Margy was still hiding her head, following the instructions that Soul had given her. She had heard him scream get down, and in her panic, began to dig into the ground, making a bit of a ditch that she fit inside as she continued to hide. "HIQUUU!! HIQUUU!!!" she screamed at the top of her lungs, in response to the scary noises that were going on around her. She shivered a bit, not wanting to lift her head--for once her curiousity wasn't getting the best of her.

Ow.... Ow ow... Ow.... OW... Ow ow ow.... Ooooooooo....Oh, that one wasn't tha- OW! Ow ow ow... ow...and.... Hm? Is it over? Sou looked up, pulled from his thoughts. The area was covered in a smog of dirt and dust. Looking under him, he saw Stephenie on the ground - no dust or rocks sticking out of her, which means he was a good meat shield. Running his hand down his back, he knocked dirt and rocks loose out of his fur, before having to manually pull out a few spiky rocks that had dug into his skin. He grimaced and let out a bit of a yelp, but he mostly kept quiet, if only because there we're girls present, and to him, he needed to appear strong.
Trying to look into the dust and rocks, the dirt finally began to settle, and the sky was becoming visable again. A few clouds drifted easily over them as if nothing had happened. His ears perked as he ran to the fenced side and watched the sea swell and the waters crash about. The air over here was calmer, but much wetter. The sea was erupting with discontent, as swells wen every which way. He held out his hand as a few drops fell on him from the sky where the island had pushed water up as it took it's place. Turning around he could make out the shape of a hamster tail in the air out of a small hole. Giving a small smirk, he called out, "Coast is clear!" He bellowed.

The dust and dirt covered hamster tail that stuck out of the hole wiggled for a moment. In the hole, Margy was beginning to wiggle, trying to pull herself out of the hole, it took a bit--along with a few bumps against the ceiling for her to pull herself out. However, when she did finally pop out, it was revealed that she was covered in dust and dirt that was caused by the collision. "Hiqquu.." Margy said, before beginning to cough in response. A second later, her nose was wiggling. "ah... ah..." she was going to sneeze and when she sneezed, it was never a soft sneeze. "Aaah.... aahhh.... ahhh...." she could feel it coming. "Ah....oro?" she blinked. "False alarm..?" she blinked a second later. "AHHHHCCCHHHHOOOOOO!!!!!" her sneeze was incredibly loud, it was loud enough that it sounded more like a scream then a sneeze and echoed for a few minutes, not to mention, it caused Margy to tumble backwards. "...excuse margy..."

Stephanie held onto her head soarly, once again getting a huge migrain from squeezing her eyes so extremley shut. With a breif, slightly loud exhale, she let her eyes pop open. The sudden flowing of light into her eyes almost seemed alien at first, but after a few moments of eye fluttering, she found the scene not so unfamiliar anymore. But as she looked about and saw what torture the sea was in, and the darkness that seemed to still loom ahead, it seemed as if something had suddenly grabbed hold of her throat. Wordlessly she sat on her knees, looking towards the ground with an almost devistated expression. This was real......this wasn't a game anymore..... She looked up at Soul, who was painfully removing debris and dirt from his spines. That could have been her out there...that could have been any of them....thrown abotu in the ocean.....being thrashed around by torents of water and wind..... Suddenly the hot sting of tears came into her eyes, looking with wide eyes at the ground. "And I was willing to just...run in like an idiot....and get all of us killed...!!" She began to double over in guilt and sadness, when suddenly she heard Soul shout,"Coast is clear!" Rubbing her eyes wildly, trying not to make herself look stupid. Just as she was about to get herself up, she suddenly heard a gunshot-like sneeze coming from Margy's direction. With a quick chuckle, after giving a quick snuffle to try and hide her earlier tears, Stephanie cupped her hands over her mouth and shouted, "Gazuntite!!" After laughing softly for a few moments, she looked back at Soul. And with a quick 'Oh!' she got up and offered her hand to the orange hedgehog before her. "Here Soul, need a boost?" Her hand began to glow softly, makeing known both meanings of the question.

"Oh yeah, I forgot your necklace let you heal. Thanks, I'm not a fan of pain." He said logically as he shook her hand, letting the healing aura close his wounds and stop the bleeding from some of his wounds. releasin her hand, he looked up at the looming Angel Island, which continued to sink a little now, settling into the rock. "Well... Not one of my BETTER ideas, but we all managed to get through." He said, trying to let the fact it was his idea to come here be over shadowed by the fact they were still alive. "Check out the sea, though. Looks awesome." He pointed behind him, before turning around seconds later to gaze at the turbulent and dangerous waters. "I love watching waves." He admitted.

