"Well then, state your reasons. All of 'em." He stood there, waiting.

"I don't have to and won't." He stated simply.

"Yeah, because in actuality there are none. You're just saying there are because you wish to annoy me." He said calmly.

"Not really, though that is fun. I do pity you, but I have no reason to describe the reasons to you. In fact, the fact that you don't know why is cause for me to pity you more."

"Mmhmm..You keep telling yourself that." He said, and pulled out a scroll, then opened it. On it, there was a painting of one of his friends back in a village that was right beside his. Tairyo Mairwik.. Her village had adopted the same tongue as the Firins spoke, and began naming their children with those names.
(Tairyo=Thorn. Mairwik is just a surname, doesn't really mean anything. Has no specific language.)
She had long black hair, wore a light green t-shirt, and deep green shorts. He sighed. He missed all of his friends, and mostly her, because she was never mean to him, when some of his friends teased him in a very offensive way some times..But he had to become stronger. And he felt this feeling towards Tairyo, one that he had never really felt before, and didn't understand. (What? He's 12, and he hasn't learned about love. The only way he sees that word is 'Care for one's family and friends', not the stronger meaning.)

Kisuke left him to stare at his pictures. He knew how important memories were. When you have none, you learn to appreciate them even more.

He was thinking very hard, and finally figured out what the feeling was. It was the second meaning of the word 'love', the meaning he had been told existed, but left before he learned what that second meaning was. And now, he knew. Tairyo....

His head hung low, and his face was a bit pale. He felt like he was going to cry, but his eyes didn't so much as water.

Shinju smiled as she wandered through the trees near the clearing. She still was so happy she had finally found The Blazing Dragon Clan. She had begun exploring the place the minute she had entered it. Though she had yet to meet Ookami-sama. She spotted two people in the clearing. Wonder why those two look so serious. I don't want to interupt. I'll just wait her until they leave. Shinju thought to herself as she hid her presence in the trees.

He was suddenly standing right in front of Shinju. "Hiya! I take it you're new here?"

Kisuke sighed. "Mazarith, we finally get a newcomer and your going to scare them away." He went up to her. "Kisuke. Nice to meet you."

Shinju was startled that they had found her so easily. I knew I needed to work on my stealthiness. Shinju thought with a sigh. Shinju walked out of the trees and smiled weakly. "Greetings Mazarith-sama, Kisuke-sama. Yes I am new to this clan, Mazarith-sama. My name is Shinju." Shinju said weakly, "I am not interupting you am I? If you wish I will leave."

"Not at all. You don't really have to worry about interrupting someone here, since most of us aren't doing anything important anyway."

Shinju smiled sweetly and nodded her head. "I see. Then what are you both doing out here?" Shinju asked. So this place must be a free place to practice how you wish. Shinju thought to herself. I wonder if one of these fellows will spar with me to help me build my strength.
