This fall ends similarly to the last fall with everyone on their feet inside the Aekea Civic Center, not even having left them since that Top Rope Double Stomp by Austin while Riona was in the Tree of Woe. While Austin gets to his feet and Riona struggles to crawl to the ropes to get to hers Grey Fox comes out from the back to take control of the final fall in this match and give Jackie the rest of the night off. The competitors can only wish they were being replaced to keep fresh, but this is wrestling and in a one on one match there is no one to take your place. Each of them know this well and when they are up to their feet in opposite corners Grey Fox signals to them to start the third fall.
Seen as how they aren't far off from the sixty minute mark now people would think both wrestlers would come out slowly in this fall like the last two, but it is clear they aren't going to conserve anything now as both Austin and Riona come directly to the center of the ring from their corners and go into a lock up to start this fall. Neither have the intention of keeping this locked in, but Azure is able to make the first move to place Riona in a Side Headlock that is quickly followed by a Side Headlock Takedown thanks to Austin being fresher than Riona at this point in the match. Even if her neck and pretty much ever other part on her body is hurting Riona won't back down and swiftly brings her legs up while on the ground in Austin's Side Headlock to place Azure into a Head Scissors that will hopefully leave Riona with a bit of resting time. Now with Austin on his hands and knees in a Head Scissors while Riona sits on her bottom "The Prodigy" takes a moment to rest and regain her breath while trying to apply pressure to Azure's head and neck so he doesn't have this luxury. Having been in this same hold from Riona before Austin knows that he is going to have to think of a new way to break out of it which he is able to quickly do before going to put this plan into action. Using his arms Austin grabs Riona around the legs and before she can tell what is going on Riona is being rolled over so she is on her stomach and Austin is on her back where he wraps his legs around Riona's legs. Once Austin has managed to do this he quickly rolls back over, being helped some by Riona who doesn't know this is helping him, and places his hands on the knees of Riona before pushing her legs apart and lifting his head out of the Head Scissors. Of course Azure isn't going to just stop at that and soon after breaking free of Riona's grasp he places his hands on the back of her head while both are sitting down and pulls forward so as to stretch her no doubt hurting neck muscles as well as some of the muscles in her midsection. The pain from this clouds Riona's ability to think for a few moments, but once that mental fog has cleared away Riona realizes it isn't that tough to get out of this hold and brings her arms up off the ground from where she was using them to brace herself before placing them between Austin's arms and pushing them apart to break the hold.
The ever arrogant Austin just laughs at Riona doing this and then breaks his hold he has on Riona's legs before rolling backwards to his feet, something Riona does as well once Azure has broken his hold. As soon as both stand back up to their feet they go into another lock up seen as how they are close to the middle of the ring and the Aekea crowd cheers them on louder and louder thanks to all this great wrestling action they have been receiving. While they are locked up this time the still standing Aekea fans start another dueling chant, this one being "let's go Austin" which is followed by another "let's go Langly" chant. The crowd continues to battle it out by voicing who they want to win as Riona suddenly breaks the lock between her and Austin before placing her hands on the back of Austin's neck and jumping up so her knees connect with his abdomen. Riona falls back after doing this to try and hit Azure with a Monkey Flip, but as expected from someone as athletic as Austin he is able to flip through it and land on his feet where he places his arms across his chest in an X once more which gets a mix of cheers and boos from this 50/50 crowd. The problem for Austin is that Riona figured he would be able to do this too and is quickly back up to her feet where she places Austin into a Full Nelson as he brings his arms back away from his chest. When he is brought into this hold Azure just laughs and asks Riona if she ever learns which Riona is quick to respond to by jumping up to wrap her legs around Austin's and falling backwards to place the "Wrestling G.O.D." into a Leg Scissors Full Nelson! Now the Riona fans in the crowd are the ones left cheering as Austin seems to have fallen right into the trap of "The Prodigy" who isn't going to give him any sort of a break while in this hold. The only thing Riona seems to have forgotten about this hold is that she is on her back which is much less ideal than her side which is shown by Grey Fox falling to his knees and counting, 1...2...Riona figures out just in time what is going on and releases the Full Nelson on Azure to lift her shoulder up off the mat. When she does this however, Austin sits up while still on Riona and grabs her legs to break the hold before he is able to stand up. Austin keeps Riona's legs held when he does this though and turns Riona into a Reverse Boston Crab!
Just like it has been for most of this match the cheering seems non-stop, but really it is just shifting from one side to the other and now it is on Austin's side as he keeps Riona held in the Reverse Boston Crab which is a great hold to go right back to work on her midsection with. Even with the ropes right in front of her Riona won't go to them, knowing full well she only has one rope break in this fall, and she starts to think up ways to get out of this hold with the least amount of damage to her, but before she can Austin bends down with her legs still held under his arms and grabs Riona's arms with his hands. Azure then stands back up with Riona held and now has her in an even worse predicament so she is hanging by her arms while still in the Reverse Boston Crab. Of course a master of submissions that will torture you until you tap like Austin isn't going to stop at this and after a few moments to make sure he can do it Austin sits down on Riona and places her in a Chinlock with his hands while keeping her legs under his arms! This not only stretches the midsection of Riona more, but it also uses less energy from Austin who might have rather stayed with hanging Riona by her arms if it weren't for that fact. Now Riona is in real trouble and Austin just seems to be urging her to use the ropes by moving forward slightly with her still in this hold. When Riona reaches her arms into the air however, it isn't to go for the ropes, but instead to grab Austin's hands that are on her chin and rip at them with her finger nails to make Austin release her from this Reverse Boston Crab/Chinlock combo. Azure does let go of the Chinlock thanks to this, but after he does this he stands back to his feet and keeps Riona's legs held before pulling her back towards the center of the ring. Azure then lets Riona's legs drop to the ground after doing this, but only for a moment. In this moment though Riona is able to roll off her stomach and to her back while Austin tries to grab her legs again before she shoves Azure away from her using her legs and gets back to her feet as he collides back first with the far set of ropes. As soon as Riona is back up to her feet she sees Azure rebounding off the ropes and coming back at her which Riona responds with by hitting Austin with a Drop Toe Hold that leaves Austin slamming into the second rope neck first as he makes it to Riona.
"The Prodigy" knows that unfortunately she can't use the ropes against Austin in this fall until she gets rid of his last rope break, but that doesn't stop her from running into the far ropes which Austin just came off of and back at Azure to hit him with a knee to the back of the neck. This doesn't come to pass however, and Riona ends up nailing her knee on the ropes and staggering backwards as Austin pushes himself off the ropes and rolls backwards out of the way to leave Riona the displeasure of slamming into them. Still, Riona seems to be fine once she has regained her balance in the center of the ring, but doesn't even see Austin coming off the ropes to her left until she turns to figure out where he is. By this time it is too late and Austin goes to knock Riona's head off with a LARI-NO! Riona raises her right arm into the air and hooks it with Azure's to block the Lariat, but when she does the pain returns to it after being gone thanks to Riona not having to use it in an impact situation like that. When Riona bends down clutching her arm Austin sees his chance and runs backwards at the ropes to rebound off them again, but once again he is unable to hit Riona with the Lariat as she quickly ducks it and leaves Austin running towards the opposite set of ropes as Riona dashes under his arm into the ropes he just came off of. Riona is going noticeably slower than Azure is and the "Wrestling G.O.D." wonders just what she is doing as he comes back towards her while she is just getting to the ropes. Suddenly Riona jumps up onto the second rope once she has made it to them before jumping off them into a back flip which uses to catch Azure's head with her left arm to go for what seems to be a Moonsault DDT. Instead though Riona calls for and goes to hit Austin with the BOMB DROPPER Re-NO! While he is set in the inverted facelock Austin is able to break free and grab Riona around the head and neck before spinning around to place her in an inverted facelock of his own. Azure then lifts Riona and moves forward slightly before letting Riona drop so her legs are on the top rope of the set of ropes she just came off of and her chin is place on Austin's shoulder before Austin hits her with an ACE CRUSH-NO!
Luckily for Riona Austin didn't move forward enough and she is able to slip away from his grasp to land safely on the ring apron which may actually end up being a more dangerous spot as Azure turns around to face Riona quickly. "The Prodigy" doesn't let Austin get near her when he turns around and quickly hits him with a forearm from her left arm to keep Azure away, but being as relentless as he has been in this match Riona knows that it won't buy her much time. It doesn't really buy her any time as Austin comes right back with a hard right forearm to the side of Riona's head before placing her into a front facelock and going to hit her with a Vertical Suplex into the ring. Riona doesn't want to take any chances of being beaten and swiftly nails Austin with a knee to the head when he lifts her into the air so Azure sets her back down on the ring apron where Riona then tries to pull Austin up off his feet and hit him with a Vertical Suplex to the floor! Azure knows if he is hit with this he would probably end up being counted out so he quickly hooks his legs in the ropes as Riona tries to lift him off his feet. Once she knows her attempt has failed Riona sets Austin back down on the ground and suddenly Austin pushes forward over the ropes to grab Riona's leg with his free left arm. Upon hooking this leg Austin lifts Riona up onto his shoulders and turns around before moving towards the center of the ring with Riona set up for the Tundra Drop '04! Riona isn't done just yet and shows this by hitting Austin in the head and neck several times while up on his shoulders before Azure finally lets Riona fall off behind him. Austin rubs the back of his neck and head that were getting pounded on and still hurt as Riona gets back to her feet and comes up behind Azure to hook his arms behind his back and shove him down to the ground before flipping over him and placing Austin in his own SHATTERED DESTINY!! Keeping a calm head and his wits about him Austin swiftly starts to break out of this poorly applied version of the Shattered Destiny by pushing forward on his feet and bridging out of it. The reason it is poorly done of course is because Riona's neck is in bad shape and before long Austin is able to pull himself out. Now being on his feet Azure has a sure fire way in mind to beat Riona who is on her bottom and with Riona still sitting down Austin hooks his left arm across Riona's head and face while pulling it to the side and grabbing the injured right arm of Riona to place her in the STRETCH PLUM!!!
For being such a small building the sound emanating from the Aekea Civic Center is deafening and for good reason as Riona is in a bad submission right now that has the potential to make her tap out at any second. Riona knows this as well as anyone, but she is more determined not to tap out to Austin than she is determined to win this match at the moment. Austin senses this and CRANKS the Stretch Plum even harder to try and force Riona to tap out, but she refuses to and keeps almost yelling "no" at Grey Fox when he asks her if she will give up. No one has left their feet since sometime in the second fall here in Aekea and now Riona fans start a "please don't tap" chant to show their support of Riona who won't give up no matter how hard Austin cranks the Stretch Plum. The Austin fans try to take over this chant by chanting "please just tap" at Riona, but this doesn't last long as the Riona fans voice their "please don't tap" chant with all the lung capacity they can muster between them as Riona continues to refuse to give up. Finally, Azure releases the hold and stands to his feet, letting Riona flop over onto the mat before he covers her, 1...2...2.9...RIONA KICKS OUT! Azure pounds his fists on the ground and asks Grey Fox what that count was as he sits back up to his knees and yells "BULLSHIT" at Fox when he hears it was only a two count. Austin will not be denied in this match now though as he stands back to his feet with Riona in tow and once both are back to their feet Austin sets Riona up for the UNSUNG GENER-NO! With what little strength she can muster Riona elbows Austin in the side of the head a couple of times which annoy Azure enough to make him let go of the hold he has on Riona before leaving an out on her feet Riona standing in the middle of the ring and charging backwards at the ropes to come off at Riona with a LARIA-NO! Riona grabs Austin's arm as he does this and takes him to the ground with her before Riona locks Austin into the PAINKILLER!! Austin cries out in pain as this hold is applied and the muscles in his neck are once again stretched beyond their limits and seem to be on the very verge of snapping. "The Prodigy" yells at Austin to tap while he is in this hold, but Azure will do no such thing and suddenly he breaks free only to counter into an ANACONDA VICE!!!!
Azure manages to get Riona's right arm as he applies the Anaconda Vice on her which is a move she won't likely be able to get out of and could very well tap to. Knowing she only has one rope break in this fall makes the decision to use it all the tougher for Riona, but after only a few moments in this hold she decides it is better to use the rope break now than to tap out and regret not using it later. When Riona grabs the bottom rope and Grey Fox has acknowledged the fact she did Austin breaks the Anaconda Vice instead of keeping it in for the extra time, now being confident that he can beat Riona as he backs away from her and rubs his neck as well as rotating it a bit to try and rid himself of the pain it is in. Using the ropes to pull herself to her feet Riona also seems to be in a lot of pain and also is trying to rest as much as possible by getting up slowly, but even going slowly doesn't make it so she is up to her feet way too soon and turning to see Austin who looks ready to finish this thing as he comes at her, knowing she can't use the ropes after this point as she lets go of them to face him. With a slight bit of desperation Riona slams Austin with a kick to the gut, but Austin only bends down slightly for a moment before slamming Riona with an elbow to the face and grabbing her by the wrist and pulling her along the ropes into the near corner. Once Austin has Riona positioned here he walks backwards a bit before using his weight and strength to whip Riona out of this corner and make her go speedily into the far corner which Riona hits chest first thanks to the fact she doesn't have the energy left to turn around. Once Riona hits the corner Austin makes his way towards her at a slow pace, knowing that he has this in the bag and upon arriving where Riona is slumped over in the corner Austin lifts her up and sets her on the top so her legs are on the outside of the ropes. The Aekea fans who have quieted down slightly now go right back to their loud cheering as Austin climbs up the ropes and pulls Riona to her feet on the top once he has made it there. With both wrestlers on the standing on the top in the corner Austin hooks Riona's arms behind her back before going for a move BTWF fans have seen before as he drops down to hook his legs on the top rope while flipping Riona over him to apply a MODIFIED SHATTERED DESTIN-NOOO!!! The Aekea Civic Center almost explodes from the noise of the crowd cheering as Riona lands on her feet and has broken free of Austin's hold before grabbing Azure who is hanging down from the ropes in an inverted facelock with her right arm before pulling him backwards off the ropes and hitting Austin with the BOMB DROPPER ReMIX!!! Another near explosion of cheering is heard for this move as Riona rolls onto Austin for the cover, 1...2...2.9...FOOT ON THE ROPES!!
Chants of "AUSTIN AZURE" reign supreme inside the Aekea Civic Center as the "Wrestling G.O.D." places his foot on the bottom rope to use his final rope break in this match as well as save himself from being beaten in the match. As Riona pushes herself up off the ground she can't seem to believe the Bomb Dropper ReMix failed against Austin like it did in their first match since this match has taken so much more time and energy out of both individuals. Even with these thoughts of self-doubt coming over her Riona knows that the ReMix had to have taken a lot out of Austin who she slowly pulls up to his feet by the hair and places him in the corner so he is facing her. Riona nails the seemingly unconscious Azure with a couple of hard left elbows to the head as she tries to think of what else might possibly put Austin away before it dawns on her she can now use the ropes for whatever insane hold she can think of. Knowing this Riona grabs Austin by the hair before bringing him so he is facing the ropes and keeping them there while Riona goes through the ropes out onto the ring apron before grabbing Austin again and placing him into a front facelock with vile intentions in mind. Before these intentions can come to light however, Austin suddenly fights free of this front facelock from Riona and places her into his own front facelock before hooking her leg and lifting Riona onto his shoulders just like last time. When Austin turns towards the middle of the ring and walks forward this time though he suddenly drops to one knee and lets Riona fall forward off his shoulders to hit her with a Gutbuster. As Riona sits up on her knees holding her stomach Austin stands back up to his feet and yells at the Aekea crowd that this match is over before grabbing Riona by the head and pulling her back to her feet for the UNSUNG GENERATI-NO! Riona fights out with a few elbows to the head of Austin before using the energy she has left to run backwards into the ropes and go to hit Austin with a Lariat, but Austin easily stops her as she comes back with a knee to the gut before once again placing her in position for an hitting the UNSUNG GENERATIONS!!! The crowd lets out another deafening roar of approval as Austin hits the move and covers Riona, 1...2...2.5...2.9...RIONA KICKS OUT!!!
This time chants of "Langly, Langly, Langly" come from the Aekea crowd who doesn't seem to have a clue who they actually want to win in this match. Austin knows who he wants to win though and it sure isn't Riona who he cannot believe kicked out of the Unsung Generations. The noise from the crowd doesn't help Austin concentrate either as he sits up on his knees wondering what he can possibly do next and finally the "Wrestling G.O.D." snaps as he stands up and tells the crowd to shut the hell up. Looking down at Riona for a moment after this the frustration on Azure's face suddenly turns to a smile as he bends down and picks Riona up off the ground by her head before bringing her over to the nearest corner. Austin keeps Riona down on the ground in front of the turnbuckle as he goes out onto the ring apron and starts to climb up the outside of the turnbuckles to the top which excites the Aekea crowd who still cheers for Austin even if he doesn't want the cheering. Once he is up on the top Austin grabs Riona by the head and starts to pull her up the turnbuckles as well so he gets her onto the second turnbuckles before he sets her into a standing head scissors and hooks her arms, but Riona won't be stopped this easily and shakes her arms free of Austin's grasp before standing back up out of the standing head scissors and hitting Austin with a couple of hard forearms to the face with her left arm. Azure starts to lose his balance so to save himself from falling to the ground below he backs off the top turnbuckle and stands on the outside of the middle set of ropes as Riona starts to climb up to the top. "The Prodigy" hits Austin with yet another hard forearm to the head once she has been able to get up on the top rope before grabbing Austin in a front facelock and starting to pull him back up on the top rope with her. The tension in the Aekea Civic Center could hardly be hanging in the air at any heavier of a weight than it is now as Austin and Riona battle it on the top while the fans cheer or boo as their favorite gets the advantage. Finally, after hitting Austin with some clubbing blows to the back with her good left arm, which is also the one she intends to lift Austin with, Riona starts to lift Austin up for a TOP ROPE BRAINBUSTE-NOOO!!!
Knowing full well he can't survive a huge move like that Austin shoots his knee out and makes it connect with Riona's face so she sets the "Wrestling G.O.D." back on the top rope, but Austin knows he is still in danger as Riona keeps the front facelock held. With a sense of urgency all about him Austin struggles to slip his head out of this front facelock and when he finally does he nails Riona with a stiff forearm to the face that almost knocks Riona backwards off the turnbuckle thanks to the intensity of it. In fact Austin seems more intense than he ever has before as he fights for the biggest win of his career. This is shown by the vicious knees to the gut Azure lashes out at Riona with while the two are still standing on the top and after three of this Austin finally sets Riona into another standing head scissors before hooking her arms to go for THE B-NOOOO!!! Riona starts to fight out again, but suddenly Austin lets go of Riona's arms and starts pummeling her back with clubbing shots from his forearm that make loud thuds as they connect before Austin hooks Riona's arms again and hits her with THE BTY!!!! The Aekea crowd that has been waiting in anticipation lets out an ear splitting cheer as Austin nails The BTY and flips Riona over for the cover, 1...2...2.9...3!!!
*The Bell Rings*
Victor Cross: "And here is your winner of the third fall and the match, AUSTIN AZURE!"
*The Aekea crowd continues to cheer uncontrollably for what they just witnessed and give Austin and Riona a standing ovation although pretty much everyone has stayed on their feet for the entire final fall plus some of this match. In a place such as this where workrate is so important to the fans this match will probably reign supreme on every one of these people's MOTY voting ballots, but that is not why Austin Azure will remember this match. As he pushes himself into the nearest corner so he is in a sitting position and his hand is raised by Grey Fox Austin sees why he will remember this match. That reason being that he was able to beat Riona Langly in a match almost tailor made to her specialty. Not to mention that once the higher-ups see this match he may have some kind of title shot waiting, but Austin doesn't care about belts right now. He only cares that he was the victor and that he has proven to the world that he is the undisputed best technical wrestler in the BTWF. Austin lets all of this soak in as he sits in the corner he just took Riona off of with The BTY and is handed a towel to wipe the sweat that has been pouring down his body off. The "Wrestling G.O.D." is also handed a bottle of water which he drinks greedily as the fans in Aekea chant "thank you" to Austin and Riona for their match tonight. Riona is also given a bottle of water as she finally pulls herself to her hands and knees in the center of the ring. While she makes sure to drink some to keep hydrated Riona isn't in any mood to celebrate as she just lost to someone who she never wanted to. Someone who she despises, but respects slightly after this match. Seeing Austin smirking at her from his corner Riona tells him that he still didn't make her tap out and Azure just replies with "I know", but keeps smiling anyway. After a few more moments of resting and while the Aekea crowd continues to cheer both competitors both Austin and Riona finally get to their feet and Riona leaves to the back while Azure takes a few moments to celebrate. While he may not especially like this crowd he isn't going to let a chance like this slip and holds his arms in front of his chest in an X once more while his towel is situated on his neck before deciding it is best to now get to the back seen as how another member of Empty Promises has a match coming up next.*

