"I'm not disobeying my father. He told me before I left that he wanted me to lead a happy life, and that that was his last wish for me. Not the stupidly idiotic arrangment he set up years ago." Raz moved to stand right in front of Christian, all common sense now gone from her. She was seething, and near kicking the man in the balls for coming in here just to do this to her.

"And I'd rather be with an alley cat than with your pompus a**, at least Tuomas knows how to treat me and my sister right." That would hurt Christian's ego, and it was just the reason Raz had said it. She wanted to hurt him badly, but held herself from doing anything to physically hurt him just yet.

"Syrus...why do you think it's only about what others think? You haven't changed one bit, have you? I did what father told me back then because I actually liked you, then you found about my being a half-demon and started treating me like everyone else did. It hurt, Syrus. Badly. Because of you acting like a total a** toward me I lost control and almost killed Carollyn, Raz and my father. Do you feel all right with yourself now?" Josie didn't raise her voice, but hurt and anger was still evident in her even tone. She wasn't happy about him suddenly showing up just to throw the arrangement on them then try to win her back. Her eyes softened when she noticed his nervousness finally and she placed a hand on his cheek, her indigo eyes looking into his.

"You didn't come here just to tell us the arrangement was still on, did you? Syrus, tell me why you truly sought me out. I know you're nervous about spilling it, but please, I need to know."

"Oh....that arrogant, pompus little weasel." Raz watched Christian leave, her anger starting to dissipate. She looked down at her hand where Christian had kissed it then back at the door, wondering if what he said had been from the heart or just something he had made up to make her follow him.

"Tuomas, you won't get mad if I do go to the village, will you?" She turned to face Tuomas and held her hands together, hoping he wouldn't. His silence through most of the sudden meeting made her curious as to what he was thinking about the whole arranged marriage.

"One chance, that's all you have. If you can't convince me you've changed with that one chance, you and Christian both leave Raz and I alone, got it?" Josie dropped her hand from Syrus' face and held a finger up to strengthen what she said. She took a step back form him and looked into the dorm to see if Raz was going to follow Christian or just shoot fire out the door.

Josie was taken aback by Syrus' words, she had never even suspected he loved her. She stood there letting his words roll over in his head for a little while before realizing he was walking away. She shook her head to clear away the shock then went after Syrus and grabbed his arm.

"Syrus, do you really love me?" Josie held onto his arm, not wanting him to get away just yet, and stared up into his eyes. If he really did love her, she'd reconsider every bad thought she'd had of him since he started treating her badly.

"I won't be swept up by him, Tuomas. I'm too smart for that. And even if he does give a good reason for me to marry him, I'm going to stay with you and tell my dad to ******** the damn arrangement." Raz wrapped her arms around Tuomas and gave him a hug, feeling better that he didn't mind her going after Christian.

"I should have told you what my father did earlier instead of letting it get thrown on you now. Can you forgive me for that?" She pulled back and looked into Tuomas' crimson eyes with the sincerest of looks she could give at the moment. It was hard to think that he wouldn't forgive her for not telling him, but she still needed to know whether or not he was all right with it.

"You don't know just how right you were in telling them that. I can change and kill people without stopping myself." Josie drew back after Syrus pulled away and stepped back from him, his confession hitting her hard. She had known he teased her like everyone else had, but never that he had told his possee that she would kill them if they tried coming after her. She folded her hands and looked to the floor, waiting for Syurus to bolt at this new revelation she had just spilled.

Raz smiled as Tuomas dipped her, happy he had forgiven her. She kissed him back passionatly and wrapped her arms around his neck, deepening the kiss to make it last.

Josie looked back up at Syrus, surprised he was glad she could turn into a monster. She stared him as though he was insane then nodded, accepting his apology. She looked back up to him then away quickly, obviously fighting with herself over some idea she had.

"You do know those TV dinners are put together before they even get shelved, right?" Raz laughed a little and gave Tuomas a smile as she pulled his hand away from her hair. She had never really liked any messing with her black locks.

"Next time you decide to kiss me, try not to make me horizontal. It makes me freak out a little when you do that." She gave him a playful hit on the chest and laughed more, feeling very happy.

"Well, uh..." Josie took a half-step back from Syrus and gave a small smile, feeling embarassed for taking on that look again. She dropped the smile and decided to stop fighting herself on her thoughts, it was time to let him know how she really felt about him.

"Just......this." She stepped forward and placed a soft, short kiss on Syrus' lips, standing on the tips of her toes to reach. She stepped back again with a blush coming up on her cheeks and gave another small smile, a bit of embarassment showing in her eyes again.

"I am not mean! I have no choice in whether to give you a kiss or not, do I?" Raz leaned over and placed her lips against Tuomas', giving him another kiss to stop the pleading. She usually wouldn't do that, but Tuomas was a very good actor and she couldn't stand having him beg for a kiss.

"Well, yeah. Unless you think I just kissed you out of spite." Josie fixed the back of Syrus' head with a stare, one eyebrow raised as she placed her hands on hips and took on one of Raz's 'you-think-I'm-kidding?' looks.

"I wasn't frustrated, kitty cat. And since when was I cute?" Raz folded her arms behind her back and raised her eyebrows at Tuomas, almost daring him to call her cute again.
