((Cause and effect. D: ))
As the pizza was shoved quite unceremoniously into Aiden's mouth, it went a little too far and ended up scraping ever so slightly against his uvula, causing a slight gag reflex. THe pink-freak was coughing quite violently by now, but he wasn't exactly choking. He was just sort of... bent over, eyes watering, a hand raised to his throbbing neck as his chest spazzomed and the pizza, eventually, fell to the plate.
He recovered eventually, although he felt a little weak and a bit shaky... but he did sit up straighter, massaging his throat lightly. "Nnn... next time you try to kill me, please do it in a less painful way, 'kay? Anyway, I think that's enough pizza for me..." he murmured, voice weak, but he did manage a small smile to show that he was joking. All in all, his short painful experience hadn't seemed to dampen his sense of humor.

After Aiden's near choking experiance, Tristan's cocky demeanor had vanished and was replaced by sincere guilt. His whole body had tensed when he had sent the boy into the coughing fit and his blue eyes had winced as he mentally scolded himself for being stupid and rough. He awkwardly reached out a hand to place on Aiden's back for a moment, his expression a mix of concern and self hatred.
"I'm sorry." The apology was stiff and murmured, Tristan finding it to be useless. He had already hurt someone by being stupid on the first god damn day. What a great impression.
His eyes darted back and forth between Aiden's gaze and Aiden's hand which touched his throat. Although his body remained relatively calm, his mind was panicking as his limited amount of medical training was brought to mind on how to help someone who was choking. When Aiden finally spoke, a wave of relief washed over Tristan as he realized that Aiden wasn't really choking. He removed his hand from the boy's back and then stood up as Aiden tried to brush it off as a joke. He let his eyes steal a quick glance at the easy tempered teen before they quickly fell to the floor and he shook his head.
"....I'll go get you a glass of water." His tone was solemn and it was clear that Aiden's joke of 'killing' him was taken a little too much to heart. The dark haired teen shoved his hands into his pockets and walked with a tenseness he couldn't hide no matter how hard attempted.
The time it took to retrieve the water and walk back to Aiden was not long enough for Tristan to re-group and handle the situation logically. It was an accident. Boys rough-house all of the time... Tristan was just clumsy and it went too far. Aiden was 'o.k'.... His mind would not accept reason. He had hurt him.
Standing beside Aiden, Tristan offered the cup of water and because of the distance between them, Aiden was probably the only one close enough to realize the tremble in his hand.
"Here."

Aiden murmured a soft, "thanks" as the other went off to get him a glass of water, deciding against his natural impulse to preotest and say he was perfectly fine. For some reason he thought that would only make Tristan feel worse.
He accepted the glass, noting the small tremble in the other's grasp, and a small frown wrinkled across his brow. He took a slow sip, eyes nearly closed, before he looked back up at the other. "I'm alright, you know. I haven't got a demon hovering over my shoulder... Or, at least, I hope I haven't.... So you can stop looking like you've seen a ghost and be... normal again," he murmured with a small smile, his pale blue eyes meeting the other's darker ones.
He wanted... he wanted everything to be normal. Tristan had... accepted him as normal, even though Aiden had whored himself out. To other men. Usually this tended to disgust people... and Aiden was treated as less than human. But... Tristan hadn't beaten him with fist or tongue.

Liam nodded and accepted Allumen’s escort out into the fresh, cool evening air. His lightly tanned skin now had a pink tint to it, as his anxiety problems didn’t serve him well in the long run. He wasn’t so far gone that he couldn’t stand on his own though, and although his breath was quick, it began to calm once he was outside. “Thanks, yeah...” He mumbled his gratitude, but in the back of his mind, he couldn’t help but be suspicious. What did Allumen want from him? That was a bad way of thinking though, Liam knew, and he shook his head. “Anyway, I don’t know what came over me...” It wasn’t as though he was Mr. Cool, but he liked to think he didn’t start acting like that all the time.

Tristan was forced to look at Aiden as the boy spoke. Though, his eyes were once again distance and shadowed by the unruly bangs that fell across his gaze when he tilted his head the right way. He listened to Aiden thought the words seemed forgein.
"Normal?" His blue eyes narrowed as he tried to comprehend. He didn't know what normal was for him anymore. His lips parted in order to attempt to respond however he was cut off by the voice of someone else.
"Good thing I wasn't hungry." Justin muttered as he looked at the empty pizza boxes.
Unfortunately, Justin happened to walk in at the wrong time and found Tristan's gaze to be less than welcoming.
"What's your problem?" Justin snapped, finding Tristan's eyes to be abit too cold for his liking.
Tristan let out a long breath before he clenched his teeth and turn his back on Justin. His blue eyes flickered to their corners to look at Aiden, a fleeting thought of apologizing entered his mind however Justin's scoff of dissaproval sent him walking towards the door.
"Normal... is not killing people. I'll leave it at that." Tristan said aloud so that both Aiden and Justin could hear him before he left through the door to head back towards his room.
Justin only rolled his shoulders in a shrug and took on a cocky smile. "Psy-cho." He said in a sing-song voice as he poured himself something to drink, seeming triumphant.

