"Nothing Mokuba, its not important," Sam says with a reasuring smile. She couldnt tell him someone planned on hurting Seto. She sighs a little and sits back comfortably.

Seto nods slightly, at least she was back to her senses or else he would of had to jump in. Otherwise he didnt care what she was thinking about.

((Well my made-up character is at Kaiba Corp to get an application and she just knocked on his office door. And Malik is... uh oh. gaaah forgot! he's asking bakura if he saw something on my made-ups forhead and he picked up her favorite card he's talking with yami bakura.))

Vairocana swallowed hard and stepped inside the office. 'You can do this. Remember this is for your sister.' "I was told by your secretary that I could get an application from you. She said that she didn't have them and that you were the one I was suppose to talk to." Vairocana tried to calm her nerves and her tiara began to glow a little behind her dark bangs. The warmth it gave was soothing and soon she only felt slightly nervous under Kaiba's gaze. 'Who wouldn't be' she thought.

Vairocana nodded and took the paper from him she set down her book bag and pulled out a black folder placing the paper inside she put the folder back into the bookbag. She turned to Kaiba and bowed. "Thank you for seeing me Mr. Kaiba." She nodded to Sam and Mokuba and walked out of the office. She headed towards the elevator and had to hold down a shout of joy. 'Finally! I got an application!' She walked into the elevator and hit the button to bring her to the ground floor. Vairocana sat against the wall and nearly cried. 'Sister I'm one step closer to finding you.' Vairocana pulled out her deck. 'When I find you I'll do anything even if that means dueling. Or giving up my life.' As she took the top card off her deck she pulled out 'Harpie Sisters'. Her sister and her had the same cards having bought them for each other. As Vairocana looked through her deck as the elevator doors closed she noticed a card missing. "Oh no! My Harpie Lady! Its gone! It must have dropped out when I ran into those two boys. Just great. They probably took it. So much for a good day."

"I'm after the Pharaoh not his sister. Using her as a form of bait isn't my thing. Now I got another errand to run. That girl that ran into us is going to want her card back and get another thing in return." Yami Marik grinned and pocketed the card and started to walk off.

Vairocana stepped out of the elevators when they reached the ground floor. She passed the secretary's desk and out the glass doors. 'I can't believe I lost the card my sister gave me! I guess I should go home and fill this out or I could do it right here. Nah I'll find a small café first.' Vairocana headed in the direction of the closest café.

Yami Marik saw the girl he was looking for about five feet in front of him. Walking faster he grabbed the girl and spun her around to face him.

Vairocana gasped as she was spun around. "You! What do you want? Come to be a jerk again?"

"Hardly. I'm here to give you back your card." Yami Marik held out the card that the girl had dropped. She looked at him with narrow eyes and took the card from his hand. Yami Marik looked at the girl and then brushed her bangs back. He grinned seeing the millennium item.

Vairocana's eyes widened slightly when the spikey-haired man brushed her hair back with cold hands. "Wha-" She looked at him and he placed two fingers on the item. Vairocana's eyes narrowed and she shoved him away sending herself flying backwards and landing on her side. "No! Stay back!"

"What are you talking about girl?" Yami Marik said glaring at her after she had shoved him.

"You're one of them!" Vairocana scrambled to stand up. "You want the item I have. You want whatever it is inside it. To control what it's in it! I won't let you! You kidnapped my sister and now you're after me! Stay away!" Vairocana spun around and ran off not looking back.

Yami Marik growled as the girl ran away from him. "I'm not one of them you foolish girl and what did you mean about sister?" He muttered walking after her. Yami Marik kept a slow pace just so he could fool the girl into thinking she had gotten away from him. 'Oh how wrong she is.'

Hinote and Yugi cleaned their plates and the table. "Well now don't you think that was worth a free card or two?", Hinote said casually to Yugi.

Yugi stared at him, "I figured you'd want something Hinote. Fine, you can take one card from the cardshop."

"Just one?!", Hinote asked dissapointedly.

"Yes, just one." Yugi said as they both went into the shop and Yugi put up the 'open' sign.

"Fine...", Hinote then looked around the shop and picked out a card. He showed it to Yugi and then switched it into his deck. "Anyway", Hinote began, "is there anything to do for fun around here?"

"There's always the arcade", Yugi said. "You can play there, but I have to watch the shop. Come back later when you're done, Hinote."

"Alright thanks Yugi", with that Hinote left the shop and went towards the arcade Yugi had pointed out. He continued to walk in the snow and think to himself. He's a nice guy... to think someone with his dueling ability would be so humble... at least he never could notice my millennium gauntlets... it's a good thing I can make these invisible. Hinote admired his millennium item until he walked into the arcade. Random games, such as DDR, were being played inside. He walked over to the change machine and got change to play games. A while later he walked out of the arcade when a man suddenly grabbed him and threw him into an alley.

"Give me that millennium item", the man demanded. He was wearing a long dark robe and a hood that covered his eyes and nose.

"What!? How can you see my gauntlets!??", Hinote yelled.

"Give them to me...", the man said as Hinote suddenly began to get chills down his spine. It began to get darker and fog began to settle in. Something was going on and he didn't want to stick around to find out.

"No! Take this!" He screamed as he let out a flash of light with his gauntlets. He was able to escape and ran out of the alley towards the park. The chills down his spine had gone away but he was too scared to do anything but run at this point.

Masuki had been following Yami Maliks prusuit for a bit. she was running silently on top of the buildings just out of sight. she the jumped down infront of the cafe. she went inside and followed veronica up to her room, by the time veronica "veronica? is that you?" she shouted out to the girl "veronica! wait up!" masuki finally caught up "hey its me, Masuki, its been a while hasn't it?"
