::Marry instantly got all shy. Her hands folded in front of her and her knees touched as she looked left and right...her face would have blushed if it could but it couldnt so it didnt. But she definately had a look of "cyutely embarassed as she squeezed out a tiny...:: Yeah...he's just like my Mr.Bear Bear...::He reached forward and poked the bear in the eye as she was talking.:: Its to keep you company in the big scary tower...I hope you like it...::She just couldnt help poking its face and arms. She was very very proud of her first stitching job, though she had only to look at the curtains of the room to see what REAL stitching could do. So she knew this wasnt the best stuffed animal in the world...she just hoped Madi liked it. She was so shy, and somewhat embarassed and it showed so easily that a blind baby could have seen it gushing like a siv.::

"He's Beautiful..." Smiled Madison as she stroked it's face lightly with the back of her paw, she had never seen a real stuffed animal before or held one, only heard about them from other people. A warm tingly feeling swooped over her as she hugged it once more. She completely ignored the stitching jobs around the room and only had concern for the bear.
"Very beautiful...Very much like you Mary" Countinued Madi as she looked back up at Mary with a kind expression, she did not see the monster that many would see. Just a beautiful young woman who worked in a dark hospital and only cared for others. The young rabbiton yawned alittle fallowed by a stretch. Her eyes grew slightly heavy, as she sat on the soft bed. Slugglish-like, she removed her glasses and rubbed her eyes slightly, then placing them back on her face, allowing her to view the world around her more clearly now.

((Yeah, I slipped. I shouldn't have said that.... sweatdrop ))
As the doctor spoke, Silver felt the injustice of his words, and yet he did not speak. Further interjection would sure as hell make the situation far worse. The words hit him like a daggar to the lung. As many accusations and false truths the 'Doc' made, there was a single fact that Silver had to stare in the face from now until the rest of his existance.
You love the dizguzting infection in your blood, you abomination.
Or more truthfully... he was in love with the power. As much as he hated the source of the blood, as much as he despised his own existance, he was in love with magic. No, the power of the magic. It was a salvation to him, one he had not realized the true meaning of until now.
The rest of the mans words were blank to him, as Silver was lost in reflection. How was he ever going to restore his life and existance to the way it was if he was so attached to his magical energies? The truth was, it would be impossible, even wthout such strong ties.
Am I... strong enough to change? Can I really forsake what I have been tuaght since I was a child... in order to change?
Silver closed his eyes, cringing slightly at the mans touch. The room itself was more like a huanted prison cell, forsaken over the years. To put someone into a room like this was to ignore the rights of that very person's existance; only true monstrocities of evil should have to endure such a fate.
As the lights went out, there was nothing but his thoughts to keep him company. That is, if you could ignore the monstrous insects and the freezing cold.
The injustice of it was enerving, but he knew deep down that it wasn't entirely the Doc's fault. Silver shouldn't have let himself slip, since he knew that it would cuase something like this.
What terrors have happened in your life to make you hate magic so?
In his entire one hundred and twenty five year existance, he had never been truly defenceless. He always had an option, always a magic trick he could do to get himself out of a bind. But that was the problem. He relied much to heavily on his illgotten powers.
What could he do? Break the chains? He only wieghed 124 lbs, and most of his stregnth came from the aid of his magical essence. Without it, he really was just as useful physically as a young boy. But he could jump...
He could scream and plead, but that would probably tempt the insects more and satisfy the Paranoid Doctor. Besides, he wasn't about to stoop so low, no matter how defenceless he was.
Or he could do nothing, and die without trying. Just giving up.
No... he may be afraid; only a fool has no fears. He had enough courage to face up to those fears. Hell, he got this far in a null magic zone, into a possibly worse situation.
Silver felt the insectoid crawling up his leg. Yeah... this was definatly worse. And there really wasn't anything he could do about it at the moment. He was in no position to barter, no position to fight. And yet a fool's pride dies hard.
Seconds seemed like hours, minutes seemed like years, moments seemed like centuries. He lost complete track of how long he was in there. He had only wished something were to happen; the tension itself would kill him. And then, as if to answer his thoughts, he heard a voice.
Silver...come and play...play with me...
It sounded... familiar. As if an old aquantince was talking to him, only more malliciously. He could have swarn he heard something shuffleing in the room.
Play with me...
He was sure now, that something was there, but the voices cuaght his attention more.
Play...
A... child?
...forever...
Silver's eyes opened wide in disbelief, but then quickly lowerered into a scowlous gaze, not that anyone could see them. His emerald eyes practically glowed with the abundance of magic, but in the field it wasn't going to happen. And then he felt a large... thing fall his face over the sheet. He could feel it working its way up to him, but then another voice popped into his head.
You are not ready... we will meet again... soon.
Silver smiled a very grim, grim smile, one that was unseen. He spoke aloud, as if to answer all the voices and his own inner tourmoil.
"So there is a reward... to a fools error... afterall. To dwell upon the shackles of humilliation and turmoil as you wait for a fool's demise..."