Victor Cross enters the ring, the crowd now calming down after that great technical-fest that was the 2/3 Falls match. "The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the BTWF Gaia Championship!"
BRUISES!
"Introducing first, from Muskegon, Michigan, weighing two hundred twenty-nine pounds and standing six foot two inches tall...He is the White Phoenix...STEVE 'SAVIOR' TWIST!!!"
"Bruises" by Skindred hits as the crowd immediately gets up on their feet and lets out a huge cheer for Twist as he makes his way out through the curtains and stands at the top of the ramp, smirking out at the crowd before beginning to walk down the ramp, high fiving a series of fans there. Stopping at the ring, Twist roll into it and hops up to his feet before tossing his hood back and throwing his arms out to the side, looking around for a few moments before lowering his arms and removing his vest, handing it off to an official before heading over to his corner and waiting for his opponent, "Bruises" fading out.
The lights in the arena suddenly switch to a dark blue and sweep over the crowd as the opening bass solo of "Hysteria" by Muse hits, the crowd also letting out a big cheer for this. Spotlights at the top of the entrance ramp snap on as drums move into the beat of the song, illuminating the back of Revision, who all can see is now wearing a different robe, this one the opposite of his PPV attire, white with black trim. As the song moves into its main beat, Revision turns and throws his arms up and out to the side as a wall of white pyro erupts from the top of the stage and the lights brighten a little as he begins to walk down the ramp. Emerging from the smoke a few steps behind him is Austin Azure, still dressed in his ring attire but with a t-shirt on as well, and a white towel wrapped around his neck, still seeming a little tired after his match with Riona Langly. Following after them is Empty Promises' personal announcer, David Stetson.
Revision gets almost as many high fives as Twist does, and Azure gets some as well, seeing as the Aekea fans are very appreciative of the skill both men have. Even Stetson gets some from the Aekea fans. Once at the ring, Revision hops up onto the apron and slips through the ropes while Austin just slides in, Stetson taking the route of the steel steps. Twist stares across the ring at Revision and Azure, both men looking back over at him, then turning as Stetson enters the ring, "Hysteria" fading out as Stetson takes his place in the middle of the ring, beginning his speech.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, intelligent fans of Aekea & Durem and mutants and idiots of Barton & Gambino alike, I am David Stetson, and the men standing to either side of me are your lords and masters. Bow to them." Almost immediately, a good portion of the fans quickly lower their bodies and hold their arms out in the classic "We're Not Worthy!" pose. "The BTWF Gaia Championship has been a sought-after title for many, throughout most of its champions, anyway. Many have challenged, but few have been able to take the actual title belt.
...Such men as Omega, The Demon, Bryan Kutterman, Raymond Kage, Rocky, The Heat, Xunkai, Shadow Starr..."
The names get a mixture of cheers and boos from the Aekea fans depending on the person, and Stetson trails off, turning and asking Austin if he can have a drink of water. Austin nods, and Stetson walks over to the edge of the ring, catching a bottle, then looks down at it with disgust. "Ugh, Deer Park? This stuff is like New Orleans swamp water. I'd rather go without." Tossing the water back at the officials, Stetson clears his throat before beginning again.
"Continuing now...DiZtUrBeD, Jack Frost, Twilight Tokyo Rose, Red Comet, and even the man standing alone in the corner by himself over there, Steve Twist."
Stetson folds up the list and places it back in his pocket, now continuing.
"But all of these men have nothing compared to the current Gaia Champion, the man standing to my right. Weighing in at eighty-six kilos, which is one hundred ninety pounds for the guys that came to see the Strap Match...From the City of Sin...He is a member of the greatest faction to ever be formed in the BTWF, Empty Promises...He is also the current reigning and defending BTWF Gaia Champin...He is the destroyer of prodigies, the dispeller of shadows, the border patrol of awesome, the stomper of flowers, the burning atmosphere of comets, and the Anti-Christ to your Savior...And most of all, he is The Future...REVISION!!!"
Revision walks forward and throws his arms up and out to the side, Azure pointing to him and making loud compliments for the first few rows to hear as white sparks shower down from sets above the turnbuckles. Finally, Stetson and Azure exit the ring as Revision removes his belt, robe and sunglasses, handing them off to an official before giving the belt to Joe, who raises it up to all four sides of the ring and flashes it to Twist before giving it off to an official, doing a quick weapon check before stepping back and calling for the bell.
DING DING DING!!!
Revision and Twist step forward, and the Future suddenly begins to hop up and down, seeming to be psyching himself up for the match ahead, yelling over at Twist and apparently trying to intimidate him, asking him if he was ready for the Future, ready to get beaten down, etcetera. Twist doesn't seem to be phased by this whatsoever, raising an eyebrow after several moments of this from Revision, finally taking a step forward towards Revision...Which is followed by Revision quickly turning and climbing out through the ropes and landing outside the ring, walking over to Azure and beginning to speak with him, the crowd letting out a boo for the lack of action, Twist standing there and watching the two with slight disbelief. Azure seems to be giving words of confidence to Revision at the moment, but they're taking quite a while. Finally, Twist starts to dash across the ring, perhaps looking for a suicide dive, the crowd quickly getting up on their feet, but Revision quickly rolls into the ring before he can do so. Twist has to jump over Revision's body in order not to trip up, bouncing off the ropes as Revision kips up, catching Twist as he comes back with an Enzuigir, taking the White Phoenix down to the mat. The crowd gives a little cheer for that, not really having a favorite to win this match at the moment, having lots of respect for both men, instead just wanting to see a great match, not really caring about who comes out the winner. Twist is back up to his feet quickly, as is Revision, the two men staring each other down for a few moments before beginning to circle around one another, now getting ready to lock up and begin this match for real.
Revision and Twist lock up after a few moments, and, strangely, Revision manages to push Twist back into the corner. After a moment of thinking about this, the crowd notices Twist's taped up shoulder, and remember that he probably can't grapple as well with that injury. Joe calls for the break, and Revision does as he says, backing off and breaking the grapple clean. Twist nods as Revision steps back, smirking and saying something to the Gaia champ, but Revision doesn't seem very flustered by it, whatever it was, and the two begin to circle again before locking up into another grapple. This time, Twist takes control, using his superior strength and pushing Revision back into the corner. At a three count from Joe, Revision studdenly twists around and pushes Twist into the corner instead, breaking off at three, but suddenly coming in with a right hand toward Twist, only to have the White Phoenix duck it and Pieface Revision as he turns around before backing out of the corner. Revision looks a little angered at that, brushing his cheek off and pointing at Twist, making idle threats as he walks out of the corner. Twist isn't fazed by them, both men coming forward in another grapple, but Revision pulls Twist into a Reverse Waistlock this time. Twist digs his arms down and breaks out of this one, connecting with a Drop Toe Hold and sliding over Revision to go for a Front Facelock, but Revision rolls out of it and turns over to pull Twist's arm into an Armbar, pulling him up to his feet and slapping the back of Twist's head a few times with his free hand and wrenching the arm around again once Twist is up to a full vertical base, working the injured shoulder. Twist manages to turn a bit and alleviate the pressure on his arm somewhat, reaching back and dropping down to take Revision over with a Snapmare, hooking a leg suddenly. "1..." Revision kicks out immediately, both men rolling away from each other and back up to their feet, staring each other down again.
The two men circle around a bit again before coming into another grapple, Revision once again taking advantage of Twist's injured shoulder and using his leverage to push Twist back into the ropes, breaking at a four count and connecting with a chop, Twist not seeming phased by the hit, which causes Revision to connect with a slap. Twist comes right back after him though, shoving him backwards across the ring and coming in with some forearms to Revision's head. The Future takes Twist down to the mat, though, both men grappling on the ground and trying to get some advantage, Revision ending up on top and coming at Twist with some strikes to the head, but Twist covers up and slides out between Revision's legs, twisting over and turning Revision onto his stomach before mounting the champ and trying to get some strikes of his own in, but Revision covers up as well. Azure yells from ringside at the ref about some of the closed fists Twist is using, of course having said nothing before when Revision was using them on Twist, but both men get to the ropes in the scuffle after a moment, and Joe breaks the fight off. Twist gets up off of Revision, backing up to the middle of the ring as Revision slowly gets up to his feet in a guarded stance, ready for any attacks, but doesn't get any. Twist calls for a Knucklelock, and Revision goes for it, but Twist catches him this time, pulling him over into an Armbar after only one hand is connected. Revision cringes a bit as his arm gets worked over, but manages to turn this around and get in his own Armbar on Twist, once again working the injured shoulder. Revision grabs the back of Twist's head and pushes him down to the mat, pressing his forehead against the canvas to try and prevent him from getting any leverage, but Twist rolls over and out of the Armbar, turning to face Revision, only to get pulled into a Front Facelock. This doesn't bother Twist, though, as he just turns and tackles Revision back into the corner before grabbing the ropes, forcing Revision to break the hold.
Twist and Revision move forward again, locking up into another grapple, and Twist takes Revision over with a Headlock Takedown. Revision quickly swings his legs up and locks in a Head Scissors, however, working the hold as much as he can. Twist does what he can to try and break out of the hold, attempting to punch Revision's legs, kick up out of it, and roll over to a standing position, but Revision blocks them every time. Finally, though, Twist does manage to roll over onto all fours, but Revision still squeezes his head as much as he can. Rather than stand up and try to pull out of it though, Twist lifts his legs up into a Headstand, then thrusts his legs back to land in a standing position, his momentum pulling him out of the hold, and quickly following it up with a Front Dropkick right into Revision's face before he can get out of the seated position. The crowd lets out a cheer for that innovative escape by Twist, and Revision rolls to the outside, clutching his face. Azure looks like he's about to go over to Revision, but stops as he sees Twist running across the ring to fly over the ropes with a TORNADO PLANCHA!!! Revision goes down and the crowd gets up, letting out a big cheer for the suicide dive from Twist, who stands up and throws his arms out to the side, seeming to have done that to work the crowd as much as take Revision down. Twist comes up behind Revision as he stands up and hits a forearm to the back of the neck, coming around and hitting him with another to the jaw, but Revision lashes out with a chop to knock Twist away. Twist is far too tenacious to give up after just one chop, though, and comes back after Revision, tapping him on the shoulder from behind and hitting him with another big forearm to the jaw as he turns around. Twist rolls Revision into the ring, then climbs up onto the apron and pulls himself over the ropes for a Slingshot Senton, but Revision rolls away, grabbing Twist as he gets up and attempting to throw him out of the ring. Twist holds on, turning to hit a right hand to Revision, but the Future ducks, only to get his legs sweeped, and Twist throws himself over with a second Slingshot Senton, this one connecting, dropping his weight right onto Revision's stomach. Twist quickly gets up and runs across the ring, coming back to hit an Elbow Drop with his good arm and hooking the champ's leg. "1...2" Revision kicks out.
Twist waits for Revision to get up, then takes him over with a Snapmare, following it up with a kick into the back. Revision winces a bit, then turns and yells up at Twist, asking if that was the best he could do. Twist smirks, then swings in with a kick right into Revision's chest, making him roll over backwards up to his feet and stumble into the corner. Twist backs up a bit, then runs forward, coming in and nailing a Dropkick right into Revision's face, following it up with another cover. "1...2" Revision kicks out. Twist lifts Revision up to his feet, pulling him into a Front Facelock and lifting him up for a Suplex, but Revision hooks his leg with Twist's and blocks it. Revision then pushes Twist back towards the ropes, blocking another suplex, hitting some hard punches up into his ribs and the outside of his thigh, finally stunning Twist enough to lift him up for a Suplex of his own, pushing him over the ropes and placing him on the apron. Twist still has Revision held, however, and lifts him up for a suplex to the outside, but Revision blocks that one, Twist actually lifting Revision up vertical on the second try, but Revision kicks his legs and pulls himself back down to his feet. Revision tries to lift Twist up this time, but Twist blocks it. Finally, though, Revision gets Twist up on the second try, and just drapes his mid-section across the top rope. Revision gets back up to his feet as Twist falls back onto the apron, draping his arms across the top rope to hold himself up, and Revision runs across the ring to come back with a Dropkick right into Twist's shoulder, knocking him off the apron and down into the guardrail. Revision rolls out of the ring and pulls Twist over to the corner of the guardrails, sitting him down in a chair and connecting with a big chop across his chest before pulling him up out of it and connecting with a European Uppercut, then rolls Twist back into the ring, sliding in after and going for a cover. "1...2" Twist kicks out. Revision nods, picking Twist back up and lifting him up for a Suplex, then drops right down and drives Twist's shoulder right into his knee with a Shoulderbreaker. Twist cringes and rolls off Revision's knee, backing up into the corner and clutching his shoulder.
Revision walks over, but Twist attempts to fight him off with punches into the abdomen, only to have Revision reach down and dig his fingers in Twist's eyes, Joe quickly starting a DQ count, making Revision back off. Revision pulls Twist out of the corner by his leg, then hits a Fist Drop right into his shoulder before going for a cover. "1...2" Twist kicks out. Revision picks Twist up to his feet and takes him over with a Snapmare, then follows it up with a Dropkick right into Twist's shoulder, working that joint for all its worth. Twist cries out and cringes, clutching his shoulder and falling to the side. Revision smirks and looks around at the crowd for a few moments, clapping for his own move, then drops down and hooks Twist's leg for a cover. "1...2..." Twist kicks out. Revision smirks, nodding a bit at that and seeming a little impressed for Twist kicking out, then picks him up and takes him over with another Snapmare before swinging his legs forward and pulling Twist's arm into a Cross Armbreaker! Twist cries out as he's put in the arm submission, and Revision cranks back as hard as he can, working this submission. Twist attempts to reach over and lock his hands to alleviate the submission, but Revision knocks his hands away with his feet, trying to bash his heels right into Twist's shoulder joint while still keeping the submission locked in. Finally, though Revision breaks the hold and rolls Twist over for another pin, hooking the leg. "1...2..." Twist kicks out. Revision seems a little angry that Twist kicked out that time, or perhaps that he didn't tap out to the submission before, this time pulling him over to the corner and then turning around to climb to the top to the delight of the Aekea fans who can like high risk moves like this just as much as technical wrestling at times. When Revision gets up to the top rope, which is a very short amount of time for him, he turns back towards the ring before jumping off and hitting Steve with a Diving Leg Drop right to the injured left shoulder of Twist! Steve begins to kick his legs and holds his shoulder with his right arm while turning over to his stomach on the mat. Revision gets right up from the Leg Drop to Twist and when he sees Twist on the ground he grabs Steve's right arm away from him to place Steve in a Fujiwara Armbar. The only thing Revision hasn't thought of is how close to the ropes Steve is and "The White Phoenix" quickly grabs the near bottom rope with his right hand. This only serves to annoy Revision who stands back up to his feet and keeps Steve's arm held as he pulls him into the middle of the ring and reapplies the Fujiwara Armbar! Joe Schmoe is right on asking Steve if he will tap out, but after Steve tells him no a couple of times Revision lets go of the Armbar before flipping Steve over for a cover, "1...2...TH-" Twist kicks out!
Revision stared in awe at Twist, wondering how he possibly kicked out of that, turning over and yelling at Joe for a few moments, but the ref stays adamant that it was a two count. Revision lifts Twist back up, hitting him with a chop and knocking him back into the ropes with a straight right hand, hitting another chop before whipping Twist across the ring. The champ bends down too early, however, and Twist grabs his waist before rolling over him over into a Sunset Flip! "1...2..." Revision kicks out. Revision knocks Twist back into the ropes again with another right hand as he stands up, shaking his hand out a bit after hitting it and walking over to drape Twist's arms over the rope and expose his chest, coming in with another big chop. Twist comes back with a slap across Revision's chest, though, and Revision cringes a bit before coming in with another chop, but stops before it hits and pokes Twist in the eye instead. Twist backs up into the corner and Revision walks forward to grab his head and take him down with another Snapmare, then grabs his arm and pulls it down into a second Cross Armbreaker! Twist cringes, but scouts this and quicklky swings his arm over to clasp his fingers, alleviating the pressure on the hold. Finally, Revision lets go, seeing that he's not doing much in that position, and Twist gets up to his feet, quickly hitting a boot to Revision's gut before running to the ropes and coming back over for a second Sunset Flip, but Revision manages to keep his balance this time, leaning down and punching Twist in the face to make him let go of his legs, then jumps up and connects with a Knee Drop right into Twist's shoulder! Revision rolls off Twist after hitting the move, kneeling and looking over the crowd with a smirk, nodding before turning and hooking Twist's leg for another cover. "1...2..." Twist throws a shoulder up, not quite able to kick out fully this time. Revision drags Twist over to the corner, though, stomping down on his chest once or twice, then runs to the ropes and springboards back into the ENVISION FLI-NO! Twist rolls out of the way in time and Revision connects stomach-first with the mat.
