Kakashi because I would be able to relax a bit (seriously, a date with him would more than likely end up reading a book under a tree or waiting for him for eternity, so enough time to relax XD)
Or Neji, just because, well... The eyes, gotta love the eyes! And he's not too hyper either, and says what he has to say, so...
Then there's Itachi... Just because I would be curious to see what a date with an Akatsuki would be like, and ok, the eyes razz
