Sean nodded, "Yeah," he said as he walked along side her, smiling. "Oh! I almost forgot," he said suddenly, stopping to reach in his pocket. He pulled out the bandana she had used as a bandage for him. It was cleaned up and looked like new when he handed it to her. "Thanks for letting me use it..." he said, blushing slightly.

"Don't worry about it," he said with a smile, his face still slightly pink. "Yeah, I think we accidently made her wait a bit and she might've gotten a bit impatient..." he said, laughing a bit as though nervous as they walked into the clinic.

Meanwhile~

Maria smiled as Cliff came up. "Yes, we should," she said as she turned to the wagon, starting to take some things off and setting them to the side, trying to think of how to set up for the event.

Sean blinked and nodded. "Y.. yeah." he muttered, looking at what looked like a family with an impatient woman and old man, and a young lady that looked like she didn't want to be there standing at the counter.

(ooc: I think so...)

Maria paused and thought for a moment. "Let's see... I was going to set up the booth were I'd stand and talk to people over there," she said pointing at a corner. "I figured for the rest of it I'd probably figure it out when I got to it," she said, chuckling a bit.

With a sigh, Mae plucked up her courage and carefully re-entered the inn. The first floor looked like it used to be used as a restaurant, the chairs stacked near the wall and the tables covered by sheets. Being careful not to disturb any of the dust, she opened all the windows to let it air out better. On her way to the kitchen, she almost tripped on a wooden plaque of some sort. "What's this?" She thought aloud, picking it up. Upon both sides, there was a carving of a flower and words that read, 'The Dahlia, restaurant & inn'. "This must've hung outside, I better put it back...Because 'The Dahlia' is back in business!!" With new found eagerness, she made her way outside.

"Oh no you two don't!" Jean grabbed jill and Sean and ran into her office slamming the door. "Phew! I thought I'd never get outta that mess. Now let's see those injuries! Jill lay down on the bed there, and Sean you can have the chair." She busied herself in a cabinet. "I'll need this and this..."

Blinking a bit, Jill placed herself on the bed. "You know, I'm really okay...My leg still hurts a bit, but it'll be fine, really..."

She turned and looked at the closed door. "What do you suppose all those people out there are here for? One of them looked really...mad..." she noted, a sweatdrop on her head.

As Mae tried to put up the sign (she's short), she noticed a man & woman looking her way. "Hey there!" She called out, waving. "D'ya think one of you could help me? I'm a bit too short." She pointed at the sign, and then at the hanger attatched to a wooden pole sticking out over the inn's door.

Cliff turned to Maria. "I'll go help her, okay?" he said with a smile. "And while I'm at it, I'll see if she can cook us something for the festival."

He turned and jogged over to where Mae was. "Let me help you with that," he said with a smile, taking the sign from her and hoisting it onto his shoulder. Grunting a bit, he fastened the sign to the pole and then stood back to admire it. He turned to her. "There we go! All done. My name is Cliff, by the way. The woman over there," he said, pointing back toward the square, "is Maria, the mayor of this town, and I'm her assistant."