::The room gave no answers, only cold blind nothingness. As for the creature crawling up Silvers leg it stopped right around his upper thigh just a legs reach away from his family jewels. It stopped and then suddenly began moving again. This time something was horribly wrong, before the creatures steps were so rythmic like one being. Now instead they were wild and multitudiness. It was like a myraid of tiny insects crawling all around Silvers legs...each looking for "something". It would be very itchy if they didnt each seem to secrete some type of liquid with their steps.:: Silver Moonblade ((You have no idea. ))Silver smiled a very grim, grim smile, one that was unseen. He spoke aloud, as if to answer all the voices and his own inner tourmoil. "So--gach!!"::The shape the human mouth makes when pronouncing the letter "O" is a unique one. Its like a tube that goes straigh into the mouth, past the teeth and gums. It looked like Silver had learned something until he opened his mouth to try and verbally "Beat the system" again. And instead something long, wet, and gooey shot down his mouth and raced down his through with lightning speed. Pretty fast for a gooey bugger, but it took almost no time before it Silver could feel it crawling around his insides where nothing should be crawling. The womans voice spoke again, it seemed almost orgasmic...:: Oooooh, you feel so good inside.::The a laughter, the mans voice combined with the childs.:: Now we're going to play...::But the laughter was soon overriden by the voice of the man Silver met outside. Was it his voice? Or was it just in Silvers mind? The voice would be soon met by the image of the man, and the image of Silver in the snow! It was like a flashback it felt so real, as if someone had rewound time, and there the Reaper spoke.:: I'm not coming to save you little boy....no one is coming to save you...::And click! Just as soon as the image came it was gone. Silvers mind was like putty in the hands of some sort of malicious persona. And then came the pain. Pain is always so secure! Its so definately there, or so definately not. The insects on Silvers legs each came to a stop and each made a slight pinch as they poked a pin had size hole is Silvers legs and stood solid. Next the slightering continued it was like something was exploring Silver from the inside, some might even find it enjoyable or intriquing...until it reached his legs. One by one the slithering "thing" stopped at each of he bug bites and suddenly the bites felt like someone stabbed Silver directly in the leg with a pen at that location. Which continued again, and again as the insects were sucked it. This would continue for over 2,108 individual insect bites. But the pain would grow worse, because as the slithering thing reached each insect it sucked it in. And by eating it, it grew by that same amount and so after about 300 bites the once harmless thing was now growing a bit fat, and becoming uncomfortable, by 1000 it would feel as if a something the size of a small rodent was crawling inside Silver... And all the while, the voice in his head spoke with its female voice. It was something like a pornstars voice.:: It hurts doesnt it...::Silence for a few seconds before it popped back again.:: OH! Another one! Thats gotta sting...::Silence again before another one!:: Give me a scream...::Another few seconds passed and Silver wasnt even half way through the ordeal.:: I can make it stop...do you want me to make it stop?