With no haste Steve begins to get to his feet, knowing that Revision is recovering as well, making sure to take extra care of his left shoulder that Revision has been going after. Once he is up Steve goes back over to Revision and grabs him by the hair to pull him up to his feet and place him back first in the near corner. So far Revision has had control for the most part in this match and Steve wants to change that right now. He decides that some added striking on his part might soften up the cocky Revision and Steve hits Revision with a blistering knife edged chop to test this method. Revision immediately holds his chest with both arms after receiving this hard strike from Steve and it seems that Steve's theory was correct. To beat Revision tonight he'll have to quit trying to out wrestle Revision and start going to a more high impact style that is combined with strikes. As he thinks this over Steve lays into Revision with a few more hard chops in the corner with his good right arm. After around five of these strikes Steve decides to take Revision back towards the middle of the ring which he does by grabbing Revision by the head and hair and pulling him forwards while Steve goes backwards. Once near the center of the ring Steve quickly applies a front facelock to Revision who is still reeling and nails him with a Hammerlock DDT. Even though he uses his bad left arm to hold the Hammerlock for this move Steve's shoulder still absorbs enough impact for it to hurt, but he ignores it the best he can to go for a cover on Revision, 1...2...Revision kicks out. This outcome isn't surprising to Steve, but he isn't going to give up his advantage for a second and gets back to his feet in a hurry to lift Revision's upper body off the ground and place him into a Triangle Scissor Lock. The Aekea crowd cheers for Steve being back in control of this match and also for using a move he usually doesn't bust out, but Steve doesn't have a whole lot of choice with needing to preserve his arm. Even if Steve would rather be pounding on Revision this submission seems to be a nice choice that works on Revision's neck as well as the left arm of Revision to try and even the playing field although it would take a long time to injure Revision's arm as much as Steve's is currently. Having spent plenty of time in this hold on his count Revision makes it to the bottom rope by slinging his leg up and onto the nearest one after struggling for a bit to get there.
1...2...Steve doesn't have to really be told to break the hold as he starts soon after Revision gets to the ropes. Back on his feet now Steve has to think of some way to keep the advantage on Revision who has made it up to his knees and Steve starts in this action by picking Revision up the rest of the way and placing him into a front facelock. Revision isn't just going to spend all match getting beat on now though and hits Steve with a few shots to the stomach that make Steve release the front facelock before Revision runs backwards into the near set of ropes and goes to hit what appears to be a Lariat on Steve, but when Steve uses his right arm to hook Revision's and block it Revision suddenly moves behind Steve and jumps up on his back to hit Steve with a Crucifix Bomb. Of course Steve has dealt with this move on a number of occasions and knows the solution to stopping it is what he does, falling backwards quickly to slam Revision into the ground and pin him, 1...2...Revision rolls Steve into a Crucifix Pin, 1...2...Steve kicks out. Before Revision can get off his back however Steve grabs his left arm and places Revision into a Cross Armbreaker! Revision begins to squirm around in the hold to try and get out, but Steve has it locked in well so Revision's only hope is to get to the ropes. While Revision pushes himself to the side and towards the ropes Steve keeps adjusting plans in his head of what to do next as to not be caught off guard. It may not look like it, but Revision is doing this as well and he is once again able to break a hold by placing his leg over the near bottom rope. 1...2...3...Steve keeps the Cross Armbreaker in slightly longer than the Triangle Scissor Lock, but is still up shortly after breaking it and he begins to pull Revision to his feet before Revision can really get adjusted again. This time with both wrestlers up Steve grabs Revision by the arm and uses his good right arm to whip Revision across the ring while Steve runs backwards afterwards to rebound off the near set of ropes. Both wrestlers end up coming straight towards each other as they come back towards the middle of the ring and Steve goes to hit Revision with a Lariat, but Revision ducks under it and keeps running towards the ropes Steve came off.
Steve on the other hand stops himself before he hits the other set of ropes and turns around to position himself in the middle of the ring to hit Revision with something, but Revision grabs onto the top rope as he hits the ropes to stop this ambition. Wanting to keep whatever advantage he can in this match Steve quickly charges at Revision when he stops on the ropes, but as Steve makes it to Revision "The Future" ducks down and flips Steve over the top rope. Luckily for Steve he is able to land on his feet on the ring apron instead of going down to the floor, but Revision doesn't allow this for long. When Revision turns around he goes to hit Steve in the head with a forearm, but Steve blocks it before slamming Revision in the face with a big right hand that knocks Revision back. Revision isn't going to give up so easily however, and he comes back at Steve for another forearm attempt. This time instead of blocking the forearm Steve takes it, but it doesn't faze him much and allows Steve to grab Revision by the head before falling backwards off the ring apron and Guillotining Revision with the top rope which makes Revision fall backwards onto the mat holding his neck after. Austin begins to shout something at Steve on the outside, but Steve just ignores him as he gets back up onto the ring apron before jumping onto the top rope and hitting Revision with a Springboard 450! Upon hitting this Steve keeps Revision covered for a pin attempt, 1...2...2.6 count. Still not enough to put Revision away, but that is okay with Steve who gets back up and hauls Revision back to his feet as well, seeming to finally have some real control in this match. Once Steve has Revision up he places Revision into a standing head scissors, so Steve is facing towards the center of the ring, before going to lift Revision up, but when he does Revision drops to a knee which might not be a huge problem for Steve, but since his shoulder is injured there is no way Steve can lift Revision up like that. Not one to give up Steve starts to pound on the back of Revision with his right arm before lifting Revision back to his feet and going once again to lift Revision into the air, but once again Revision blocks it by going down to both knees this time.
Right back to pounding on the back of Revision Steve goes, but after only a couple of shots Revision suddenly places his hands onto the midsection of Steve before pushing Steve off him and back into the ropes. Having regained his composure Revision's speed also seems to have come back as he jumps to his feet and jumps up onto the shoulders of Steve as Steve comes off the ropes to hit him with a Hurricarana! NO! When Revision leans back for the Hurricarana Steve keeps him held up on his shoulders before slamming Revision down with a Sit-Out Powerbomb into a cover, 1...2...2.5...Revision kicks out! Even if he kicked out though Revision still is in a bad way as Steve gets back to his feet afterwards and picks Revision right back off the ground while he is still recuperating. With Revision back on his feet Steve turns him so Revision is facing away from Steve before Steve bends down and goes to pick Revision up in a Torture Rack position. When he starts to lift Revision up though the pain in Steve's shoulder starts up again and Steve quickly stops trying to lift Revision and moves away from him while holding his shoulder. Revision seems surprised that Steve stopped trying to lift him, but sees why as he turns around and tries quickly to capitalize on this by going towards Steve and hitting him with a kick to the gut before placing his head under Steve's arm and grabbing Steve in a front waistlock to hit Steve with a Northern Lights Suplex! Revision doesn't bridge this move and quickly gets back to his feet after before running towards the nearest set of ropes which Steve is parallel to for another attempt at the ENVISION FLIP! NO! Steve moves out of the way, but Revision had expected as much and lands on his feet. Swiftly Revision goes over to where Steve is getting up to his knees after regaining his balance and grabs Steve by the head to lift him to his feet. All Revision gets for this though is a couple of hard shots to the abdomen from Steve who, once he has Revision backed away from him, gets back to his feet and turns his back towards Revision while placing Revision's chin on his right shoulder before running forward at the ropes and hitting Revision with the TWISTER!! The Aekea crowd pops big time for this move and Steve is quick to make the cover after, 1...2...2.9...REVISION KICKS OUT!
No one can seem to believe that Revision kicked out of the Twister, especially not Steve who sits up on his knees and asks Schmoe once more what that count is. When Steve hears that it was only a two he looks puzzled, not having heard that number after hitting a Twister on someone for a long time. Either way it doesn't matter now as he slowly gets up to his feet, noticing Austin on the outside using the towel he has around his neck to wipe sweat off that was probably produced from that nearfall thanks to almost no one having kicked out of the Twister. Steve just smirks at Austin before grabbing Revision by the head and pulling him to his feet where Steve sets him into a standing head scissors. Once Revision is set in this Steve throws his arms out to the side in a Crucifix position before lifting Revision up onto his shoulders which makes Steve cringe in pain. Even if he is hurting Steve seems determined to win the Gaia Championship here in Aekea and starts to let Revision hang down to go for the FULL FU-NOO!! Thanks to the injury to Steve's left shoulder Revision is able to slip his right leg away from Steve's shoulder and put Steve in a Triangle Head Scissors on Steve! Now Azure who was just worried moments ago smiles at ringside at Revision using a move he has used as of late for victories and to work on his opponents. This hold may not be kept in long as Steve quickly pushes Revision down so he is on his shoulders on the ground while applying the hold, 1...2...Revision rolls his shoulder off the mat to stop the count. Revision tells Steve that he is going to have to think of something besides that, but Steve is already working on it and pulls Revision away from the center of the ring just enough for Steve to place his right leg back onto the ropes to make Revision break the hold. 1...2...3...4...Revision breaks the hold just before five and gets back to his feet quickly while Steve removes his leg from the ropes and bends down, holding his injured shoulder with his right hand. While Steve is doing this Revision positions himself behind Steve and suddenly places Steve in a waistlock before hitting Steve with a quick Release German Suplex to take Steve back down to the mat. Revision doesn't cover however, and instead gets back up where he sees that Steve is in position to be hit from the top which Revision likes and quickly goes to climb up the corner before going to finish this match off with the WAVE OF THE FUTURE ON STEVE'S INJURED LEFT SHOULDER!!! Both cheers and jeers come from the Aekea crowd as Revision hits this perfectly done move and covers Steve, 1...2...2.5...2.999 count!!
Steve returns the favor from earlier by kicking out of one of Revision's surefire match ending moves, but Revision doesn't seem to get that it didn't work at first as he stands back to his feet and raises his hands into the air screaming that he won. Joe Schmoe goes over to Revision and tells him that it was only a two count, but Revision just tells him to "Shove off old man. There is no way he kicked out of that!" On the outside of the ring Austin can't seem to believe it either and is getting more and more nervous, finally yelling at Revision to finish him off. Revision nods to Austin and goes right back up to the top where he just was to go for a second WAVE OF THE FUTU-NOOO!!! Steve moves out of the way this time and Revision ends up nailing both his knees right on the mat which can't be very good for them. Even after doing this and having problems getting to his feet Revision is still the first one up as Steve stays down on the ground holding his shoulder. The bandages on Steve's shoulder that have been white start to turn crimson in spots as portions of cuts that have been healing on his shoulder start to come open again. Knowing that it is no or never to finish this Revision goes over to Steve and picks him up off the ground right into a front facelock that is held with his left arm as he grabs Steve with his right arm and moves him towards the middle of the ring before picking Steve up and hitting him with a DOUBLE-LEG FISHERMAN'S BUSTER!! That move HAS to be the final move in the match as Steve appears down and out, but for some reason Revision is still holding Steve in the front facelock and suddenly he swings his hips to roll over onto his knees as well as bring Steve over to his as well before Revision gets back up to his feet with Steve in tow. Now Revision knows that he just has to hit one final big move to Steve to finish this thing, even though the last move might have, and lifts Steve up in the front facelock for a regular BRAINBUS-NOO!! An unexpected knee to the face stops Revision from lifting Steve up and the Gaia Champion wonders what the hell that was all about as he tries to lift Steve again, but another knee to the face makes him let Steve down to his feet again before Steve suddenly breaks out of the front facelock to a ton of cheers from the crowd. After this Steve crosses Revision's arms in front of his chest as he places Revision into a front facelock with his left arm before scooping Revision up with his good right arm to hit him with a CROSS-ARMED BRAINBUSTER!!! Steve yells out in pain as he hits the ground thanks to his shoulder as the bandages on it bleed through further, but this doesn't stop him from going for a cover, 1...2...2.5...2.9999 count!!!
Loud cheers from the Revision fans in Aekea take over the arena while silence falls over the rest of the crowd who thought that last move would surely be the finish. Steve keeps his shoulder held as he sits up onto his knees and seems to almost have tears in his eyes at the fact he can't put Revision down. Those also might be because Steve's shoulder has to be in a ton of pain after that move which seems more likely as he stands back to his feet and tries to pick Revision up, only to have to grab at his shoulder once more that seems to be bleeding through the bandages on it pretty badly now. After another couple of tries Steve is able to pick Revision up to a sitting position and that is enough for Steve who circles around to Revision's back and starts kicking him square in the back out of anger and the fact he can't use his shoulder. One...two...three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, the crowd is having a tough time counting along as Steve nails a bunch of quick and brutal kicks to the back of Revision which quickly starts turning red, but Steve stops before his final kick which gets an emphatic TEN from the crowd as Steve hits Revision with a kick that sounds like it broke Revision's spine! Revision falls to his side after this series of kicks as he arches his back and cries out in pain from them, but Steve goes down to his knees and places Revision back on his back for a cover, 1...2...2.5...Revision kicks out again. Now Steve is beginning to get annoyed, but without having use of his left arm he barely has anything left he can do and when he gets up he waits for Revision to get up instead of picking him up. Revision can tell without actually having seen it that Steve's arm is hurting and uses the time as he gets to his feet recover as much as he can. Once he is up he end up walking right into a kick to the gut from Steve who swiftly places Revision in an inverted standing head scissors to go for the Skull BUST-NO! Revision frees himself from this with ease thanks to Steve's arm bothering him and pushes Steve forward into the ropes, only for Steve to suddenly turn around as he hits them and come back at Revision with a LARIAT!!! Steve makes sure to use his right arm with this and thinks about going for the cover, but decides not to. Instead he grabs Revision and pulls him towards the near corner the best he can before climbing up onto the top turnbuckle and looking around at the crowd before going for the TRANQUILITY!!!! Steve connects with it and the crowd can't believe it, but suddenly Azure throws the towel he has had around his neck in which makes Joe stand up and call for the bell!
DING DING DING
|No one seems to know what is going on, but as Austin stands at ringside holding his head so his hands are over his ears Joe goes over to the ropes and tells Victor Cross something which Vic goes to announce.|
Victor Cross: "Ladies and gentlemen, this match has been stopped thanks to Austin Azure throwing in the towel for Revision, so your winner and NEEEEEEWWWWW Gaia Champion, STE-"
Azure: "Hold on just a minute there Victor."
|As the Aekea crowd is cheering and celebrating thanks to this announcement they suddenly calm down as Austin has grabbed a microphone to seemingly ruin everyone's fun.|
Azure: "Obviously Victor it seems you haven't been kept up to date on the rules, but just for everyone here I will say that a NEW Champion can only come thanks to a PINFALL or SUBMISSION unless noted otherwise. Therefore your winner of the match is Steve Twist, but STILL Gaia Champion the unstoppable REVISION!"
|This announcement from Austin is immediately booed by the Aekea crowd that had loved him earlier on in the night. While this rule is being confirmed at ringside and it then announced by Victor to be true Austin gets into the ring, microphone in hand, and goes over to help his partner up while Steve tries to pull himself up using the ropes.|
Azure: "It seems you were so close Steve. So close to winning that Gaia Championship, but it looks like you didn't in the end. No, once again you have failed thanks to Empty Promises and maybe you're going to see that is how it will alwa-"
|Much to Austin's surprise as soon as he has helped Revision to his feet the Gaia Champion pulls the microphone away from Azure while grabbing his belt away from Joe and placing it on his shoulder.|
Revision: "...What the hell do you...what the hell do you think you're doing, Austin?!...I could've kicked...Kicked out of that...I was that close, Austin...That close to beating Steve Twist, but you went...You went and ******** it up!...Dammit, you're my friend, Austin, but...I don't know anymo-...."
|The Gaia Champion Revision doesn't even get a chance to continue yelling at Austin as Steve is up and angry. Trying to forget about the pain in his arm he nails Austin from behind with a right hand to the back of the head that knocks Austin down at Revision's feet before Steve begins to stomp at Azure. Revision looks at Steve for a moment and Twist returns the gaze with a silent question in his eyes that asks if Revision is going to do anything about it. For a moment Revision just stands and watches Austin get stomped into the ground by Steve, but then he drops the microphone in his hand and goes between the ropes out onto the ring apron before leaving Austin at Steve's mercy. As "The White Phoenix" continues to decimate Austin with stomps he sees the microphone Revision left and grabs it off the ground after pulling Austin into a sitting position in the near corner.|
Steve: "Austin...Austin you're right about one thing...You're right that you screwed me over again. ...But that is all about to...change."
|Like Revision before him Steve is breathing heavily, but starts to calm his breathing now so he can make Austin understand exactly what he is saying.|
Steve: "I know that you find entertainment in messing with me Austin. You and the rest of Empty Promises, but guess what. I've already taken out Xunkai and after tonight Revision isn't going to want a piece of me as much as he wants one of you so that only leaves..."
|Steve looks down at Austin with a maniacal grin on his face as Azure looks up at him and looks around as if to find someone to protect him, but there is no one there besides Austin who gulps as Steve goes down to one knee in front of him.|
Steve: "That's right Austin, that one man who is left from EP is YOU!"
|The fans in Aekea who had been cheering Austin before have now all but totally turned on him as they cheer Steve for this and with seemingly nothing left to say Steve turns away from Austin after letting the microphone drop from his hands. As Steve walks towards the opposite ropes to exit the ring however, Austin gets up out of the corner and charges Steve who hears him and turns around to nail Austin right in the face with a big right hand. Austin staggers back a bit from this, but comes right back at Steve, only to get hit with a kick to the gut and then a TWISTER!! Azure lies still on the mat after being hit with this Twister as Steve stands tall over him and grabs the microphone that is on the mat up once more.|
Steve: "Getting a little anxious I see. Well that's okay Austin because it's already been approved. That of course being Steve Twist vs. Austin Azure at FADETOBLACK!Get ready for it Austin, because you're right in the sights of Savior's Ordained Inheritor!"
|With this announcement Steve leaves the ring to go to the back and get his shoulder looked at while leaving Austin lying in the middle of the ring contemplating what just went down and what will happen between him and Steve at fadetoblack.|

