She smiled as she gave him another brief, chaste kiss before she looked into the fire for a little inspiration. Dark wood, firey feel....old world charm and possibly exotic...

Ra was just starting to get used to, and even look forward to those little chaste kisses. He still blushed when she gave it to him. When she looked into the fire, he first looked at her, really looked at her and the way the fire shown on her before he turned his golden eyes to the fire itself, watching it burn.

She snuggled with him as they both watched the fire. She was looking foreward to the project he gave her. It gave her something to do and it had nothing to do with Jareth.

He hugged in return as she snuggled him. He had to admit to himself, he was trully happy sitting there in front of the fire with Sky snuggled against him. He cautioned himself not to think like that, instead he just enjoyed the moment silently gazing into the fire, sneaking a glance at her every so often.

She liked being in his arms. She often had dreamt up things like sitting in front of a fire, doing things together with someone. She was caught up in the flames, watching them dance.

Ra did nothing to change the silence. He had always enjoyed silence, but this was some how more comfortable, more enjoyable. As the fire danced he wondered to himself why anyone would need a t.v. when they have this view. With the amazing company he kept, he wouldn't have it any other way.

"Quitely with my family" He hadn't seen a holiday yet, but he wasn't sure how to exactly explain it. His father had told him that growth here was excclerated. Although he born months ago, he was and adult now, years and years went by inside him but the world around him only went by a little.

"I'd love to add you to the list. I will be nice to spend the holidays with you." He said too much, not just in the numbers of words, though why he didn't just say 'yes' or 'that would be great' he was unsure, but he felt what he was said was edging on territory he really, really shouldn't go or encourage her to.

She smiled. "thanks." She snuggled close and kissed his cheek. She was rarely truly afraid of anything...right now she hated jareth and would fear him because of her toyed emotions.

He blushed lightly as she kissed his cheek, and just held her. He knew she didn't need anything like the line he came so close to. Really, he felt fortunate of being able to hold her and comfort her. Right now, he still believed that he'd help her mend and she would move on.

She wasn't going to move on so quickly. She had found a lifeline in the middle of a storm and she wasn't going to give it up. She could only hope the tempest would settle enough for her to stand on her own two feet....but she always was around when people cared for her. One of her weaknesses that was also her strength was putting everyone else above her.

Ra was fine with just holding her, even went back to watching the fire. If there was one thing the teddy bear had to spare, it was strength. He had a feeling she needed it, but for the most part, he was there for her and would give whatever he could, besides being a rebound. He was there for her, and was sure she knew it.

Arioch settled into a few branches of trees, his wings unfolded as he scanned the horizon. He felt devilish today. Very devillish and searched the horizon for something to do.
