew his brother was on the edge of death.
Hokyo grunted as he was shoved to the ground by Nikko, and lunged back away from the battle. Both of them landed beside Amico, but Hokyo fought Nikko's grip but it was rather useless since he was caught pretty good. His eyes full of tears and he refused to look up, his blood splattered face hide under his long hair. His voice was cold and distance as he spoke only loud enough for Nikko and Amico to hear "I'll kill her" he let out a groan trying to hold back his tears.

Lenora shivered and bit back a sound that tried to escape her lips. She wasn’t’ sue to being this close to someone so the touch caught her off guard as did many things this male did. She smiled “I think that would be inappropriate lord” she said quietly. She tilted her head to the side knowing her mistress would not like this in her castle. Even now. She leaned back unable to fight it thought. Lenora was the type of person that loved death and blood, but this… this an affection that she’d never received was much welcome.
Yune bit her lip. She had some healing abilities but someone like Bandi could do so much better than her. She looked down at her son then glanced at his wound. She could see the black aura that surrounded it. A dark sword had done this damage. He looked at Hokuri and placed a kiss on his forehead. “please” she whispered to anyone listening “save at least one of my children.” She stroked Hokuri’s hair a little thinking of what he must have looked like as a little kid. She didn’t get to see those years. The male had grown up without her knowing him. She placed her hand over his wound and sent a hot magic into him. TI could only stop the bleeding, it was all she could do. “my little Hokuri” she whispered. She knew she had to go back but she couldn’t help it. She hummed softly and continued petting his head then with a sigh she forced herself away. Her body crumbled into the petals of a flower and she arrived back to the field, looking to Hokyo. She moved to where Nikko held her husband. She moved to the man’s side and touched his cheek “Rage will not end the pain” she whispered to him.

"East!" Izel yelled after her son when she saw his scar but hesitated when he flung a man across and hugged his sister yelling. He was strong, and he would protect hinself and Lyra. She trusted him. Instead she turned and pointed at a man who ran in her direction with her hand and yanked it down, the man crushed under her mastery of gravity. There were splattered bodies piling around her, as she only could use it in her vicinity. She then heard the retreat and followed after them.
"East!" Lyra screamed in horror at the sight of her big brother's wound. She felt a creeping horror at the sight of actual battle. This was nothing like she had witnessed before. She tugged slightly at East's arm when she heard her father's voice. "East...Let's go."

"Mom! I'm not leav-" Aldeth yelled and leapt after Ray, but before he could finish his sentence, he felt a strong grip yank at his collar and threw him backwards. He looked up to find that it was his father. "Go! Go and help East protect Lyra!" He said and stood next to Ray. "Don't you try to fool me, Ray. I can see you're not in your best condition. I'm staying by your side." He said and aimed Ryung forward.

Ray laughed "I'm in the best 'condition' oif my life. There is nothign physically wrong with me" she stated. It was the truth and she spoke around the rest of it because she knew she could not lie to him. "besides how can you tell Aldeth to not stay if you yourself are going to stay? He needs one of his parents if not both of us."

Diaco sighed and said "Well if you insist we could always take it outside" his arms wrapping around her like snakes and a sensation of pleasure seeming to loom off of his body, while he kissed her neck a little more, he was most entertained from this woman.

Kashi spoke to East. "Let me take the girl, I can take her out of danger. You need to worry about protecting yourselves." Closing her eyes momentarily she spoke a few musical words and a spirit in the form of an great eagle dove from the sky, landing beside her. "I can carry her to safety." She held her hand out to Lyra, her eyes locked with East's.

The rain had passed, as it always did, leaving a man to shuffle his way towards the nearest town. He blended in well with the cover of darkened clouds, try his best to cloak in with the shadows. It was harded than he had thought, his injuries were causing him troubles. He held near his stomach to keep the blood from pouring out. His right leg was nearly unusable as it dragged the other behind it. The rain hadn't helped to heal any of his injuires either. He scanned the horizon to search for a town, and was relieved to see one in sight, no matter how far it was, he had to make it. There is a great imbalance, I suppose I could search for it after a rest. He knew using his magics would sever his tie to the mortal realm, and dared not even think of using them. It seemed a shorter trip now that he had made his way to a town, he slumped against the outside of the wall, making his way to the ground. Finally, he was able to let go of his wound. Gravity was the only thing that held the blood within the opening that was within the man's skin. It was a large wound, a circular hole roughly 3/4 of a foot in diameter. The man laid there staring at the sky, hoping to do continue living. Every so often one of his eyes would twitch from the pain. Now, why would a great imbalance be somewhere out here? He pondered the question as his eyes slowly closed.
