Amy sat down on a rock looking up at the sky "it looks so much better when you feel free" she said. The man smiled "indeed, freedom is something we all crave" he said. she looked at him confused " but you are free" she said. The man smiled "just because we have more options than you, doesnt mean we are free, free is only when you have absolutely no rules bounding you" he said, she looked at him then back at the sky "well this is more freedom than i ever had, and i would be happy if i had even this much" she said with a smile

“I know it is not like in Keros, the forests there are unique and have this…” His eyes narrowed, looking at the garden to find the right words. He was about to continue, as he smiled and let it be, “Your sisters and you can always come here if you miss Keros.” His eyes widened, as he was surprised by something, but he actually remembered something, “Did you arrive by horse, Princess? If so, I can guide you to your horse.” By showing her things that resembled of Syra, Xander hoped she would relax and feel more like home. It was her choice of coming here. It wasn’t a choice to any of the Princesses, or so Xander believed. For that reason he didn’t want them to feel like strangers and make the best of it.

Aryana looked away from him as he asked how she arrived here. For a moment what could be taken as embarassment appeared on her cheeks. "No...I was in a carriage. I'm actually afraid of horses..."
She whispered the last part to him, hoping that he did not catch it at all.

Amy lied down in the grass field behind them and looked up at the endless stars, "i have never seen such a starry sky, and i look at the sky every night" she said, though as she looked over to Clive, she had seen that he had fallen asleep, she sighed with a smile "to freedom"

"Well, I'm glad you went through it. Everyone should be graced to hear your voice." Looking at just about everything in the castle, he smiled at some things, frowned at others, and somethings just confused him. Realizing she was avoiding the Northern wing, he was going to ask her what was there, but decided against it. If I'm not supposed to know, then I'm not supposed to know. It isn't my job to snoop around, but to get to know the place.

Once they got to his room, he was a little glad it was over. "This place is nice, better than mine. The decore..." he trailed off, looking back out at the hallway. His eyes back on her, he could only smile. "Your father was a smart man, you never know what might happen." Winking at her, he bowed, kissing the top of her hand. "Now, if you'll excuse me, milady, I think I will find my horse and then grab my belongings. Syrva is probably feeling lost anyways." Sighing, he let go of her hand and began to take slow strides towards the stables where he left Syrva.

Arriving at the stables quite some time later, Syrva was kicking and rearing up to see him. "Calm down girl!" Roran laughed as he patted her nose. "It's fine. You'll have to get used to this place? It'll soon be our second home. And with the way the townsfolk treat some of the royal house, we may be here a bit longer to handle some things. You know how I hate the townsfolk rebelling on me. Especially since I care for their well being." Frowning, he sighed. "And I'm missing the evenings Dance. Oh well. Sacrifices will have to be made for peace. You ready to ride?" Syrva neighed happily as they galloped out of the stables.

As they were leaving though, Roran heard a few maids calling for Vivian. Having Syrva walk over to them, he asked, "have you checked the town? Her room? Everywhere possible?" The maids all nodded, and then began to run around in panic. "Syrva, let's go." He nudged her sides and she ran off, Roran reaching the end of the forest. "DELENE!?! DELENE WHERE ARE YOU!?!" he called for Vivian's new horse. If they had bonded as much as Vivian claimed, the horse might know where Vivian went off to. "DELENE!?!?!"