The crowd in the Aekea Civic Center is buzzing with excitement, ready for their main event. Victor Cross gets into the ring, all eyes on him as he brings his microphone up. "The following contest is your main event, scheduled for one fall, with a sixty minute time limit, and is for the BTWF World Heavyweight Championship! Your referee is Joe Schmoe!"
WELL FEEL THE FUNK BLAST!
The crowd gets up on their feet and lets out a huge cheer as "Calm Like A Bomb" by Rage Against the Machine tears into the sound system, Brian Blade slowly making his way through the curtains and down the ramp, followed closely by Jack Frost. Blade smirks and high fives the fans at ringside, all of them highly appreciative of the great matches Blade has put on in the past. "Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the head of BTWF security, Jack Frost, and the BTWF President and CEO...BRIAN BLADE!!!" Blade slides into the ring while Frost waits at ringside, the president walking over to take the mic from Cross, waiting for the crowd to calm down and his entrance theme to cut off before beginning. "I knew Aekea was a good acquisition." The crowd lets out a big cheer as Blade grins, looking around for a few moments before stopping. "Now, I'm just coming down here to watch this match as a fan. CTC World Champ against BTWF World Champ...Who doesn't love it? Enjoy the match everybody. I know I will." Blade turns and hands the microphone off to Cross, getting another big cheer before heading out of the ring, he and Frost taking steel chairs from the crowd and setting them down near the announce tables to watch the match.
The lights in the arena dim and the entrance begins to flash and sparkle to the opening bass of "We Didn't Want You to Know" by John Cena and The Trademarc. The bass beat shakes the arena, a bunch of fans beginning to nod their head with the beat. An unfamiliar voice comes out through the speakers, the crowd looking up. "Feel my greatness......Fear The Game." The Aekea Windows begins to flash between the two phrases "Killa K" and "The Game". A figure is then shown standing in a pitch black room, dressed in a black hoodie, looking up towards the sky. This cuts out to show images of the ruff parts of Detroit, flashing back to show the figure throwing his hood back to reveal that he is Killa K, now cutting to images of his past matches.

