Rain looked away from all the distracting things and laid her eyes on Kayako. "What...?" she said quietly, not sure of what to think of this news.
"But... I... don't know anything... about piloting an LFO," she began to contradict what Kayako told her. "I've... never even seen one! How is it that I would become a pilot?"

Kayako was confused a bit, but she knew enough that she figured she could help her friend a little.
"Well...from what I know, at the foundation they build LFO's for the kids that have the most potential, or some talent they want to exploit. Remember what I said before? They must find you special Rain...special enough that they made you an LFO to help you use your talents. Just like Senturi was made for me."
She put her hand on Rain's shoulder, trying her best to reassure her. For them to escape, she would need to pilot her LFO alongside them, which was nothing easy for a novice. Most likely, they hadn't planned on telling Rain about Eden for a long time yet, so she wasn't prepared.

Rain stood stuck to where her feet were planted. She was staring at the ground with wide eyes and a worried face. She clutched her guitar close to her, trying to find comfort from that. She wanted to try and explain how this couldn't possbily be, but nothing came to her. She just stood in silence.

"Rain...."
Kayako stood next to her, keeping her hand on her shoulder as a small gesture of kindness. She could only imagine how hard it was for her; as she herself couldn't remember the first time she'd piloted Senturi.
"Rain, I know it hard, but you have to believe me, Senturi wouldn't lie. The LFO in there was only just finished, so they probably were planning on telling you about it soon anyways. And besides....I already told you, just because you don't think your special, doesn't mean you aren't. You must have something, or there's no way they would've gone through the trouble of making you your own LFO! Why don't we just go in there, and you can see for yourself, okay?"

Rain listened to Kayako. She tried to convince herself that she was right. Why else would they give one to me? she thought. They don't make these for just anyone...
Rain looked over at her and nodded her head. "Ok," she said quietly. She's really nice, she thought of Kayako as she began to walk a little again. No one's ever treated me like this before....
((Think we should wait for Sho, to post before going on anymore?))

Gray abscently smashed the bottle by hurling it into a rock. Gray smiled a bit as he imagined throwing Xellien from a aircraft and watching him fall to his doom.
Hmm... That was fun...
Moreso, it had partialy placated the murderous urge fluxing in his head, so much the better. Yes...yes... all this was well and Good, but he needed Mercury, and badly. He needed the touch of steel under his fingers to be whole, to be who he should be...
To convince himself he was still human.
For a moment, Gray's hard, borderline-psychotic look softened.
Once...before it....so long ago...
What had he been....
He'd been kind.... and...they...
Gray was overtaken by an intense longing, suddenly wishing vainly for the days and life stolen from him at Triga...
And he wanted it back.
Suddenly, Gray subverted the wills of the Inverse drive, His path abruptly clear.
Killing Xellien would be useless....
But perhps forcing him to undo his creation would be of better service.
Gray'd always run, always fleeing from the Inverse drive's blood-red shadow and UF troops.
But...if it could be cured, neutralized...
Maybe if he had the blueprints...
Gray puased, catching his breath and glancing up at the hangar building now looming out of the murk at them.
"It's here, This is.... the spot..."
Gray's vioce was deviod of the destructive overtones; and he suddenly became aware of what kayako and Rain where speaking about.
"...Rain, right? To make LFO fly....Listen. Listen to the Waves; It's the vioce of the Planet..."
Gray remarked slowly before heading for the Hanger doors.

Rain looked at Gray with curious eyes. "What...?" she said slowly. "How... how do I do that?" She watched him walk off, thinking that he probably did not hear her.
Kayako was still there, though. She turned to her to reiterate her inquiry. "What does he mean by 'listening to the waves?' How do I do that?" Her head was cocked to the side, showing her confusion. She waited patiently for Kayako's answer.

'Wow....It worked! He had me worried for a second there....'
Kayako smiled a little as she watched Gray walk off towards the hangar, and after a moment started after him with Rain by her side. She wasn't very surprised at Rain's question; after all, she'd been inside her whole life. Feeling happier now, she turned to her red-headed tagalong.
'Well ya see...LFO, as well as people like us are very sensitive to waves and trapar. So...if you listen hard, you can feel the waves. It's .....sort of a hard thing to explain, but you'll know when it happens, trust me! Trust your LFO...I'm sure Eden will help you. He was made for you, after all! He'll make sure you fly.'
Kayako smiled a little, hoping her explaination made some manner of sense. She was at a real loss at how else she could help her friend, so she figured that maybe it was better if she discovered it on her own.
The trio walked a little more ways, entering the outter room of the hangar. Parked around them were military weapons and KLF's, left dormant with their occupants called away on duty. On the other side of the room, a small staircase and a door, probably leading to a separate compartment for their LFO's.
As they all headed for it, Gray was the first up the stairs, and the fist to try the door.

