Mara stood there open mouthed, her eyes were wide with shock. She fell down on to the bed making her hair spill out like a golden river. Would she still have to leave even though she wasn't fully healed? And was Jon promise just a lie? She had no clue she just tried to remember what had just happened. It happened so fast.

Jon appeared in the room, pushing his way past the door. "Reporting for duty Your Highness." Renon looked at him. "Take Mara to her mother and meet me here," commanded Renon. Jon nodded and walked back into the room where Mara was. "Come Mara. We must go," he said simply, the two sword sheaths hanging from his leather belt.

Devion sighed, "Then you do whatever you want. Fail again, I really don't care. But just to let you know your really not apart of this war, not anymore." She turned and began walking away. If he didn't think he needed help then let him suffer, but if he actually decided to do something about it, she was there.
Feona followed him, her eyes widened. So nothing had changed, she knew it wouldn't have but for that small point in time she was near the pool of water everything seemed to fine. Peaceful. "Um..." She looked at Kensho and smiled lightly, "Is there anything I can do to help?"

Kensho returned the smile. "Grab your weapons and prepare for an attack," he said calmly.

"Alright then" Mara stood she was infuriated that Jon's promise to stay with her was a lie. No other way of putting it Jon had lied to her dead striaght. She mounted ready to set off. With the word she rode off with Jon and some other body gaurds. She didn't talk to Jon and only looked ahead of her. Towards where her Mother and her santuary was.

Jon could tell Mara was mad. "Look Mara. You can be so selfish!!! I would stay with you but freakin' duty is to the palace, not just you! If you want to be this way, I don't want to spend the rest of my life with you!" Jon's face was flushed with anger. He spurred his horse and galloped ahead, black hair flying behind him.

Feona smiled and grabbed the only weapon she had a double edged sword that she would mess around with when she had the chance but other than that she had no real experience. Yet that could change today.
((I'm going to be gone for 3 days starting tomorrow.... and should be able to start posting around fri. hopefully))

Katriana hadn't noticed that he was actually near where she was. She watched the fox girl run off into the night. She tilted her head a bit. She had to stay hidden. She doubted anyone but Kiaria knew she was there. She supposed that she needed to stay hidden anyway. She didn't really care about her life, which when she thought about it seemed wrong. She went inside the temple and when to a spot where she was supposed to be watched and kept safe.

Something hit home just then. In this war she could lose her Father, Yuri & Jon. She didn't want to lose anyone with them feeling angry at her. She turned her horse around and cantered to Jon who was already far away from her. When she reached him night was setting in.
"Jon," She said out of breath. "I'm sorry, you were right. I was selfish to think that. Your duties come frist. I was being selfish. I understand if you never want to see me again." She turned to ride off again.

Jon didn't canter after her. He pulled his horse to a stop, looking around. He put a hand on the hilt of his sword before spurring his horse. His duty was to protect the princess.

Mara saw something ahead of her, she stopped. An indured fox cub lay infront of her. She dissmounted and picked it up, placing it next ot her legs on the saddle. But by know the sun had set and she saw shadows dart around her. The Nightkingdom's scouts were out, they were looking for her. She rode on in the direction of the Daywalker Kingdom. But didn't realise how far she was from it. She stopped again looking for the lanturns the lined the gates. She saw a faint glow ahead of her and gingerly rode towards it.

Jon cantered up so he was next to her. He had drawn his blde, the blade itself glittering in the moonlight. His eyes gazed around, never once glancing at Mara.

Mara nodded, she understood why he didn't say anything. The scouts would hear them and attack. She softly gestured towards the dim light, suggesting that it was the lanturns of the Daywalker Kingdom. Mara wasn't sure though. She'd never realy been out at night without her father before.

Jon shook his head. He turned abrubtly right, pulling the reins of Mara's horse so they were in his hand. His horse disappeared into the forest ahead, but Jon still had Mara's reins.

Mara pointed to the white fox cub on her saddle, its azure eyes slowly opened followed by a yawn. It paw was limp and sore. She would have asked where they were going but under the current night, no.