Silver gritted his teeth, painful tears begining to form in his eyes. However, he did not yell. The very thought of someone hijacking or invading any part of him, especially his mind was unerving, and furiated him even more than the mystic blood in his veins could possibly ever anger him. If there was one thing he couldnt stand more than anything else, it was people toying with other being's lives.
GET THE ******** OUT, ABOMINATIONS!!!
His thoughts were so loud, he wouldn't have been surprized if Enki Leviathan himself heard them. Subconsciencly, he tried to go into Asurian Rage and unleash a powerful burst of Blood Lightning that would have eraticated them all and severly wounded Silver. Even though consciencely he knew it wouldn't prevail.
The voices cuased by the... whatever it is only frustrated him further. He hated showing any sign of defencelessness, and right now he truly could not do a thing. There were hundreds of insects outside of him, and one huge insectoid on the inside. He would have rather been put up on a stake and left to the crows.
He couldn't think of a feasible reason why it would do this... so he mine as well try and get the information out of the entity while he waited for death to overcome him.
What do you want with me? What possible reason could you have for doing this?

And again there was that orgasmic moan.:: Oooooh, you scream so perfect...like a little fly crying the spiders nest...::This time it mixed things up, changing voices while still in its sentence. And finally the solace of the final insect being plucked from Silvers legs. Of course this was immediately dwarfed by the huge bulge in Silvers legs as a massive "thing" the size of a kitten, or a small dog crawled through Silver and just over his stomach. It would feel as if his skin was about to tear itself apart:: Silver Moonblade What do you want with me? What possible reason could you have for doing this? Reason?::The childs voice said in a curious way.:: Why do we need reason? Why--::The creature pushed upwards.:: Do all you little monkeys--::It galloped up into his throat, feeling like it was going to rip him open.:: --think that we are all reasonable?::It crawled back down again.:: I--::And spund around.:: Just want...::And got smaller. As if deep inside it was crouching down.:: To have--::And here came the horror. The infectious beast in Silvers gut literally ripped straight up out of his stomach with horrible force and jumped onto his chest. Pain probably wasnt even the word here. Horror probably wasnt even the right emotion.:: FUN!::About then the lights clicked on just in time for Silver to see himself face to face with a what looked like a deformed and decrepit dog, with two reversed legs, and a gangly stubs for arms...and it had Silvers head! It stared him directly in the eyes while covered in his blood and innards and simply began to hysterically laught! The laughter came to a sudden stop, as Silvers head on this deformed body looked Silver directly in the eye and said in his exact voice...:: Scream.

Thank you!
::Mary said jumping forward to hug Madison and squeeze her in her arms oh so tightly and the little stuffed animal. She pulled back with only widest smile on her face and saw how sluggishly Madi pulled off her glasses and clean them and so she reached forward and slid Madisons glasses from off her nose and scooted her toward the bed.::
You go to sleep now.
::With that she placed the glasses on the night stand beside Madi's bed and said kindly with a whisper.::
And we'll all be here when you wake up.

((and the yellin and talking Silver did in the last post... was in his head. Yell at mental voices with mental thoughts. Hence the phrase "His thoughts were so loud." Besides, if they're not in quotations and in italics... they're thoughts.))
Fortunatly, Silver never saw the deformed creature come out. He fainted in excruciating agony and to wounds which would most definatly prove fatal if they were not taken care of. However... this was not just a simple trip into unconscienceness.
He was no longer in his own mind; he was brought into his heart, and not the one that beats blood through your system. In essence, it was like his soul, untouchable by even those things. Unfortunatly, he was completly unaware of his bodies surroundings, and couldn't respond to anything. Only the most powerful magic could bring him out, or technologies not even comprehensable by most beings.
This wasn't magic; almost every being in existance had a soul, and everything has a heart made up of two halves: Light and Darkness. Niether of which inherantly good or evil. Without a heart, the creature simply wouldn't be.
He walked through the snowy plains of his heart for what seemed like an eternity. There was a full 'moon' out, which easily allowed him to see the way, though everything looked so black and white. Finally, he came upon a large hill, which would seem almost unclimbable. But he pursued up it almost mechanically.
At the top of the hill was a magnificant tree. Unlike the rest of his heart, which was cold and barren, he felt warmer as he got closer to the tree. Now he realized why everything was in shades of gray: there was no color in the entire place. He was still oblivious to where he was; for all he knew it was a hallusination.
He layed one hand on the tree, which glowed slightly at the touch. In fact... the light had color. He felt warmth fill his body. But it did not make him any happier. He sat down up against the tree and looked up at the colorless stars. He would be there for what literally seemed like a century time. But in reality it all happened in a realitivly short timespan.
Though, now he was in a situation possibly worse than all:
Solitude.

