Telling people to vote for yourself is a bit selfish And as I see it If you aren't posting Much in the guild you shouldn't be in the spotlight.

Mine won't be Cast for quite some time. I want to see who all gets Nominated first. And I refuse to vote for someone I see rarely in the guild.

I usually wait until the end as well, in case of tie-breaker mostly.
