"This will be great!" Ituski said to Rae. "Just so you know, I think the first place I'm going to check out is the forest beyond the lake."

Rae nodded. "I'll scout the mountain soon." She was drawn to the mountain, as it reminder her greatly of her home before. She was curious as to what lay on Kousetsu's side of it.

Itsuki smiled and tilted her head to the side a bit. "We'll definately get things done quicker!"

Rae smiled and nodded at Itsuki eagerly. She was looking forward to possibly getting to know Itsuki better. She had been the first friendly face she had seen in....well, forver, and she'd always silently be grateful for it. Grinning, she started to bat at Loki's chain piercing.
Loki sighed dramtaically. "I knew there was a downisde to this piercing," he said teasingly. He was glad Rae had lived in the snow previously; her experience was there, and he wasn't sure he could concentrate on teaching. His mind was still set on the center of the lake.

Itsuki laughed as she watched Rae play with Loki's earring. "Well," she said, looking up at the sky, "we should get some sleep, I think. We can look around the forest tomarrow!" Ituski went tp get a drink from the lake before curling up, trying to fall asleep.

Sahari soon stopped by the lake and sat down by the water which gentaly lapped against her paws, curling her tail around her front paws to avoid the water she waited for Loki to finish so the two could talk. Besides she had a feeling there was something he needed to tell her.

Ryari could swear that she senced subtile waves of unease coming from the wise Elder. She wondered what was troubling him. She realized with a jolt that he was heading twords Sahari and decided it was best if he was left to talk in private. Itsuki was fine sleeping so she decided to ask Rae. "Hey, Rae, would you like to go hunting with me?" she asked calmly.

Rae looked up, considering. She had a vague idea why they were being led away, and nodded. "Sure!" She leaped off of Loki's head, landing next to Ryari. "Lead the way?" She could learn more about the area she was going to study anyways.
Loki sighed gratefully, smiling at the two. "Don't fight too much, alright?" Hel aughed, gesturing to the forest with his head to dismiss them. He walked over to Sahari and sat down, staring speculatively into the water.

Ryari padded off around toe opposite side of the lake twords the edge of the forest she paused at the first tree and turned to Rae, "What can you smell?" She asked.

Rae inhaled deeply, filling her senses. "It smells like deer." She walked forward a little more, examining the ground. "It's an old scent though, they moved on an hour or two ago...towards the river."

Itsuki watched as Ryari and Rae left. "I think I'm going to look around the other side of the lake, now. Kinovu, do you want to come with me?" Itsuki asked.

"Good," she nodded. "Can you smell anything nearby, some prey perhaps?" She asked as the strong scent of vole filled her sences.

Sahari looked at Loki, "Whats going on?" SHe asked calmly glancing over at him, then back at the water curling her tail around her paws.
Kinovu blinked, "Sure!" He mewed.

Rae sighed in frustration, inhaling deeply. "There's some creature under ground, but I can't be sure of what it is."
Loki continued to stare at the lake, unsure of where to start. "Sahari, somthing strange and unplainable happeneed last night." He lifted his gaze to the center of the lake, watching it warily. "Last night, Rae and Ryari went to the center of the lake, after we saw some strange glow emanating from it. The glow got brighter, and these...these voices started singing with an increasing volume. This large harmony, singing in some other language." He looked at her at this point. "Sahari, they said all of our names. Every one of us."