"It's alright. I'm not known for keeping myself in crowds either..." He gave Liam a small smile and looked at the ground. "Um, my name is Allumen..." He reminded him, certain the kid had forgotten, or hadn't even heard his story. He often tried to keep as low a profile as possible. It served well at home anyway, so why stop now? "Just relax and breathe. It might help if you speak more slowly too. Or keep a slow song in your mind. You will keep to the beat subconciously and it may make you calmer." He suggested and shrugged, not wanting to play the part of therapist as he fidgeted slightly.

“A slow song, huh?” Liam hadn’t heard that one before, and although he was already feeling a bit more relaxed just being removed from the situation, he felt the need to try this one out. It just might do the trick, and after all, it might affront Allumen if he didn’t follow his advice. “A slow song, a slow song, I don’t know if I know one... Oh, how about this one?”
Clearing his throat, Liam began to sing, awkwardly at first, but as he went on, he grew louder - -much- louder - and more into it, throwing in a little bit of dancing. “I’ve seen your face a thousand times, have all your stories memorized... I’ve kissed your lips a million ways but I still love to have you around... You’re the one I want! And it’s noooooot Just a phaaaaaaaaaaase! You’re the one I trust! Our love is the reaaaaaal thiiiiiing! DON’T GO AWAY! My love... -my love-, WANT YOU TO STAY! In my life! ...”

Allumen smiled, watching as Liam became more engrossed in the song. "I don't think you're supposed to do it out loud though. And nay melody will do. It;s better if it doesn't have words so yu don't end up saying them instead of what you're trying to." He laughed good-naturedly.

“You’re a salty... huh? Oh.... Right. Just... testing you.” Liam wasn’t an atrocious singer, but he wasn’t about to make it as an American Idol finalist either. That wasn’t exactly the issue here though. Hopefully no one would notice his sudden singing fit except for Allumen - who didn’t seem to mind the falsetto chorus that Liam had thrown in for accuracy. He decides to let it stand for a moment, taking in a deep breath as he plays the part of the relaxed guy hanging out, but as soon as he begins to exhale, he’s apologizing. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to sing, Sorry. Next time you see me, I’ll be cool. Mr. Ice... But don’t call me that. Liam is okay by me. Liam Ashton, that’s me. Playing it cool. Sorry.”

Allumen put a hand on his shoulder. "If you don't stop apologising people are going to think you've actually done something wrong." He smiled. It's allright, just breathe." He sighed and leaned back against the wall, staring up at the sky, slowly fading from blue to red and orange and purple. "Do you have turrets maybe? Or is it really just nerves?" He ask, as politely as he could. It was nagging at him and he had to say it, though he immediately regretted it. It took everything he had not to apologise himself, though he thought he should.

Aiden watched Tristan go, his expression blank and mouth hanging slightly open. Then his gaze snapped onto Justin as he spoke and a small frown formed on his lips, which was then joined by a minor glare.
"I don't think anyone - especially someone who is also staying here - has any right to call someone else a psycho," Aiden said somewhat deffensively, crossing his arms over his chest.
Was it just him, or did he seem to be getting upset much more openly than usual? But then... that was to be expected when he was suddenly in such close quarters with the other boys.
Aiden felt... terrible. If he hadn't said he'd wanted the last peice, then he wouldn't have... gagged. And Tristan could still be at ease and... well, he had seemed to be in a good mood. The pink-haired teen looked almost as if he were about to cry.

Kindred sat feeling very awkward now. The first boy, the one who seemed like he was going to pass out, had gone outside followed by another boy Kindred hadn't even noticed. Now Tristan had left and was replaced with another boy that no one seemed to like. And Aiden did very much look like he was about to cry.
Tristan's departing words hung in the air as he left. Normal... is not killing people. Was the comment directed at the other boy or Tristan himself? Kindred was a little uncomfortable with the idea of being around murders. He had spent his time with people like that and it was time not well spent.
He swallowed the last bit of crust and then sat. He wasn't sure of he should just go find his new room or attempt to make conversation with the boys that were left.
