Dr_jelly Mmkay, I made some changes, and I present to you:
my second consecutive avatar rate.
(Even though I know you dislike the color combo)
I took some of your suggestions as well as other suggestions I heard:
~switched out the stockings for blue longjohns.
~Took out the white completely; replacing the white gloves with black gloves & took the parabolic reflector & replaced it with m Jack headband.
~I added some Drop Dead earrings to separate the orange hair & cape.
~I changed the shirt to Kill L0cke Top, so there's no red or white at the top, and the V-neck shows some more blue near the face.
~Added Cat Mask
~Added Oculus Mythica (which so coincidentally fits in perfectly)
~Added orange gloves
Also, do you have any ideas on how to cover my face... it really stands out. sweatdrop
EDIT: I'm trying the cat mask, but the chin still looks odd. question

Alright, well I see you added things. Unfortunately, they aren’t working that well.
To start, you don’t have an even amount of gold over the whole avatar. I see you have the gold leg, stomach, & face tattoos, but they really aren’t that visible unless you look closely because they are against white.[More visible on darker skin tones] I would suggest gold leg bands as well as some gold around the torso.[That is more visible] The avatar would look good without gold though, so either way.
Secondly, the black is also uneven. The black items don’t really go well together, if I much say…they look unnatural together.
I would suggest getting rid of the excess snowflake item around the avatar…makes it look too busy.
Overall, 2.5/10
& that's all there is to it!

& that's all there is to it! i just changed it AGAIN and i think it looks [[semi]] better then before! you can rate it later though cause you just rated me and yer really good at rating! and no im not just kissing up haha I'm a sucker for lovers- for lovers...