Margy wiggled her nose a bit more, and looked over towards Stephanie. She gave a bit of a grin and waved at her. "THANK YOU!!!" she yelled, before standing up and quickly running over towards Soul and Stephanie. Margy seemed completely fine, there wasn't a scratch on her, the only thing that was one her, was thin lining of dust that was covering her clothes and fur. "STEPHANIE-CHAN!!!" she squealed as she leapt forward and tackled her friend. "Stephanie-chan okay!" she said with a grin, before beginning to leap around happily. She sat down a second later and flopped over. "....margy rest now." she mumbled, actually tired for once.

"You're welcome. It's the least I could do after you protecting me." She looked to the waves as Soul mentioned the waves and how amazing they were. "Yeah...I've always loved the sea...probably because I had never seen until-" Stephanie was cut off as she heard the squeeky bellow of Margy across the way. With a laugh, Stephanie cupped her hands to shout 'YOU'RE WELCOME' but was greeted by the hyper hammy before she could take a breath. "STEPHANIE-CHAN!!!" She heard the hamster squeal. "Stephanie-chan okay!" Before she could tell Margy it was Soul's quick thinking, she and the little hamster were both on the floor. With a quick laugh, Stephanie gave the hammy a quick hug before she began her usual routine of bouncing around and giggling. But suddenly the hamster flopped backwards, arms sprawled on the floor, sayign that she'd rest. "Wow, that's a shock." Stephanie chuckled. But after saying it, she ducked her head low and raised her shoulders up, a guilty expression on her face. The way she had said that sound extremley mean, and she didn't mean to offend anyone. In an attempt to divert attention to her statement, she sat up quickly and scooted towards Margy's spot. "That's a good idea." After their little ordeal, a little vege time might be nice... With a soft Flop! Stephanie mirrored Margy's example, after which putting her hands behind her head and taking in a deep breath in, and then out. "Hey Soul, wanna join us?" Stephanie said, looking up at their companion.

"Hm?" Soul said, taking his attention away from the sea. "Uh, Nah. I'm gonna watch the sea a little. Feel free to rest, I'm gonna look around and talk to some people. No doubt people will be flocking here when they hear Angel Island has fallen. I'm gonna try to find a way up safely. If only to avoid the crowds." He explained. Turning back to the sea, he sighed deeply, thinking about a lot of things. The Sea, while raging, helped calm him. He smiled to himself. He was technically on an adventure now, Sonic Adventure, to make a bad pun. And he was on it with two Girls. Now, he wasn't gonna do anything bad, but he couldn't help but think of 'Zelos' from the Tales of Symphonia game he enjoyed when he was on Earth. "Good game." He murmured.

Margy laid on the ground for a bit, letting out a bit of a sigh. For once, in her hyperactive life--she was tired. Laying there, she blinked when she heard someone flop down beside her and looked over. "STEPHANIE-CHAN!!!" she squealed happily as Stephanie flopped over beside her, before beginning to flail her arms about in a hyperactive manner--it seemed that no matter how "tired" she seemed, she would never completely hold still--not unless she was asleep, but then again, she still probably even twitched in her sleep. Flailing her arms about a bit more, she let out a sigh and allowed them to fall back to the ground, resting them beside her. She grinned a bit afterwards and looked up at the sky. "Margy resty rest.." she said softly, and closed her eyes, it seemed she was about to take a nap--right then and there.

Stephanie gave a big smile as she watched Margy flail about in her usual manner, and then turned her head to the orange hedgehog. "Ok, see ya in a bit Soul." She shouted so as not to be drowned out by the sound of waves. As she watched him go towards the soon mass of people, her ears perked down slightly. She could understand his wanting to try and keep his wits about him, to try and sort things out..... Her own thoughts seemed to be swirling about, only small thoughts and little words seemed to reach the surface... "Sonic.....are we going to make it...?.....this is amazing...but....." Trying to dispell her tummult of emotions and thoughts, Stephanie closed her eyes, trying her best to clear her mind.... But...as it seemed....there was one word that kept staying in her mind...."Family...." A pained wince came across her face. What was going to happen to her family....? Were they ok...? If she an the guild had missed Soul so much in six months....what would happen to her family? Would they think her..... Tears began to slowly run down her cheeks, and her wince became a face of sadness and lonleyness.... With a small sniffle, she turned to her side, trying to hide her sadness from the little hamster...

