eek I think I just had a minor heart attack...*goes into a corner and rocks back and forth* ...I'm speechless...we've got to win House Spirit week...we've just got to...
Edit: And we have come in second in points @ House Spirit Week...yay...now the house to beat is Slytherin.

Amelia came into the common room, glad to be back after her forced break from Hogwarts. She was worried about all the classes she would have to make up.

Geez, Slytherin is definitely catching up in points. sweatdrop And to think they were the underdogs a few weeks back. I think I'm going to take a leaf out of Celestial's book and start to take off points for people not doing the homework.
Edited: I deducted points and so far Gryffindor is in danger of losing points, but hasn't yet. DADA's new policy on missing homework is if one misses 4 assignments, 20 points will be taken away and after that an additional 10 points are taken after the the initial 20 if they miss another assignment. We're ahead in House Points, but barely hanging on by a thread. Please do your homework, I can't stress it enough.
