Leaning against the conter he reguarded the rocker for a moment. "So ... you want a job at my club do you?" Reno had said something about it. "Do you have a band? Or do you play solo?"
He'd have to take things into consideration if there were more people he'd have to find room for somewhere backstage. One person he could deal with easily but more could mean some rearanging.

"You'll have to show me" He smirked. "I'm sure i could do with a bit of entertainment every once in a while. Having someone as pretty as you on stage would bring in customers who are more, giving, with their money"

"Mmm, I'm sure I could draw in quite a crowd for you..."Purring softly, Demy rose from his chair. A few swift steps brought him to the bartender's side, where he quickly rubbed against the other for attention and emphasis.

He ran his fingers across the other's muzzle and into his hair. "I'm sure you could." He smirked. "Though i'll have to fix the stage lights so that they show you off perfectly"

"You can help me fix up back stage. I'll let the professionals do the dangerous things." He chuckled as he straightened up. He knew a few people that could fix the lights for him and it wouldn't be that hard to fix up the back room himself.

"Okay!"Tail still swishing, Demy seemed to be happy at the plan. Back at his bandjobs he had never been allowed to do much of anything backstage. Of course, back then he never really wanted to. But now that he wanted to make a good impression so Lou would feel better about letting him stay... Yeah, it seemed like a good idea to appear helpful.

"That way you can pick everything out and it can be tailored specifically to you." He reached over and petted one of Demy's ears. It was far too easy to please the younger audio. As long as he wasn't snarling he made a rather nice pet to have around.

Demyx purred, the boy moving his ear so Lou could pet it easier. Okay, maybe he was easy to please. So long as he had attention he seemed perfectly content. "Mmmm sounds good..."Hey, this would be fun. Picking out stuff for his new backroom at his new job... Much better than wandering around wondering if he'd find work again.

He petted the other's ear for a moment before his fingers drifted down to his jaw. "Such a darling boy." He hadn't had a pet that was this easy to please in a long time.
