"Cute ain't he?" The voice came from behind Sari. It was Star. She smiled as she pat the girl on her head. She began to walk over to Kage and kissed his head a little. Moving a little bit more jovial than normal. She was happy and wasn't afraid to show it. She had done something she had no business. Kage knew it...he just didn't know what.
"Well now, how would you like to make the first day in your new home official? Want to train in soemthing? Want to get something to eat? What?"

Batosai laid there on the floor, as it wasn't as cold anymore and his body was on top of it. He continued to think of his memories of his life and began to think of the accomplishments he is trying to achieve. He slowly nodded his head a bit and then got back to try it again.
"Never give up, no matter what your body goes through." he thought as these were the words that were in one of the scrolls he studied. He went down until his nose touched the ground again. With all this confindence he felt and gained from himself he lifted himself back up with ease. He looked at the ground and said softly, "1."

Batosai with his newly gained confindence tried to get a second push-up right away. But since he rushed himself, his arms collapse from beneath him. He hit the floor again with not that much force to really hurt him.

Batosai felt a little sting on his body as he hit the floor. "Maybe I shouldn't have rushed it." he thought as the pain from his body slowly went away. He got himself up from that as he tried to do that again without hurting himself, if that was possible for him.
He went down very slowly. As he went down he felt every muscle in his arms and chest burning like he was somehow on fire without his knowing. He continued to do this until his nose touched the ground again. As he touched the ground he slowly went back up into postion. He said to himself with relief, "2."

Batosai took a couple of deep breaths as he tried to get the pain in his arms to disappear. As he concentrated, the pain slowly eroded away like a great weight was lifted of his shoulders. Batosai now feeling calm and concentrated was ready to continue.
He went down slowly until he touched his nose. Because he was so concentrated on what he was doing there wasn't as much pain in both his arms and chest as before. So it was easy to go down and touch the ground and come back up into positon again. "3." he said to himself softly.

By this time, Batosai was comfortable in the position he was in. He was calm, concentrated, and determined to train. A lot more determined to train because of the conflict that almost happened in the Mistress' Office with those other two ninja. He wasn't going to show weakness like that again.
He slowly went down again. As he kept doing this everytime, the pain more seemed to fade away. So he managed to easily go down to touch his nose on the floor and come back up into postion. With this he began to feel more confindent, but he also tried to stay concentrated on his goal. "4." he said to himself.

As he finished his push-up, he felt a little tired. So Batosai began to take deep breathes so that he can get air into his lungs. Once he felt under control, he tried to focus himself on his training.
Once focused he went down to touch the floor. As he did this he done it slowly so that he could work his muscles. Once his nose touched the floor he tried to do the same thing but going back up intstead. But because he was so tired from the training that he suddenly collapsed to the floor.

"Well...Tadashi told me to start on the Genjutsu Kai: Release jutsu...But...i'm not all too sure on how to do it. Do you think you can help me Mi-er....Star." Sari had to stop herself before calling her 'miss' again. Looking over at Kage, she smiled before looking back at Star. She hoped to be able to have the jutsu done by the time Mari got back! Or...soon...at least...she hoped... The light haired Amane girl looked around the room for a moment more before drifting off in her own thoughts and wondering where it was her sister and Tadashi had gone. She seemed to be in a bit of a daze for a while before coming to her senses and wondering if she missed anything.

Batosai began to breath heavily as he collapsed to the floor. He turned himself over onto his back so that he might get more air into his lungs. "I need to rest for a little bit." he thought as he laid there more a moment, trying to control his breathing.

As a few minutes passed, Batosai managed to get his breathing under control. Once he thought it was best to get up to continue on. But unfortunatly his arms were too sore and in pain to use them at the moment. So he decided to rest a little longer. So he closed his eyes as he drifted asleep.

As Batosai was sleeping, he began to dream. In his dream, he was the exact age as he was now. He looked around to see that he was at his old home, before it was destroyed many years earlier. Suprised at what he was seeing he felt a little secure about himself since he was at a place of peace.

With seeing his old home, he felt some sort of peace inside of him. He slowly shut his eyes for a quick moment. When he opened them, he was all of a sudden in his home. It looked like it did from his memories. He then seen his mother cooking breakfast. With the sight of her, Batosai felt sort of happiness like he never felt before, since he seemed to forget he was only dreaming.

