It took a while to wash all the blood off and out of her hair. After showering she found some temporary clothes to wear in the closet so she threw the ones she had been wearinig away. Then she lay in bed with hands behind her head and a knee propped up for a while thinking about the events of her first day and planning on what to do after she got up. Would anyone notice if she stayed in her room for the next few days? She seriously doubted it, she knew no one here, had no one here, and no one knew her. She looked at the handkerchief on the nightstand, she had washed it after she had taken a shower "I guess I'll have to return it before I leave" It took a while after that before she was able to fall asleep.

Shepard had entered the dorms. Though he wasen't flying he was still carrying Luna. He set here down as they got to the entrance of the girls dorms. " Well I guess this is your stop. I normally charge for rides but for you I'll let you go with no cost" he said laughing a bit and giving that smile again.

"Nyeh!" She stuck her tongue out as her feet hit the ground. "I'll keep that in mind next time you need my help in beating someone to a bloody pulp." She sighed and looked at the dorms. She really wasn't sure what to say. A nice warm bed seemed nice but she just felt so out of place here.
"Don't you have a dorm yet?" She questioned curiously.

" No. Not yet. Damnit I forgot to ask for one when I first entered! And by now its too late to get one. Just my luck. I must have got distracted following that idiot Gordon around" Shepard said folding his arms. Now where was he supposed to sleep? He had been so occupied in finding Luna that he had forgotten to get himself a room.

Annika walked into the dorm building, she spotted one of the androids, Joshua, "holy crap!" she muttered, taking a step back, having spent a year living off almost nothing she wasn't used to all the technology, and certanly not androids "Er, um, are you supposed to be helping people with dorms?" she stammered, "Yes? Joshua is my name." he said, she stepped back again, "oh, stop being so suprised..." she muttered under her breath, "of course it can talk" "what kind of dorm would you like?" "oh, er, sage green walls, I suppose, if thats possible, lots of shelves, and a large bed, not very fluffy, though, like maybe just a futon on a bed frame..." she said, still a little freaked out, "just a small light by the bed, and lots of windows." "alright, then, your dorm is down the hall, sharp turn right, down halfway, and you should see a green door with 'Annika' printed in small silver letters on it" "thank you!" she said, running off to her dorm. "lets see... down the hall, sharp right turn, green door, green door... Ah!" she had reached her dorm, "geez, my name's spelled wrong..." the door read 'Anika' She walked into the dorm, "wow! this is great!" she said, unpacking and putting her very few clothes in the dresser and putting her art supplies on one of the the shelves, but keeping a pen in her bag.

"Yes because you really had to follow him around." Luna played as she stuck out her tongue. "Well you don't have a dorm and well..neither do I at the moment. Um...Well I suppose we could go walk around some more. Besides I really don't feel comfortable sleeping in a place like this..to many people and well.." She looked down and poked her fingers together. "I don't make friends to well...."

Shepard sighed, putting his hands over his face. " Well then, looks like we are camping out tonight then. I guess we could walk around but I have no idea where" he said. There where pamphlets on the table with maps of the school and surrounding area. Shepard looked over it and then handed it to Luna. " What looks good to you. I'll fly anywhere you want to go"

She blinked and looked at the map. "Lets go to the beach!! They're really pretty and night and its quiet and we could listen to the water hitting the shore and the sand isn't the most uncomfortable thing in the world. Please SHepard!!" Luna begged, she knew she didn't have to but she really wanted to go to the beach.

Shepard smiled and closed his eyes. " You know, you look really cute when you beg" he said giving a small laugh. She knew he wouldn't say no and Shepard couldn't even if he hated the beach with a passion. " Fine lets go. Jump in my arms and we will be outta of here in now time flat" Shepard said, as he spread his wings again and got ready to fly Luna to the beach.

HEr white ears twitched abit. She scowled lightly at Shepard before kissing his cheek. She lept into his arms so they could head off to the beach, her tail swishing left and right with happiness. She'd always loved the beach, the sound of the water was rather calming when other people weren't around.

Shepard blushed a bit when she kissed. He let out a small grunt and held her in his arms. " Ok hold on" was all he said as he got a running start out of the building and jumped into the air, spreading his wings, heading towards the beach.

Sabrina went to her and her sister's dorm and set 'Starlight' down on the bed and went to the closet to find something for her new feline friend. She found a large box and a pair of scissors and began to cut off the flaps and part of the front. When it looked good, she dug through her things and pulled out a handmade afghan and placed it into the box.
"You like the bed 'Starlight'?" Sabrina went to go pick her up but saw something around her neck...it was a collar. Sabrina frowned in dissapointment and slumped down on the bed, "Tell me you're abandoned please." Sabrina looked at her kitty sadly.

Kichi nodded slightly, signaling to Sabrina that she was without an owner. She laid down on Sabrina's pillow, mewing loudly. Her blue eyes glanced about the room, her tail moving up and down, as if she were playing the drum.

Annika walked the hall to her room, looking at the small silver letters that spelled 'Anika' "hey... wait" she muttered, looking closer, the saw that there was a gap between the n and the i, she looked down, "there we go" she said, seeing a little silver n on the ground, sticky on the back, she stuck it on "there," she said, looking at her now correct name and walking into the room, she set down the fern and peace lily on a shelf and hurried out again, locking the door behind her.

Looking carefully around, Kichi put her mind to showing Sabrina what was actually on her collar. Approaching Sabrina, she tilted her head back to make the tag readable, staying in the position while she waited for Sabrina to read it. It read:
Animal Guardian No. 126
Kichi Yama-Currently Known as Starlight
Cat Gaurdian to Sabrina...
The rest was illegible.