Soul waved down a couple of folks heading for the train. He spoke to them for a small time before letting them go further, as he looked around. The BROWN Hedgehog slowly studied the rocks and such that made up the side of Angel Island, looking for places to grab or some vines from above, but as he saw, there was nothing of the sort. Continuing further, he saw a small pond where there was not before, a small ruin or the echidna civilization sticking out of the rock. As he walked over, he touched the ruin gently. As he did so, his mind flared a bit of jealousy towards the girls, who had received gifts from Tikal. "Why do I get left out? Why do they get magical items and I get, what, and extra six months on my own away from everyone?" He muttered as he drew his hand away. The idol made him angry, and he didn't want to be angry. Walking away, he decided to continue his search further down the wall, until he saw some overgrowth up ahead. Running to it, he grabbed unto the wall and gave a quick tug. Seemed sturdy. He hoisted himself into the air with it, and immediately let go, for fear of it breaking if he tried it. Thinking to himself, he best let Lea try it out. She had the necklace.
Running along the wall, he finally hit a dead end, where he found a small group of people standing there, two of them on cell phones. I guess the archaeologists exploring the area just hit the jackpot... floating island and all. He thought, smiling to himself. Deciding to head back, he passed the idol one more time. Staring at it, he stopped. A thought crossed his mind, and he dismissed it. But it came again, stronger this time. He again tried to drown it out. It blared in his head, before it started to become a slight obsession in his brain. "I'll go find the temple..." He murmured. "Perhaps... Perhaps there I might be able to find some answers." He said. In actuality, he was just trying to convince himself to go there for an unselfish reason. In reality, he wanted to see if Tikal was there...

Despite the fact that Margy had laid down and was about to go to sleep, her round hamster ears turned about slowly, picking up whatever sounds that were going on around her. Sitting up slowly, she blinked for a moment and looked over towards Stephanie, who seemed to be turned away from her. Blinking curiously, Margy reached over and began to poke at her in the side, as if she was trying to get a reaction out of her. "Hiquu...?" she made the weird sound and poked at her again. She poked at her friend for a bit longer, before looking up and beginning to look around for Soul, wondering where the hegdehog had disppeared to. "...nani...?" she asked, stood up and began to look around.

Stephanie seemed to ignore, or at least not notice, Margy's first attempt to get her attention. But as she heard a sad, faint little version of Margy's usual call, she wiped her eyes again and then turned towards the hammy. It seemed that she was confused, looking about for something. Stephaine tilted her head to the side, a bit concerned about what Margy was looking for. "What is it Margy?" Stephanie too sat up, looking in the same direction Margy was. But as she found herself looking around, she seemed to notice something missing. A certain brown hedgehog seemed to be missing. "Where's Soul?" Scooting around the other direction, she thought that she might have missed him going towards the water, or tried to use another vantige point...but he was nowhere to be seen. With a slight grunt, Stephanie pushed herself off the ground as the confused hamster began to look around. Following suite once more, Stephanie walked besides her hyper friend... She gave a single, ironic chuckle as she noticed this was probably....the fifth or sixth time she played "follow the leader." And she was never it. When she was...it seemed that it only got her, or someone else in an akward position....

Margy ran around the area, peeking beneath the debri that was around them. She blinked a bit more, acting a bit like a cartoon character, due to the way she was lifting up things that Soul would never been under as she looked for their hedgehog friend. "Soul-kun?" she asked, as she peeked beneath another piece of debri. "Hmmm...where did Soul-kun go...?" she asked as she scratched her head for a moment. She was so puzzled, she couldn't figure out where her friend had disappeared to. At the point, she had no idea what Stephanie was following her. "Stephanie-chan? Where do you think Soul-kun went--ahh!!" Margy jumped iut of her skin as she turned around and found Stephanie behind her. In her surprise, she lost her balance and fell to the ground.

"What are you guys doing?" Soul asked, as he was watching from far off while he was heading back towards him. The Brown hedgehog arrived on the scene from behind Lea who was behind Margy, causing a double fright. "I told you guys I was gonna look for a way up..." he said, almost feeling one of those anime sweat drops forming on his head, even though it really wasn't... he wanted it to, though.