Killa throws open the curtains, walking out to stand at the top of the entrance ramp, dressed in a black hoodie, black baggie pants, and matching black Air Force Ones. His brown eyes survey the small crowd, compared to most BTWF shows, but the Civic Center isn't very large. The crowd responds with a big cheer, not caring about Killa's past association with CTC, more focused on the great matches he had there as well as the few he has had so far in the BTWF. Killa takes a few steps forward, seeming a little surprised by this welcome reception, but also quite happy for it, smirking as he throws his arms up and out to the side, a small shower of red sparks falling behind him, much less than usual, seeing as a fire hazard is much more common in a small arena like this. Killa lowers his arms after he's done, throwing his hood back and beginning to walk down the ramp, high fiving a bunch of fans that stick their hands out.

Killa walks past the few fans to stand at the bottom of the ramp, left eyebrow raised in amusement at the great reaction he's getting before heading over to the steel steps and walking up them, walking across the apron before stepping in through the middle rope, watching the crowd a little bit longer before beginning to walk around to each turnbuckle this time, pulling himself up onto the middle rope and throwing his arms up in the air.

Killa hops down from the last corner and pulls off his hoodie, handing it off to an official and watching the entrance ramp, nodding his head to the beat of the music and waiting for his opponent as his entrance theme hits the chorus.

Killa's entrance theme fades out now as he lifts his head up, the crowd now turning their attention back to the ramp as well, knowing who was due out next.
The guitar opening of "Another Body Murdered" by Faith No More and Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E. hits, the crowd immediately getting up on their feet and beginning to chant "DAR! DAR! DAR! DAR!" with the beat of the music, some fans slapping their hands on the steel barriers or clapping at the same time. After a few moments, a phrase is shouted out over the speakers, the crowd getting more anxious, knowing Dar comes out only a few seconds after this.
TURN ME UP!
As the song reaches the beginning of the first verse, Dar throws open the curtains and walks out onto the top of the entrance ramp, the crowd responding with a huge cheer as he does so. Dar smirks a bit, looking out over the crowd before throwing his arms up into an X, almost every fan in the arena doing the same, but no pyrotechnics shoot off tonight because of the civic center's size. Dar lowers his arms and begins to make his way down the ramp, slapping the hands of every fan who puts them out.
Now I gotta murder the murder to get away The eyes gotta peer now the fool's gotta pay And if they pay, then they payin' with they life So watch another man try to hold onto his life 'Cause I keep lookin' and hoodin' just like a lion Let these suckas know that it's them that be dyin' I show no remorse to the source of the tales And if they tell, then the hungry better battle

Rather than stepping up into the ring, Dar now takes a walk around ringside, high fiving the fans along the steel barrier there, too, Killa standing in the middle of the ring and looking out at him with a neutral gaze.

Dar hops up onto the apron at this point, wrapping his arms around it and spinning out to lean his back against it, bouncing against the ropes while looking out over the crowd, who respond with another cheer before he slips in through the ropes.
I see the fool runnin' and runnin' but where they goin'? Had to witness my murder, now the knowin' What they blast so blast so at the pad I'll have the thing fixed, my life was goin' in a flash
Dar unstraps the belt from around his waist and holds it up high in the air, the crowd responding with another big cheer before Dar runs across the ring and hops up onto the middle rope, holding the belt up in the air again as his entrance theme finishes.
If I went to say no longer that'd be my a** Searchin' for these fools while steppin' 'cross the squares But they can't hide and hide and that's real And what 'cha just witnessed with your eyes got 'cha killed ...Another body murdered...