However... this was not just a simple trip into unconscienceness. He was no longer in his own mi-- ((I'm not even going go into how it make sense to having that is not magical, but can only be undone by magic. That doesnt really make sense. BUT, it doesnt matter cause you wont get that far.)) ::Unfortunately he wasnt allowed to enter this nirvana. Why? You have to sit and wonder what type of forces exist here to banish that type of existance. Thats simple. In order to send your mind into your sould your mind must first be connected to your soul. Normally it is. Where Silver is, it is not. Why? Why would something like this suddenly exist? Why would Silver be disallowed from entering his own self? It was simple. As Silver tried to slip into his faint like state, something like a wall of some sort stopped him. His eyes were forced open, his conciousness was forced to stay put. Why? Things were forced to stay as they were by a very powerful force. Why? So many questions, time for answers. As the beast spoke its single word in Silvers voice from Silvers Head, a sound echoed in the room. The sound of a doorknob turning and a small door being pushed open. The sound was obviously coming from the door behind Silver...wait a second. Did that door have 23 steel bars locking it in place? Didnt it slam? Why did it suddenly creak open? A ryhtmic beeping would slowly begin to fill Silvers ears and echo forth filling the room. This was followed by a strong and angry voice which boomed from the door.:: Brian! Let him go! ::Click. It was all gone. The creature, the mold, the insects, the blanket on his face, the dim lights...everything. There was no pain, no hole in Silvers stomach, this wasnt even the same room. This was a standard everyday Operating Room, clean and quiet with a heart monitor machine beeping off the hook due to what was happening in Silvers mind. What...the hell? In short Brian, the Doctors second son, The Failure, had litterally plucked Silvers unconcious mind from its body and let it swim around in his sick deformed mind and began to torture it. Silvers arms werent even tied down, there was a white sheet over him but it was there to protect his dignity by covering from his waist down. A series of footsteps on tile brought the Doctor to Silvers bedside but his face pointed past Silver to the corner of the room where he spoke with a stern tone.:: That iz no vay to treat our gueztz Brian!::There was silence. Before he shook his head.:: No! I dont care if he iz a majik! I talk to him firzt before we admizter any such measures! I am very dizzappointed in you....::The Doctors shook his head and looked down at Silver with a sad look on his face.:: Let me preface zhis my nozhing you just saw vaz real. I must apologize for my sonz behavior...he sharez a great hatred from zhe majikz like yourself. Now, I must ask. Who are, and vhy vere you dead in my front yard?

Then, his brain started functioning correctly as his eyes sot over in the direction brian was threatiningly, though he kept his face directed at the doc.

Tundra is a harsh place to be, matt was finding this to be true first hand.
He sat against one of the small coniferous trees of the tundra. The needles sticking into his back slightly but he didn't mind. His body was find, he was hungry though. Sitting down he chewed the stringy bits of the plant he had earlier. Slightly bruised and crushed from being in his pocket and yet that didn't make it any easier to eat.
Breaking it down using his back teeth he swallowed the foul green paste. Nearly gagging he forced it down before sitting back again, not sure what he could do for the moment other than wait and hope. He had been moving the same direction for awhile now, and still planned to, sure he would leave going the same direction by hacking a small notch in the tree trunk facing the way he was going.
Slowly he dozed off, his eyes closing as his body fell into sleep.