With all the happiness surrounding Batosai train of thought, he loss focus of what was real or not. That was all shattered when a kunia with a paper bomb went thorught one of the windows and onto the table and exploded. Batosai covered his eyes from the bright light as he probably wouldn't have time to dodge or evade the explosion. He suddenly uncovered his eyes to see the village in flames. He slowly looked down to see his mother on the ground covered in blood. Remember this nightmare of his memories he screamed as loud as long his lungs could handle it.

[[hay Caleo...not sure, this village may do things a bit differently but the guild standard is that you have to do rest posts as SEPERATE posts. Not all in one post. Ask Karite since this is techniqually his village but thats usually the standard. Why do you think we call it a rest POST]]
Star looked to the girl. Her face began to turn up when she was about to call ehr miss. It made her feel old and decrepid. However, when the girl changed her voice, she was better. Star again smiled and moved to sit down on one of hte already furnished couches. She crossed her legs and looked over to the girl, "Ok, cop a squat over at the other seat. I'll put you under a Genjutsu and you have to break it. Sound fair?"
She smiled a bit...a bit evilly as she looked to the girl. Kage looked over to her and caught ehr gaze. A sigh left her lips and she grumbled, "Fine, I won't use THAT genjutsu. *whisper spoil a**... *whisper*" She smiled and pointed to the girl then to the seat. When she would take it, Star glared to her, catching her gaze...the genjutsu was on already.

(Uh...one...XD and I passed the 15 with it so...it still counts?)
"Yes." Sari said as she sat down where she was instructed and wondered what Genjutsu it was she was refering to at first. When she had caught Star's eyes in her own, something felt...not right...She wasn't exactly sure what, but it was just odd. The young shinobi laced her fingers together and closed her eyes. Taking in a deep breath before opening her eyes and attempting to break her chakra flow. She made a sudden jolt before attempting to cut it off completely. It didn't exactly go as she planned and it used up more of her chakra than she would have liked. The flow had gone a bit longer than she anticipated and she couldn't stop it completely. Sari could only dwindle down the flow to normal right now. She sighed and got ready to try it again. She'd get it soon...hopefully....

[[yep, it counts. So i won't slow you down, you can auto-play star constnatly putting you under genjutsu when I'm not on if you like. ]]
Star grinned to the girl. She knew the girl hadn't broken it yet. So she decided to have some fun...she began to play on the girls mind and began to cause slight distortions in things around her. Little things like the color of a nearby light fading from its normal white to a shade of yellow. Slight smells playing in her nose, breezes even though the doors and windows were closed...these were teh basics of genjutsu, nothing fancy or battle worthy but it was something all the same.
Kage looked over...he was a bit indisposed at the moment. TO be truthful, he wasn't comfortable with their lack of knowledge about this village. There were still places he wanted to check out for strategic applications and just plain fun. Yes, even he had fun with weird things. And so, he headed off."I'm heading out..." he said as he moved to the door. Without waiting for a responds, he vanished as the door closed behind him.

The eerie feeling Sari had hadn't left her yet and she still wasn't aware of what it was. The light having seemed to dull and the weird wind she was feeling...just...odd... She kept her fingers together as her eyes stayed on nothing in particular. Sari had spaced. At least, for a while. Soon enough she regained her thoughts and started up the flow again. Making sure it was even and controlled before doing anything else. Sari kept her mouth shut as she got ready to try stopping her chakra flow again. Her flow steadily increased as the moments passed. Though, when she tried to stop her chakra flow it didn't work. The flow kept its quickened pass for a bit longer before slowing down.

Batosai woke up, screaming, from his nightmare covered in sweat. He stopped screaming as there was no more air in his lungs. He stared at the wall as he was breathing heavily. He pulled his legs closer together until his knees were up to his chest. He used his hands to hide his face while using knees to support his elbows. After sitting like that for five minutes, his breathing returned to normal. Batosai whispered to himself, "Time to train again."
Batosai turned over and got back into the push-up postion. He took a couple of deep breaths so he could get focus on his training. Once he felt focused he slowly went down and touched the floor with his nose. When he did he slowly went back up to the normal position. "5." he said as he looked rested.

With his body rested, Batosai had no trouble with the last push-up. But his mind was haunted by those nightmares. Every night he always has those nightmare when he just wants to forget and move on. Feeling like he was loosing his focus, he shut those thoughts out of his mind and try to focus his mind on the task at hand.
He went down slowly until he touched his nose against the floor. With the rest he had a little bit ago helped as his arms felt very little pain. Pretty confindent he slowly went back up into postion slowly. He counted aloud, "6."