As the song cuts off, Dar hops off the ropes and turns around, standing a few feet in front of Killa, the two men staring each other down for a few moments, obviously not intending to be as friendly tonight as they were last week in their tag match. After a moment, Dar steps back to his corner while Killa does the same, and Victor Cross moves forward to begin his introductions.
"Introducing first, to my left, the challenger! From Detroit, Michigan, weighing two hundred sixty pounds...The Game...KILLA K!!!" Killa steps forward and throws his arms up in the air, the crowd responding with a big cheer as he looks across the ring to Dar, stepping back and making a quick belt motion at his waist. Dar watches without any real reaction, the title belt laid over his shoulder at the moment.
"To my right, from Honolulu, Hawaii, weighing in at two hundred seventy-five pounds, he is an Archetype of eXcellence, and is your current reigning and defending BTWF World Heavyweight Champion...celebrating his one hundred ninth day as champion..." The crowd lets out a huge cheer for that, some BTWF historians making note that Big Daddy's second reign as champion was only one hundred ten days, Dar now having held the title longer than anyone else except for Big Daddy. Of course, if he loses tonight, Big Daddy would still have the longest reign. "...He is The X Factor...DARSON GRAYS!!!" Dar holds the belt up above his head as he crosses his arms in an X, a bunch of streamers suddenly flying up from the crowd to land in the ring. Dar smirks as he lowers the belt, looking back out towards the fans with a grin before lowering the belt and handing it to Joe, who lifts it up and holds it up to show it to each side of the ring before flashing it to Killa and handing it off to an official.
Joe walks over and does a quick weapon check on both men, and after finding nothing, both Dar and Killa step forward to the middle of the ring, staying about a foot away from each other, staring each other down for a few moments, but only to convey the seriousness of this match, knowing neither will be intimidated. After a moment, both men bring their hands up and give a handshake before stepping back, the crowd giving a big cheer for that, and Joe calls for the bell.
DING DING DING!!!
Hartman: And now it's time for the main event. This is probably one of the biggest matches BTWF has ever had, Jim. This is the last CTC World Heavyweight Champion going up against the current BTWF World Heavyweight Champion. Of course, CTC is now defunct, but the prestige of holding a title of that calibre is still there for Killa K.
Sharpton: ...This match needs more Austin Azure.
Hartman: You just had a 2/3 Falls with him two matches ago! And he managed Revision on the last match!
Sharpton: I know. Everything else seems boring after Austin.
Hartman: *sigh* Anyway, I wonder what Killa's strategy is going to be for taking Dar down. Killa's a big guy, but Dar is really strong. And I don't think I've really seen an affinity for strikes from Killa, so I don't think that he's going to try to go toe-to-toe with him like Kutterman did. We'll just have to see, I suppose.
"KILLA K!" "DARSON GRAYS!" The two chants duel throughout the civic center as Dar and Killa step forward, both men beginning to circle each other quickly, hands coming forward for a grapple, but then breaking off, both men moving back away from each other, having not locked up yet. Both men come forward again, starting to lock up in a grapple, only to have Dar spin around to swing his leg up and kick Killa's legs away, but Killa is already moving back, dodging the blow. Both men come forward again, Killa picking his leg up, looking like he's going to kick Dar in the knee, but Dar moves back a bit, and both men seperate for a few more moments before finally coming in with a grapple, Killa turning Dar over to pull him into a Side Headlock, but Dar drops down and tosses Killa over him. Both men get back up to their feet quickly, Killa coming in with a forearm to Dar's jaw, but Dar counters with a big chop that knocks Killa back a bit. Killa brushes his chest off with a raised eyebrow at Dar, now beginning to circle again with the champ. Dar and Killa come forward again, but Killa grabs Dar's arm and pulls it up into a Hammerlock before switching to a Side Headlock, but Dar hits a Drop Toe Hold and brings Killa down to the mat. Killa quickly moves backwards and pulls Dar's legs out from under him as he tries to get back up, though, coming forward to lock in another Side Headlock on the mat, only to have Dar roll out of it and catch Killa with another big chop as he stands up.
Hartman: It seems like Killa is going for Headlocks here. Perhaps he's trying to wear Dar down? Make him lose that power that he usually has?
Sharpton: Interesting strategy, but Dar seems to be countering a lot of these.
Killa shrugs that off, both men coming back for a grapple, but Killa takes Dar down in an Arm Drag, then catches him with a Headlock Takedown as he gets up again, only to have Dar swing his legs up and pull Killa down in a Head Scissors. Killa rolls over to his feet and pulls out of the Head Scissors, jumping forward to go for another Side Headlock, but Dar throws him off to the side and rolls away up to his feet, knocking Killa down with a chop as he gets up. Killa slides out of the ring after that, clutching his chest and looking up at Dar, seeming to be a bit put off now, apparently having had the strategy to try and wear Dar down with Headlocks, but Dar seems to be countering all of them. Shaking it off, Killa slides back into the ring and walks up to Dar, the two men exchanging words for a few moments until Dar steps back and tells Killa to try his own chop. Killa nods after a moment, turning and lifting his finger up to his lips, the crowd immediately quieting down to hear the cracking noise of the chop. Killa swings his arm back, coming in for a huge chop, but suddenly slows down and lightly flicks his hand across Dar's chest. Dar blinks, then sighs and rolls his eyes as Killa grins, stepping back and telling Dar to chop him now. Dar raises an eyebrow, the crowd knowing that this chop will hurt really bad if Dar connects, and Dar lifts his finger up to quiet the crowd before singing his arm out for the chop, only to have Killa duck under it and pull Dar's arms back into a Backslide Pin! "1...2" Dar rolls up out of the pin, but Killa catches him with the Side Headlock before he can counter.
Hartman: Some mindgames from Killa, and now he's finally got that Side Headlock held in.
Sharpton: For now, anyway. I'm sure Dar has some more counters to break out of it. Killa really has to catch him off guard to keep that locked in.
Dar is definitely angry at being outsmarted like that, lifting Killa up to go for a Backbreaker, but Killa twists his body to the side and manages to pull Dar down to the mat while still in the Side Headlock, wrenching up and making Dar carry his weight on his neck. Killa works the headlock, not letting Dar get any leverage and forcing him to stay down on the mat. Finally, though, Dar manages to get up to his feet, trying to throw Killa off of him, but Killa forces Dar down into a kneeling position, still wrenching his head to the side and keeping the move locked in. Dar comes back up and starts to throw his elbow into Killa's gut repeatedly, but Killa twists his body to the side and brings Dar back down again, milking this headlock for all its worth. Finally, though, Killa brings Dar back up to his feet and takes him over with a Snapmare before slamming his knee forward right into the back of Dar's skull, making the champ fall to the mat and roll to the side, clutching his head. Killa picks up right where he left off, though, pulling Dar up into a Side Headlock again. Dar cringes both from the feel of the blood getting cut off to his head as well as the frustration he's feeling from getting caught in this headlock strategy. Killa turns the hold into a Front Facelock after a few moments, pulling Dar completely down to the mat. After a few moments, Dar tries to spin out of the hold, but Killa twists around with him, and Dar ends up in the same position on the mat, Killa pulling back harder on Dar's head. Dar manages to get back up to his feet again, but Killa turns it into another Snapmare, once again driving his knee right into the back of Dar's head and making him roll away.
Hartman: Killa seems to be targeting Dar's neck at this point. Good strategy. It doesn't matter how big or tough you are, your neck is a weakpoint.
Sharpton: Steve Twist and Omega both tore into Dar's neck at Legacy of Supremacy, and Dar came out the champion.
Hartman: Still, that was a Triple Threat. This is one-on-one. Dar doesn't have anybody to save him from pins this time.
Killa doesn't let Dar get any resting time, however, coming over to hit another knee to the side of Dar's face, Dar rolling into the corner now, only to get a third knee right into his face this time, making the champ slump down into a prone position. Killa lifts Dar back up, pulling him out of the corner and hitting another Snapmare before pushing Dar down onto his back and jumping up to hit a Knee Drop right onto his face, rolling him over onto his side and stomping down on the side of his face, hitting another to the back of his neck as Dar rolls over onto his stomach. Dar rolls back up into a sitting position, but Killa doesn't allow him to rest at all, coming in with another vicious knee to the back of Dar's head. Dar rolls out under the ropes, but stays on the ring apron, clutching the back of his head and wincing, but finally rolls back into the ring. Killa picks Dar back up, hitting a forearm down on the back of his neck before pushing him into the corner and connecting with a chop, only to have Dar suddenly grab Killa's shoulders and throw him into the corner, connecting with a chop of his own and following it up with a series of chops, fired up now, ending the flurry with a big Headbutt that knocks Killa down to a sitting position. Dar steps back a bit and holds head, having shaken himself slightly with that Headbutt, but shakes it off, grabbing Killa and whipping him across the ring into the opposite corner, only to have Killa reverse it and send Dar into it instead. Killa runs forward, but Dar picks him up and throws him out onto the ropes, only to have Killa land on the apron. Dar goes to hit a right hand ot Killa, but he ducks it and thrusts his shoulder through the ropes into Dar's gut, making him back up and stumble away from the corner. Killa quickly turns and climbs up onto the top turnbuckle, taking a moment to steady himself before jumping off and hitting a Diving Knee Drop right into the back of Dar's neck, taking him down and smashing his face into the mat as well. Killa quickly rolls Dar over and hooks his leg. "1...2" Dar kicks out.
Hartman: Big Diving Knee Drop from Killa there. He's definitely working Dar's neck, as well as wearing him down with those headlocks.
Sharpton: Setting him up for the M.O.B.? Or maybe one of his bigger finishers. The Endgame, Encore and Genesis all target the head and neck.
Hartman: Could be.
Killa isn't put off by this at all, pulling Dar back once again into a Rear Head Vice Clutch, crushing his forearms into the side of Dar's head and clasping his hands above, using it as an alternative to a headlock. Dar cringes as he's once again put into one of these types of holds, slowly fighting his way back up to his feet and managing to drive his elbow into Killa's gut a few times, making him break the hold. Dar then goes to whip Killa into the corner, but Killa reverses it and rushes Dar. Dar picks Killa up and attempts to toss him out of the corner with an STO, but Killa grabs Dar's arm in mid-air and brings him over with a modified Arm Drag, swinging down under Dar as he stands up and attempting to pull him down in a Schoolboy, but Dar plants his feet and turns over to hit a Knee Drop right onto Killa's chest, staying on him for a pin, pressing his knees onto his shoulders. "1...2..." Killa kicks his legs up and pushes forward, knocking Dar back off his shoulders and breaking the pin, trapping Dar's arms with his legs as he falls backwards and pushing Dar's legs back into a Roll-Up. "1...2..." Dar kicks out, both men rolling backwards up to their feet, but Killa catches Dar with another Headlock Takedown, stopping the quick action and going back to wearing the champion down. Dar is getting frustrated at this point, and starting to feel a little tired out from the lack of blood flow getting to his brain, but manages to turn Killa over into an Inside Cradle! "1...2..." Killa kicks out and rolls back over into the Side Headlock, wrenching back up on Dar's neck and continuing to keep the hold locked in. Finally, though, Dar gets up to his feet, this time pushing Killa back into the corner and grabbing the ropes, forcing Killa to break the hold, which he does. However, Dar doesn't give him a clean break, frustrated now by the repeated headlocks and coming in with a flurry of punches to his ribs before swinging his hands up in hard, vicious slaps, knocking Killa's head around and finally breaking off, yelling at Kill and asking him if he wants to put him in a headlock again. Killa doesn't respond verbally, instead hitting a big slap of his own before knocking Dar out of the corner with a series of vicious forearms, chaining the strikes together and finally rearing back for a big European Uppercut! Dar goes down!
Hartman: WHOAH! Dar just went down to that flurry of forearms from Killa!
Sharpton: Damn, Dar probably shouldn't have left himself open like that. Those were vicious.
Dar gets back up to his feet after a moment, Killa backing up a bit as Dar seems to be pissed off right now at getting knocked down, the champ walking over to the corner and tearing the top turnbuckle pad off in frustration. Killa comes back over at this point, seeing an opening to attack Dar, but as he grabs Dar from behind, the champ turns and knocks Killa's arms away, coming in with a flurry of hard slaps before pulling him down into some vicious knees right into the face, turning to lift Killa up and drop his forehead right down on the exposed turnbuckle with a Snake Eyes. Joe seems a bit torn at this point, knowing that maneuver was slightly illegal, but decides not to disqualify Dar for it considering the importance of this match as well as the crowd's hatred of having matches stopped. Killa turns and falls down into a sitting position in the corner, and Dar quickly comes in with a Running Knee Strike, knocking Killa back into the corner hard, then grabs his head and lays into Killa with a series of brutal KNEEEEE STRIIIIIKES!!! Finally, as Killa slumps to the side, the ropes now the only thing holding him up, Dar walks back a few steps, then dashes forward and jumps up, grabbing the top rope and swinging himself forward into a VICIOUS final knee strike that knocks Killa out through the ropes and out of the ring. Dar turns and walks away to stand in a corner on the other side of the ring, leaning back against the ropes and taking a breather, having expended a lot of energy on that flurry, still weakened from those headlocks earlier. Joe takes this time to pick the turnbuckle pad up and tie it back on while checking on Killa as he slowly gets up on the outside, lifting his head up after a moment and tossing his braids back to reveal a line of blood trickling down over his forehead, that Snake Eyes into the exposed turnbuckle and series of brutal knee strikes apparently having been enough to bust him open.
Sharpton: Damn...Killa got busted open from that flurry. Dar's obviously pissed off at getting knocked down there.
Hartman: Killa's headlock strategy was frustrating him. I like Dar, but I'm not sure if I approve of him using that exposed turnbuckle to his advantage, or even letting his anger get to him like that.
Sharpton: Oh, lay off. He's doing what he's got to do to keep his title.

-Opening for 7/5-
The usual opening was interrupted as Karlos Karibbean Kool, newest administration signee for the BTWF, comes out. He then confirms that Brian Blade is sitting in a Barton hospital, and for the time he's out, Karlos will be acting as Blade's mouthpiece to the people, as well as an interim executive for the BTWF.
He also claims to have big, big news for fadetoblack that he will be displaying next week.