The image of that deformed and decrepit creature standing on Silvers chest, with Silvers head, and grinning a grin full of pointy seratted shark like teeth, flashed across Silvers eyes from a split second as the voice spoke.:: Your damned lucky fathers here...but he wont be there forever...::And faded away.:: Silver Moonblade He wouldn't be surprized if Brian could read his minid, but he couldn't contain his thoughts. ((well... uh... nuclear blast could take him out. Or we could drop the moon on him. sweatdrop ))
Silver closed his eyes and looked downward. As much as he wanted to be human, he never really thought of it. As a half mystic, he could do things every day man could only dream of. Visit the etherial plane, command magic infused to your very life force, bend the laws of physics, regenerate flesh wounds, and in essence live for an eternity.
But was immortality... that great? He was relativly young for an immortal, and though he was not invulnerable, there was hardly any chance of him dying this century. And in his existance he's managed to lose his entire family, have virtually every dream shattered, and tread along the same path of the people he dispised the most.
Then he looked at humanity. Even in thier fragility, they have the ability to live life moment to moment and beat to beat due to their short lifespans. He could salvage his dreams and start anew, no longer being 'that freak'. He could make amends with the dragoon order, maybe become a commander or sensei himself. That would be a nice end.
But could he really give up the magic he addored so much in a world that was advancing further and further in technology? His knowledge in that field was limited, so he relied on his gifts to get by, but even so it is no excuse. He had grown, even if a slight, thirst for magic and the power it provided.
Even his friends would be different. He was friends with dragons, genetic experiments, demons, and other magiks... becuase they would stick with them and age at a slower pace, and he felt more at place with them. As fair as he was to all races, he could not deny that fact.
In all, it came down to this: on one hand, he was a mystic. He would outlive all his friends, have no chance of fullfilling his ambitions, but would have the magic he so loved. On the the other hand, he could restore the balance he needed in his life, fullfill his oath to die human, but lose the greatest shot at vengence... which was the greatest draw back.
...but is vengence... really that important?
Silver kept is head lowered for a long moment as he pondered all those things. Dissapointed greatly in himself, he faced the doc and spoke in a grave tone.
"As I am, I can never truly be happy... I'd rather live a short, natural life than a long one of destitude. I wish to die human."

Silver Moonblade "As I am, I can never truly be happy... I'd rather live a short, natural life than a long one of destitude. I wish to die human." ::He could tell the man was deep in thought and didnt want to interupt so he waited patiently and when the responce came be breathed a sigh of relief.:: Phew! Good.::He stood and patted his knees and grabbed a small clip board from the end of the table and flipped a few pags in and began to read.:: I have treated majik'z before, but zhey have never had blood like yourzelf. Majik is not part of your blood, it iz infecting your blood.::He began to pace as he talked.:: Vhen you entered zhe field I am sure you noticed your lack of breath. It muzt have felt az if your very vas being chocked avay. And thats becauze it vas.::He leaned forward and pointed at Silvers chest, at his heart, and continued.:: Zhis. It pumps zhis infection into your muscle, your bone, and your blood. And zhe infection givez you power...like...a vampire. Boot lezz fatal. Zhat infection haz been vith you so long it is in your very bone. You vould never survive in zhis field, and if you had been releazed you vould have died before ve could get you out. Majik on you, iz like a stain zhat is very very stuck. In order to cleanze you...I had to let you zoak in zhe anti-majik.::He lifted up and set the clipboard down and scratched his head in a bit of a nervous motion. He never liked giving patients bad news, but it had to be done.:: Ve verent sure how it vould verk. But, it looks you survived only...Vell...let me show you.::He made a few steps toward the door of the room and turned a small green nob by the light switch, then turned to Silver and said.:: I vant you to make a spell. A fireball if you vould. And please toss it right at me.::Sure enough the Anti-magic field had been turned down and Silver had full access to all his power. His body would feel fully charged like someone had just stuffed his MP bar to its maximum, infact it felt a bit like he was magically bursting. Everything was as it should be, maybe even a little more! And the Doctor waited for the fireball he had request.::

Silver was hesitant. A full burst fireball from him was meant to do things like immobilize dragons; he'd hate to think what it would do to an old man like this, especially with a boost. It went against his morals, but the man obviously knew what he was talking about and wanted to set an example.
It had been eons since he's used a fireball. He was a fan of the more showy and elaborate spells, but the technique of how to perform such a feat came to him instantly. He focused his magical energies throughout his body evenly, letting it get warmed up.
"I hope you know what your doing... for your sake."
He moved his arms in a circular pattern in front of him to get them warmed up before clenching his hands into a fist and bringinf his arms close to his body. Now, focusing all him magical energies into both his arms, he felt the surge of power enter his fingertips. His hands would glow like embers in a smoldering fire, as did his eyes in a more brilliant emerald.
As soon as there was enough pent up energy in both arms, enough that it would likely burst out uncontrollably, he slammed both his hands together, and lunged his arms towards the doctor.