Delene bolted into view, whinnying wildly, quite shaken. Pawing at the ground in agitation, her eyes were wide. There was a shred of white cloth on her saddle from Vivian's dress, a few tiny droplets of blood.

~~~
Vivian groaned, looking up when she woke, looking around. Her head throbbed, she was a little grateful that it was dark at least wherever she was.
"Hello Vivian."
Looking up, she saw a lamp flicker on, the candles glow dim. Squinting, she recognized him immidiatly. She tried to move back from him, but she couldn't unless she wanted to fall over.
"Aw, whats the matter? Afraid of what you know I'm going to do?" He laughed, grabbing her mouth tightly and holding a dagger to her cheek. He was young, and unfortunately very handsome. He nearly lured her in before. You could call him a stalker of sorts. "You are far too beautiful Vivian for your own good."
Vivian whimpered, tears running down her cheeks. She gave a stiffled scream when the torture started, the gag quieting her as did his threats to kill her. Papa...Papa I'm scared! Help me....Amaya! Someone...
“By carriage? I see, it is the safest way to travel.” Xander wasn’t sure if he understood the second part correctly, so he didn’t get into it, “I prefer traveling by carriage, because I am not good with horses.” He laughed softly, his hand scratching the back of his head, “I owned six horses, all died in battle. I promised myself there would no seventh horse.” Painful memories surfaced in his thoughts, but he cleared his mind. He would want to make Princess Aryana to feel uneasy.
Aryana looked up to him with the same look she never seemed to lose. All the while in her mind she kept reminding herself, Remember...you have to do your best just like the others are possibly doing.. Her footsteps slowly leading her closer to him, "Shall we walk about m'lord?" She finally came to say as she held back a sigh of reluctance.
It was a couple of hours later, Vivian bloody and her hair disheveled(sp?), violet eyes dulled from their normal brightness. The wounds that had been cut were bandaged, her captor confused her so...
"I think you'll be good my sweet."
The gag was removed from her mouth, making her cough. "Christoph....Why? Why are you doing this?" She asked him softly, meekly. Finally raising her head, the tears had stained their way into her skin.
The young man smiled as he cut her bonds, not letting her go though. "Why? Because you have bewitched me...now the covenant has forsaken me for it." His lips brushed her ear, making her shiver. "I hate you, and love you."
Her eyes widened as she trembled, knowing immidiatly where she was, and what he would do to her. Shaking her head, she tried to break away from him, giving a small cry when he backhanded her, making her fall to the ground.
He pinned her there, growling. "Now you leave me no choice."
A girls pride and treasure was stolen from her in that next moment.
<~>
Vivian didn't know how long that terror had gone on, only knowing relief and pain when it was over. Christoph was smiling smugly, walking towards the door. Turning her head, she saw her sword near her hand. Glancing back to her captor, she quickly snatched her sword, its sheath missing. He started to turn to say something to her when he stopped, making a choking sound. He was now pinned to the door by her sword in his chest, her body shuddering uncontrolably. "Took...all you needed...eh, succubis?" He gave a forced chuckle before he died.
Vivian pulled her sword from him, backing away to the foremost corner, her mental state and nerves completely shot. Her sword clattered to the floor, sinking down to the floor. She couldn't even get herself to run, to leave, she couldn't. For there was a twist in this nightmare that tore her apart...
Amaya heard the maids and quickly found Kaname. They both watched Roran race off and looked to eachother worried, before Amaya once again dawned her secret life. She was dressed like a man, and her hair was pulled back as a mask covered her face up to her eyes before she put her cloak on, racing off into the woods with Crow.
Scimitar hilts clanged together as the jet black mare ran, and Amaya put a hand to her mouth, howling as a wolf ran up. Revealing an item of Vivian's to the wolf, Amaya knelt next to the creature. "Saber, find Vivian." She whispered before the wolf raced off, Crow following in quick pursuit behind the wolf.
A few hours later, the group came upon the hideout. Saber growled as Amaya jumped off the horse. With one swift kick, the door fell onto a body and she found her sister in the corner, crying hysterically. Amaya knew what had happened to Vivian the moment she saw her, and it tore her up inside. She wanted to just cry and hold her little sister, but none of her sisters knew her little secret, so she had to pretend to only show as little sympathy as a stranger would. "Come with me. I won't hurt you. I promise." She said in a deep voice, holding her hand out as she looked at the floor.
Amy ran after the man, they entered the forest, and unluckily were surprised by what must have been half a dozen assassins. Clive looked at Amy "can you fight?" he asked, Amy gave him a 'who are you to ask that' look, she hated when people underestimated her, but after a while she saw them come closer "i guess so" she said pulling her Katana. The assassins burst out laughing "you fihgt? girlie, you must be joking," the one who seemed to be the leader said. Amy stopped moving, her eyes turned very angry, even though she hated being underestimated, she hated being called girlie even more. She smiled "well come see for yourself" she said readying her Katana.
Vivian was still as stone when she heard the door fell in, inside she was screaming and hysterical, her eyes reflecting this. But once she recognized her sister, she still couldn't move, the fear still inside. She shrank from her sisters hand, shaking her head as she slid against the wall and went around her sister, pushing the door off of Christoph. She would be thought a madwoman to act as she did, holding her sword up to her sister while holding his body to her. "No...You'll just take me from him like father did!" She screeched at her, too much conflict going on within her head. Choking back a sob, she dropped her sword, touching her forehead to Christoph's, shaking him a little. "Why? Why did you make me do that? Why?! You knew that was beyond my control...why dammit, why?!" She cried, swearing that she saw a tear fall from his closed eyes, finally letting all of the emotions out, sobbing, whailing, clinging to him. She too had kept a secret from her sisters, from nearly everyone. There was no escaping it, Amaya would find out now.
"This is the true reason you were not allowed outside, wasn't it?" Amaya asked grimly as she looked to her sister and the dead man. "Your father did not wish for you two see this man. So they locked you in to keep you to apart." She commented calmly. Amaya tried to stay as calm as possible to calm her sister down, but it was slowly becoming more effort. "This is bandit country Princess Vivian. It is dangerous for you to be out here right now. You must come with me." She said, still in a deep voice as she looked about, getting worried.
Amy and Clive stood back to back, each had a blade in their hand. As the assassins started coming, Amy caught her breathe 'ok, this is your time to prove yourself' she thought as 2 of them came at both of them. one at Clive, and one at her, as the assassin swung his sword in the air, she knew he was going to do an over-head attack, and blocked it, but as the blades hit, she noticed how strong he really was "jesus" she said as she was using all her strength to block the attack, but he was too strong, so she simply moved one step to the right, withdrew her sword, the assassin fell forward, and she turned her blade and ran it straight through his chest. "poo, these guys are stronger than Tridon" she said, nervously and a little scared
(( Oh, this is what he looks like -->Christoph))
Vivian wished that she were dead, wished that things hadn't happened like this. She could only give a nod to her sisters question, forcing herself to calm down at least a little. "I'm not leaving without him..." Closing her eyes, she choked down a sob, holding him as a hand ran through his hair. "I'm sorry my love...I couldn't keep my promise. I'm sorry..." Picking him up as best she could, she walked outside, violet eyes blank and distant. She held her sword in one hand, seeing Delene was there. Placing her sword in its sheath, she laid his body gently on Delene's neck before climbing up, his head rested back on her shoulder. "There was only one thing I hated father for...this was it. No...I blamed fate more for it..." She mumbled, her mind on the breaking point. Anything more and she would snap, yet far from being saved.