((Sorry Nic! I've been so @_@ with everything lately, i'll try to get back to being as regular at this as i used to be.))
Rue was flying the Knight, but unable to talk to Nic. Something wasn't sitting right. If Gail didn't tell Rue what this weapon was, then was it actually bad? Could the UF have built something to destroy the planet and hurt the people? Or was Gail settling a score, and that weapon was the hostage he needed? Rue kept soaring, almost robotically.
"I need...a cause that I can fight for....Not just errands that I'm expected to run blindly!"
He got closer to the ground, slowly forgetting his purpose there.

(lol don't worry i have to study for finals and soccer is being a b----- so yeah don't worry about it.)
Nic started to follow Rue twoards the ground the whole ime wondering what the heck he wa doing.
"Crazy people with to many emotions..." Nic told herself under her breath.
Nic shook away any thoughts she had of trying to talk to him,
"Nothing I have said lately has made any good with him." she said replying to her thoughts. Making up reason after reason for things that didn't seem important at the moment.

The hangar doors....
Gray really should have puased and thanked the staff; the door sliders where well oilded and a cinch to move despite their size.
And...inside....
Mercury!
Gray's vision locked onto the Sleek silver form stored in the second docking stall; next it was Kayako's-"Senturi"-and in the third spot was a cobalt blue and silver thing, dazzing in it's design and sporting a sleek, powerfull look.
Gray shook his head breifly; there'd be pretty of time for admiring the Piant jobs once they where in the air....

Something pushed agianst Gray's ankle...
A strange, hair thin thread....
In fact, that, and a red beam of light cut across the hangar floor...
Oh, No.
"WARNING! WARNING!...HANGAR BREACHED! HANGAR BREACHED!..."
"Dangit all to the inferno!"
Gray swore, calling Kayako and Rain urgently as an angry red light glowed.
"We've got to go, Now!! There's some form of security-"
"SELF-DESTRUCT INITIATED. CLEAR HANGAR.... REPEAT: SELF DESTRUCT INITIATED! THIS FACILITY WILL NOW BE LEVELED TO PREVENT THEFT! TWO MINUTES....!"
"Slagit! We've got to get these units up-!"
Gray yelled, sprinting for an acess ladder...

((OH MY GARBAGE CAN!!!!! O_____O TWICE in the SAME day!!! O____O I could just hug you!!! xd GRRAAAR!!! I wanted GREEN!! It's still gonna be green. razz ))
Rain jumped at the sound of the alarm. She was so shocked she hadn't had time to gawk at Eden. She looked around the room frantically. Gray's words had taken time to phase her, but when they did, she figured she should run to her LFO.
Clutching her guitar tightly to her, she padded along the room towards Gray. She thought that that was probably a good idea, thinking that he knows what's going on.

"What in the-DAMNIT LET'S GO!! Rain, hurry up and get in Eden!! We have to get out of here!! Don't worry...if you can't take off, I'll have Senturi tow you!!"
Kayako ran off in a dash, climbing up the access ladder like a squirrel up a tree. As the hatch opened, she jumped inside Senturi and started immidietly working the controls.
Senturi's steel body instantly came to life, eyes glowing and ready for take off. Kayako had no time to greet her old friend. They needed to get out as soon as possible.
Focusing, she opened a com link between the three of them.
"I'm ready! Guys, is everyone alright? What about you Rain??"

Rain made like a little child playing shadow and climbed up the access ladder that led to Eden's cockpit. The problem was, once she up she didn't know how to get in. "Umm..." she mumbled, unsure of what to do. She stepped closer and like magic the hatch opened by itself. Hesitantly, she got in.
Her body rested against the seat so snuggly its like it was custom-tailored for her. Her guitar inbetween her legs, the hatch closed. She looked at all the strange controls, not knowing what to do. She didn't even know how to contact Kayako.