*The fans in the Barton Arena seem anxious to get the next match started, but unfortunately for them an all too familiar guitar rift suddenly begins to play on the arena's sound system. Most know that the song is "Better Than You" by The Hellacopters and the majority of the crowd begins to jeer and boo as the song begins to pick up, knowing full well who will be making their way out to this music.*

*It doesn't take long before Austin Azure steps out from the back in his street clothes which include a pair of torn blue jeans, a pair of banged up black sneakers, and a blue shirt with white writing on it that says "Who Better?" on the front and "I'M BETTER!" on the back along with "Austin Azure" right below that writing in a much darker blue. The fans don't really care what he is wearing though and are more anxious to yell taunts at him and jeer as Austin walks down the entrance ramp. The crowd seems even more fired up tonight than usual and it is most likely because Austin cost their "hero" Steve Twist the Gaia Championship last week.*

*What the crowd doesn't know is that Austin is out here tonight purely because of that. If it were his choice he would still be celebrating his win over Riona Langly, but that isn't the case. When Austin finally makes it down to the bottom of the entrance ramp he quickly walks up the ring steps and walks along the ring apron on the far side of the ring from the hard cam's position while looking at the crowd. Austin notices a sign a Durem fan is holding up which says "GLF Fears Azure" and makes sure to point it out to the cameras since it seems to amuse him. When Austin is done having his fun he goes between the ropes and into the ring where he has a microphone thrown to him and waits for the crowd to quiet down.*
Azure: "Let's get this out of the way right now. Yes I did screw Steve out of the Gaia Championship. ******** isn't even allowed to continue as the fans start to jeer him loudly and an "Austin Sucks" chant echoes throughout the arena. The cocky individual is used to such chants and just waits it out before continuing.*
Azure: "No that would be Green Lantern Fan and if you don't believe me just ask Twist because I'm sure that is how he was comforted backstage after letting that Gaia Championship slip through his fingers."
*More boos from the crowd come Austin's way and the former TV Champion looks like he wants nothing more than to leave right now, but keeps his composure and waits it out once more.*
Azure: "Alright now that you marktards have that out of your system I would like to say a few words about last week. The first of those words would be to Riona Langly and are simply, you lost. That's right Riona, whether you like the fact or not, whether the workrate whackoffs figured that out in their "pick the winner" fantasy s**t or not, and especially whether any of these Barton fans who have higher levels of alcohol in their blood than IQs like it or not I was the victor in that match. Just like your win over me at BloodBath '05 in the history books that cannot be changed, but unlike BloodBath the winner in that match didn't have to win just once, they had to win twice. And that is what I did with two straight victories over you Riona. The only person in this federation, or possibly any that can say they beat you two straight falls in a single night."
Azure: "Gloating, as much as I love it, isn't the reason I'm out here though. Neither is wasting the time of matches on this card, but since they don't include me they won't be any good if they had all the time in the world so really that doesn't matter. What matters is that I screwed up when I cost Revision a victory over Steve last week. That's right I just said I screwed up, but this, unlike the last relationship you people were in, can be fixed."
*Most fans in the Barton Arena jeer this statement by Austin, but one fan in the front row stands up and yells "he's right" which gets laughs from the crowd members around him.*
Azure: "You're damn straight I'm right. So instead of talking to you fans right now I'm going to talk to Revision who, as far as I know, is not here tonight. Revision, I know that you think I screwed you out of a win by throwing in that towel. I would be upset as well if someone did that for me. Not to mention what really makes this dagger in our friendship dig so deep is the fact you brought me out there to help you guarantee success."
Azure: "The problem I ran into though was match positioning. As you should have been well aware of, I just got done wrestling a 70+ minute match before I went out to the ring with you, and while I'm not going to use that as an excuse, you might have been better off with Xunkai around. Obviously that is a problem because Xunkai was taken out three weeks by the very man you were facing. With that in mind you would think going it alone would have been a better idea, but as tough as you are Revision, you weren't going to kick out of that Tranquility."
*Cheers fill the Barton Arena as the move Steve used to finish Revision off is brought up, mainly because it is a move he rarely uses and one the fans love to see.*
Azure: "That's right you obnoxious morons cheer that flippy s**t move to show how simple minded you are. Back to the point however, and that is that no matter how good you are Revision you would not have got up from that Tranquility after the beating you had taken. Not only did you get hit with a Twister and a Cross-Armed Brainbuster, but I've seen that move take out Big Daddy before, and he was almost impossible to beat in a BTWF title match."
Azure: "Even knowing all this, even showing how I actually saved you the title despite you losing the match, I would like to apologize to you Revision. If only I wasn't so tired I could have tried to figure something better out to help you in that match, but what I did was spur of the moment thinking and obviously it wasn't the best. So whether you are here tonight or not I won't look for a reply right away, but what I will do is try to get a match signed for next week. A tag match with you and me to prove that things are going to go right back to normal in EP and to prove to the world and especially these pathetic fans that we are not the same as every other stupid team in wrestling. We are Empty Promises, and we are the absolute best in the BTWF bar none."
*At the mention of a match next week the fans cheer slightly, but as Austin goes on about how great EP is the cheering quickly turns into more boos and cat calls from fans who try to distract Azure. Having done what he came out here to do Austin goes to leave the ring, but stops as he steps out onto the ring apron with one foot before getting back into the ring, seeming to have rembered something.*
Azure: "Before I go I have another person to address here tonight, one I know isn't here. Twist, you think that you can just make a match between you and me at fadetoblack, huh? Well you may be right since you're so deeply involved in that backstage politics bullshit, but the one thing you forget is that you aren't just dealing with anyone. I've beat you once before Steve and I will beat you again at ftb with relative ease to FINALLY shut you up once and for all. Then when that is said and done I'll turn my sights back towards the BTWF title which I will take to defy everyone in this ******** federation who says I can't. So with that in mind Steve, IF you decide to show your face here next week you better be ready for a preview of ftb where you will become another casualty in an Unsung Generation."
*Now Austin drops the microphone he has in his hand in the center of the ring before walking back over to the ropes and exiting the ring. As he walks up the entrance ramp to the back the fans constantly get in his face and try to shake him, but Austin has done what he has wanted to tonight and his hopes are now that Revision will forgive him while his thoughts are on his match with Steve Twist at fadetoblack.*

Ok, Voorhees/Killa K Number 1 Contendership for the BTWF Heavyweight Championship Match. In a nutshell.
This match is not here yet because as I told Blade; Keith's comp broke, so, I'm left to write the match singly and I'm having trouble finding where to write it on this schedule.

OMG: Update!!!
[Victor Cross takes the mic, the crowd settling down, building for the next match]
Cross: The following match is scheduled for one fall!!! And is for the Number One Contendership for THEE BTWF Heavyweight Championship!!! Introducing first!!!
The lights in the arena immediately dim and the entrance flashes and sparkles as the opening bass of "We Didn't Want You to Know" by John Cena booms out through the speakers, almost moving the arena. An unfamiliar voice comes out of them as well. "Feel my greatness......fear The Game." As the voice stops, the beat for the song picks up and the titantron flashes "Killa K" and "The Game" in repetition. Until it finally shows a figure hidden deep in the shadows of a pitch black room. His face looking up towards the sky. The video cuts from that, showing the hood and ruff parts of the city of Detroit. After showing the streets, it shows the figure again, ripping his hood back to reveal that it's Killa K himself, the video flashing images from his past matches, mostly him dominating.
Cross: From Detroit, Michigan Weighing in at 260lbs. He is "The Game" Killa K!!!!

To the crowd's surprise, Killa K actually comes outs from behind the curtains, wearing an all black hoodie, black, baggy pants, and matching black Air Force Ones. His brown eyes roam the gigantic crowd in attendance for the show. The crowd doesn't know whether to boo him or to cheer for him, since he is a CTC guy. Killa takes a few steps up, expecting this type of reception from the crowd. A small smirk springs across his face. He throws his arms up in the air, a waterfall of red sparks falling behind the renegade wrestler. He breathes in the fresh air and pulls his hood back, showing off his brand new braids. He begins to walk forward and make his way to the BTWF ring, prepared for the battle ahead of him.

Killa strides past the confused fans walking right up the steel steps, eyeing the crowd, his left eyebrow slightly rose in amusement. He enters the ring going through the middle rope. Once in the squared circle Killa takes another moment to look at the crowd, loving every second of what was happening. He walks past the ref and steps up on the second rope on the upper right turnbuckle, throwing his arms up in the air again, getting some cheers from those who actually know him. He steps down and goes to the left turnbuckle opposite of the one he was on, repeating the same taunt. Killa jumps down from that turnbuckle and turns to face the entrance, waiting for his opponent. He nods his head with his music as it hits the chorus.
Killa's mind is dilated Highly rated, madly envied, that mean I'm kindly hated The nightcrawler brawl and have you missin when I drag your body out to sea like fishermen and takin everything that's glistenin So run your chain or your dame, it's all the same Just a verb exchanged - you listenin? [The music fades out after that, Killa looking back at the entrance, his eyes crying out to face the guy that dropped him on his throat the past week on Madness: Night of Champions 4]
((This part is strictly for Heat))
[He didn't have to wait long, because suddenly, the lights went out, parts of the arena popping, as the sound of footsteps echoed through the arena, followed soon by a GONG and Voorhees voice calling out through the arena:
DEAD MAN WALKIN'!!!
Now can you feel that? OOH AH AH AH AHH!!!
The lights turn an eerie purplish-blue and the entrance flashes with a blinding light. When the light fades, Voorhees is seen at the entrance, holding the Symbol. He takes a look around him, and begins walking down the runway.
Cross: Being accompanied by Hika Lai, From Durem, Gaia, Weighing in at 310lbs. He is ANTHONY "TERROR RYZING" VOORHEES!!!!
Drowning, deep in my sea of loathing, Broken, your servant I kneel (Will you give into me?) It seems what?s left of my human side, Is slowly changing in me. (Will you give into me?)
Hika Lai is walking in front of him. Just as he gets to the end of the ramp, he places the symbol inside a pedestal, which doesn't set off the pyro as the crowd were expecting.
Still in the darkness, He slowly walks to the steps and lifts the end of his coat as he climbs the steps, stopping at the turnbuckle to eye his opponent/victim for the evening. A dim spotlight shines down on Voorhees, His eyes become a pure white, then revert to normal before he continues. The spotlight following.
Walking along the apron, he gets in the ring through the second rope, Voorhees then stares down his opponent for the match and raises his arms, Killa K not sure what's going on. Voorhees then thrusts his arms down, which causes a pyro of white fire to spark from every turnbuckle, turning the lights back on in the arena. A close up on the Voorhees Symbol shows that it too in engulfed in flames. At this time, Hika Lai has already entered the ring and slowly removes his coat, which she gives to the referee who hands it to the timekeeper. The music suddenly halts, as the chimed GONG rings out once more.
MADNESS HAS NOW COME OVER ME!!!
[Voorhees and Killa K begin to circle each other, both men starting into an elbow tie up, Voorhees using sheer force to drive Killa back into the South East turnbuckle, Killa struggles to fight back, bringing his knees to his chest and out stretching his legs, kicking Voorhees away from him, Voorhees backs off and just charges , but Killa ducks under Voorhees' big arms and dropkicks him into the turnbuckle.
Voorhees catches himself however and spins on heel, both men lock up again, and Killa trying to do anything to stop Voorhees over powering him, brings a knee to the gut of Voorhees. And quickly following with a European Uppercut and a forearm smash. Voorhees stumbles backward, coming back with his own Massive Uppercut, which knocked Killa off his feet as he hit the ground with a large thud, looking up at the six foot monster. Burn marks were visible on Voorhees upper arms and and the side of his throat. Killa slowly got to his feet, immediately swinging a punch a connected with Voorhees' face. Voorhees glared and punched back, drilling into Killa's face. K tried to shake it off,and the two exchanged blows before winding up in another Elbow Tie Up, but as Voorhees used his weight advantage, Killa took control of that, shifting himself underneath Voorhees and tossing Voorhees over him with a modified Back Body Drop. Voorhees was the one who this time hit the mat with a large thud, looking up at Killa K, though it didn't stay that. The monster got up to his feet, standing up to his full height and rolled his eyes into the back of his head. Killa took that as his cue to start punching away at Voorhees again, driving the monster back int the ropes before his eyes had even returned to normal. Killa nailed a few forearm shots to the side of Voorhees head then whipped him across the ring, preparing for a Lou Thez Press on the rebound...but Voorhees caught him, nailing Killa into the ground with a thunderous Spinebuster.]
Voice: Wooo, I heard that.
Headhunter: Killa will be feeling that in the morning.
[Voorhees got back to his feeet, a slightly annoyed look on his face as he glanced down at Killa. Voorhees squatted down, raising his hand above his head to signal a chokeslam, making it obvious he thought he was going to end this match early. Killa slowly worked his way up to his feet, the fans chanting for him to watch out, but he didn't, turning around for Voorhees to latch a hand around his throat....but Killa twisted around, driving a knee into the gut of the monster at the sametime that he drove an elbow into the side of his head. Voorhees released the choke hold and stumbled away, attempting to shake away the cobwebs as Killa taunted the fans a bit before turning and charging Voorhees, knocking him down with a double axe handle blow.
The double axe-handle only seemed to cause Voorhees to stumble backward, holding the ropes for leverage as Voorhees came at Killa again, grabbing Killa by the arm and whipping him into the ropes, catching Killa K with the Lou Theze Press, and starting to punch in with some hard rights and lefts, Kill bringing his arms up to cover his face to block the punches, shifting slightly as he pulled himself out from under Voorhees, and leaping with a Shining Wizard to put Voorhees down on the mat, but Killa almost freaked as Voorhees once again scrambled to his feet and charged at Killa for a Clothesline to Gehenna, but Killa ducked, which sent Voorhees flying over the top rope and onto the fl-- no! Voorhees had grabbed onto the ropes, and proceeded to pull himself back up and over the rope before turning to meet Killa as another brawl broke out. Killa wanting revenge, and Voorhees looking for a new victim]
Hartman: How angry do you think The Game is about what Voorhees did to him last week at NoC4? Sharpton: Are you really that dense? Killa K is ticked. He is angry, profuse, irate. He's gonna make Voorhees pay with all his might Hartman: He's going to have to work hard for the victory.
[Killa hit a quick uppercut that unsettled the monster, following it up with a few rights and lefts. Killa backed up a bit then charged forward, looking like he was going for a shoulder block, but Voorhees countered with a quick toe kick that doubled Killa over. Voorhees applied a quick front face lock, his other arm going to slink around Killa's leg, hefting him up and falling backwards, bridging his shoulders up as held onto Killa, Fox sliding in for the cover. "One...two..." Killa hooked his feet and forced out of the cover, rolling to all fours as Voorhees sat up, spinning around to get onto his knees, narrowing his eyes at Killa. The two men slowly made it up to their feet, circling around a bit before locking up again, but Voorhees quickly cut it off by snapping Killa down with a knee strike to the face. Killa stumbled backwards, holdig his face, which gave Voorhees an opening to knock him down with an easy lariat.]

