Angel looks at Cale, giving him an expression of disagreement with his choice of handling the merc, but reluctantly nods, figuring she couldn't do anything to change his mind. She keeps her hands on her blaster, just in case.

"You got it mate. Despite the fact I don't really want to kill you but if I'm pressed to you've got it." Sidon said speeding over to the mesa and checking out landscape looking for anything of intrest that could be used. He withdrew his blaster fully and had it trained at the two people his finger on the trigger. Hopefully they were fast, he didn't know how long his trigger finger would stay in one place before moving.

Cale watched the man fly off towards the mesa and powered up his engines again. "Vape Bait's rather eager to get himelf killed in a pirate duel. too bad he dosen't know Pirates." he nosed the Aircraft out of the canyon and pointed it toward the mesa.
then he hit the thrusters and tipped the nose up, doing a flip and leveling the ship out pointing to the south, away from the merc. Cale gunned the engines and sped away, maneuvering the skyhopper around every piece of cover he could manage. as he put distance between them and the merc, he grinned."Pirate duels are between pirates. and he's no pirate. just not crafty enough." he glanced back."The poor moron must be cussing up a storm. theres few things on Tatooine that can match a skyhopper in speed, so we ought to be safe now. "

Angel gave Cale a slightly suprised look. " You're ditching him? " she asked. " I figured you were going to do something, but I didn't think this would be it. " Angel thinks back to her days at the Academy, taking the Tactics test on how to handle enemies in certain situations. The hit-and-run, the fake retreat to lure persuers into traps, and the multi-suprise-attack that takes at least 2 to pull off right, along with a few other things. Focusing back on the present, she says " Don't be too sure he won't catch up. There's a good chance he'd guess where we're heading, and find us there later, so keep your guard up. "

Imperius finally saw what made the noise. And it was not a pretty sight. Emerging from the droidroom, was a large drooling rancor. A rancor probably not fed in a LONG time. The most disturbing thing, was that the rancor was not as big as the ones in the HoloZoos. It was about 5 stories high.Dropping back to the ground, Imperius held his sabers at the ready.
"Strike me down if you will, Jedi, but I doubt even you will make it out alive"
Before the last words exited his mouth, the rancor spat about 5 gallons of saliva out of its mouth, before sweeping its arms down towards the Jedi and Sith.

"Of Course Im ditching him. I got more important things to do than play with a trigger happy merc." Cale said. the craft left the waste lands and began to pass over the dune sea. "Besides, he thinks we're heading to Anchorage. that will give us plenty of time to reach our real destination."

That little b*****d. Flipping out his com link he started speaking calmly. "Yeahh hi it's me. Get a look out for a skyhopper with a b*****d and a b***h aboard. One's a merc who's to cocky and the other seems to be quiet and kind enough. I'm going after them now but if you or any of your men see them blast them from the sky and collect their bodies." Sidon said before flipping the com back into his pocket. Climbing on his vehicle he pressed full power into the thrusters and shot forward after the b*****d rather then heading to Anchorage. If they were finding a way of getting there they would have to deal with half the underground there. HE knew he wouldn't catch up with them but he also knew they wouldn't have a clue he was after them. His blaster had been restaped to his shoulder and was ready to use if need be. Next time he saw them it would be a straight shot to the head rather then any faffing around.

it was a full day's flight, made longer by Cale's need to try and obscure their trail, But Finally they reached the town. "Welcome to Mos Espa. Racing Mecca of the Outer Rim. everything from stunt flying to pod racing can be found here. and so can the vice that follows such events." Cale said to Angel as he flew over the city. "the Boonta race track is one of the most popular courses for throttle jockeys across the galaxy. and fortunately for us, its three days into the Boonta Eve celebrations. trouble will be hard pressed to track us down, but parking will be a pain." he sighed as he swooped around for the fifth time."Damn it, I haven't found a clear pad-theres one!' he said as an air shuttle took off from a landing pad. "lets set her down there and stretch our legs. the embassy isn't too far from here." he sped over and dropped the skyhopper into the parking spot. "like a glove." he said in a confident tone.

Neb stared, before quickly jumping back out of the way of the rancor's reach. He withdrew his sabre, and put it away.
"I think now is my time to leave... Til next time, master Jedi," He stated, throwing up a wall of sand from the ground which covered Jabba's throne, rivaling that of a small sandstorm, before darting down the main hallway, helped by the force, out into the bright sunlight. The landspeeder quickly started up, as he heard the roar of the rancor echo throughout the palace. Most likely, that was its final breath.
I have no time for games, and if he's anything worth the trouble of fighting, he won't have any trouble with a weakminded rancor... and chances are, he already disposed of it. Though, I must tell the travel agency about this, as they won't be pleased to tell their tourists about this anymore... ps, call council to send out a team of jedi to combat new force user.

Imperius stood over the dead Rancor's body, twin blades ebbing with blue lights.
Why the hell is my saber turning blue? The crystal might be bad or something
He left the palace, and crossed the dusty lands till he found the Twilight Dawn . Quickly boarding, he flew across the Dune Sea, towards Mos Espa, where he would meet Angel, and pay homage to the home of his master.

His com beeped as he recived a link. "Sir I hvae seen the two people you see land in Mos Espa. I am currently tailing them and shall subdue them soon. Don't worry I'm not on my own as I have 5 trusted friends with me. I hope to see you soon Brother." He listened and the flipped it back to his pocket and pushed all the strength he did from the little thing he was on and soon reached Mos Espa himself, despite the merc's attemtp to mask their travel however good it was. He would feel bad in killing this smart man but he didn't even have the honour to fight in a duel, so he would die like the dog he was.

As the two walked to the embassy, Cale eyed the gambling dens and bars that lined the streets with marked interest. "say, Angel. tell you what. you hit the embassy, get our rooms and the like. I have a few...'errands' I need to run. I'll catch up with you later." before she could argue, he had strolled off in search of a beer and a free sabacc table.