"YOU THINK YOU'RE KOOL? I'M KOOL! KARLOS....KARIBBEAN....KOOL!" A voice shouts, projecting through the speakers. The stobe lights change to vibrant colors, red, purple, and blue shine all place to place over the arena. Karlos walks out in his blue caribbean shirt and white pants with a peach in his hand. He smiles ear to ear, pointing at the fans and laughing in their faces as he continues to stride past them basically ignoring all the boo's he is recieving. He walks up the steel steps and enters the ring, fixing his afro and tossing his peach up only to catch it after each throw.
Hartman: Oh great, it looks like we are about to be graced with the presence of the Interim Executive. As much as I dislike our boss, I think I might hate this guy more.
Sharpton: You're just jealous cause you're not kool. I happen to love this guy, not as much as the Boss, but I do love this guy. I just want him to give me one of those kool shirts.
Hartman: Please, stop saying that.
Victor: Standing in the ring, he is our-
Karlos quickly snatches the mic from Victor, yelling at him to get out of the ring. Victor listens, and steps outside of the ring and to the side.
Karlos: Now, standing in the ring, I am the Interim Executive, the ladies man, the koolest person on two feet in the BTWF today, Karlos Karibbean Kool!! Hahahah!
The crowd gives off some more boo's, a response that Karlos is use to getting.
Karlos: Okay, I was suppose to come out here as say something, but I can't really remember what that was. You see, Karlos has trouble remembering things that just aren't kool. I'll tell you one thing that isn't kool, the CTC Memorial Battle Royale. True, Karlos use to wrestle there, but I was in my own league for crying out loud. None of those guys had anything on Karlos. I was the greatest wrestler there, but thanks to the bad management, I was never given a fair title shot. So you know what Karlos decided to do? He entered himself into the Battle Royale. And dat...dat's kool my friends.
Fans: BORING!! BORING!! BORING! BORING!
Karlos: HEY! You puntas shut the hell up when Karlos is speaking!!! Where are we anyway? Barton? This place is horrible. Full of poor people, losers, people who sit on their asses and do absolutely nothing! Oh wait, that sounds alot like the Barton Town Wolverines!
Karlos gets more jeers from the crowd, but he is loving putting them down.
Karlos: Seriously, I try to get some fruit here and this guy in the front row sells me a piece of s**t. You should be fired man. Now, back to the CTC. I'm going to be around a bunch of nobodies who never made it and never will. Their only chance to shine for once in their useless careers will be at fadetoblack, but it will be me, Karlos, who takes all the spotlight! Let's face it, I have no competition in that match. The only guy worth fighting is that Yuri Yu-Russian whatever the hell his last name is. But, then again, I'm gonna treat him just like he and the BTWF treat his title, like a ho! Hahahaha! Karlos is good man. Maybe Karlos should just walk in the ring and hold the ropes open so everyone can just walk out of the ring and save themselves the embarassment of stepping into the ring with koolest guy they've ever seen. Okay, I got that out of the way, it's time for Karlos to make his announcment. The title you all know as the Small Fry Championship, will be retired completely. They should just let me through it in the trash, since everybody who held it was equal to that. With the end of division, comes the beginning of a new one. The FS divsion, with the BTWF's new title, the FS Championship.
Hartman: A new division? And what is this FS title?
Karlos: You guys need to keep up with me. Damn, Barton, you guys are stupid too? Geez, I'm back a mental note next time to do all announcements in my Executive room. Here are the rules for the FS title. They are basically the same as any match, but in these matches, Falls Count Anywhere will be enforced. However, this doesn't mean that these matches will be hardcore spot matches. No, no, no. You can still throw your opponent into the steel steps or any other stack of objects, dats kool. As long as you don't directly pick a weapon up and hit someone with it, you won't be disqualified. This new title will crown it's first champion at next week's fadetoblack. Karlos has already chose the participants I see fit to be in this match. It will be a Six Man match between Twilight Tokyo Rose vs Stephen Ford vs Irvine Kanyon vs Victor Bidwell vs Raymond Kage vs Tsunami. Now....dat.........dat's kool.
Karlos drops the mic and laughs again as his music starts back up. He slides out the ring, but not before walking over to Victor and staring him down. Karlos takes a bite out of his peach and chews the hell out of it. He brings his head back and jerks himself forward, but Victor is surprised to see that he didn't spit on him. Karlos smiles, patting him on the back before walking past him. But before Vic can sigh, Karlos turns right back around and spits the peach right into his face, laughing as he walks away and up the ramp, dissappearing behind the curtain.

Victor Cross: "The following match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from parts unknown. Weighing in at 380 pounds. He is a member of the Generation of Legends, IRON!"
A drum beat starts playing over the speakers and the lights begin to dim just enough to where the crowd can still see. Just as soon as the guitar solo starts, pyros explode at the top of the entrance ramp and Iron walks right out into them. He slowly makes his way down the entrance ramp, occasionally jumping at a few fans who are booing him and making them sit back down. As he reaches the ring, he grabs the top rope and pulls himself up to the apron and then brings one leg over the top and then the other leg, settling into the ring.
I AM IRON MAN!
He walks to the middle of the ring and then raises his left hand up to his metal mask. As soon as he has his hand on the mask, the lights go out then come back on really fast, showing Iron ripping off his mask and showing a scar stretching from his ear to his jaw as "Iron Man" fades out and is replaced with a heavy guitar solo as the lights begin to flicker off and then on again.
RAWWWW!
Cross: "And his opponent, from Kansas City, Missouri, weighing in at 248 pounds. He is one half of Legacy of Destruction and one half of the BTWF Tag Team Champions, DARKFYRE!"
A big drum solo kicks in and red pyros erupt from the entrance ramp in five different spots as the lights come back on and stay on. They start strobing from dark red to black and begin to spin around the arena, over the crowd and the ring. They glow back to white again and then come to a stop at the top of the entrance ramp, on the curtain that leads backstage.
Shove me under you again, I can't wait for this to end. Sober, empty in the head, I know I can't never win. Why should I have to wait, I'll just look the other way.
After the first line of lyrics are sung, Darkfyre walks out onto the stage with his Tag Team title belt wrapped around his waist and all the lights focus onto him. He casually strolls down the ramp, but suddenly stops right in the middle of the ramp and looks out at the crowd, playing to them and soaking up the cheers that he's getting. He rolls his shoulders backwards and then continues walking down the ramp.
We left this land of shiny lights, I wish I may, I wish I might. When all these dreams have come to end, You wish you were, you're not my friend.
Darkfyre walks towards the bottom of the ramp and then spins a full 360 degrees with his arms outstretched as he gets to the end and then he turns left, walking towards the steel stairs. He walks up the stairs and turns to the left, walking along the apron until he comes to a stop at the middle and then spins to the right, wrapping his arms around the ropes and leaning back on them. He stops and then turns, climbing into the ring and climbs up on the nearest turnbuckle, raising his arms in a crucifix pose and then taking off his shirt, sunglasses and title belt, handing them to a ringside offical. He turns to face the middle of the ring and then jumps down, landing on his feet just about 3 feet from the corner, watching Iron for any suspicious movement. Grey Fox calls for the bell.
Ding! Ding!! Ding!!!
Iron runs forward and tries to knock Darkfyre off his feet with a big Lariat, but Darkfyre ducks and then takes Iron down with a quick double leg takedown. Darkfyre spins around and locks Iron into a Side Headlock. Iron struggles against Darkfyre's move and then gets up to his knees. Darkfyre lets go of the Headlock and back up quickly, but then runs forward again and jumps up, nailing Iron right in the nose with a SHINING WIZARD! Darkfyre springs back up to his feet quickly and goes for an early cover. 1...Shoulders are up. Darkfyre doesn't look too upset by this and then grabs Iron by the hair and pulls him up to his feet. Iron reacts to this quickly by shoving Darkfyre back into the ropes. Darkfyre almost loses his balance, but he catches himself on the ropes in time and then runs forward at Iron, trying to hit him with a Jumping Forearm Smash, Iron dodges the Forearm and then grabs Darkfyre under his arms, in his armpits and then throws him into the air, causing him to flail around in mid-air until he comes back down to the mat hard. Darkfyre's chest hits the mat first and he gets all the wind knocked right out of him. Iron grabs Darkfyre by the waistband of his pants and then sets him up on his feet and then knocks him right back down with a huge LARIAT! Darkfyre hits the mat hard and isn't moving. Iron drops down for a quick pin. 1...2. Darkfyre gets a shoulder up. Iron looks somewhat shocked, but he just stands back up and pulls Darkfyre up to his feet. Iron whips Darkfyre into an empty corner and then runs at him, pinning his body against the turnbuckle with a Lariat in the corner. Darkfyre's feet give out on him and he falls into a sitting position, with his head against the second turnbuckle. Iron raises his boot and sets it against Darkfyre's face and scrapes it across his face. Iron gives Darkfyre another Boot Scrape and then backs up. Instead of letting Darkfyre get up to his feet, Iron runs forward and hit Darkfyre with a Running Knee Strike. The back of Darkfyre's head hits the second turnbuckle hard and he falls over, lying on his side.
Iron lets out a laugh and then drags Darkfyre to the middle of the ring, dropping down for a pin. 1...2...Darkfyre gets his shoulders up just in time. Iron stands back up, not looking too upset and then whips Darkfyre into the corner again and then runs at him again, trying to hit him with another Corner Lariat. Darkfyre raises his feet up and kicks Iron right in the nose and mouth with the heels of his boots, which causes Iron to back up and Darkfyre to come running out of the corner, trying to hit Iron with a Spear, but Iron brings his boot up, hitting Darkfyre with a Big Boo--NO! Darkfyre slips under Iron's boot and places it across his shoulder. Darkfyre then reaches up, grabbing Iron's head with his free arm and then locks his hands together, causing Iron to bend over with his leg in the air. Darkfyre screams and then lifts Iron up over his head, hitting him with THE LIGHT AFTER DARK! The Barton crowd starts a "Holy s**t!" chant after this happens and both men are down on the mat. 1. Darkfyre gives a twitch and Grey Fox calls out 2. Now, Iron gives a twitch and then lies still. 3. Darkfyre rolls onto his side and is shaking out the cobwebs as Fox calls out 4. Iron rolls over onto his stomach and pushes himself up to his knees as Fox calls 5. Darkfyre quickly jumps back up to his feet at the same moment as Fox calls out 6. Iron is back up on his feet and then runs at Darkfyre, leveling him with a FLYING LARIAT. Darkfyre hits the mat and then bounces up into a sitting position before falling backwards onto his back again. Iron stands up again and then drops down, pinning Darkfyre again. 1...2...Darkfyre's shoulders are up right before the 3 count. Iron grabs Darkfyre's hair and drags him up to his feet. Darkfyre is wincing in pain from several hairs in his head getting torn out. Iron drags Darkfyre to the middle of the ring and puts him into a Front Facelock, lifting him up overhead and holding him upside-down, vertically. Iron is holding Darkfyre there and isn't moving, letting the blood rush to his head.
Iron finally throws his feet out from under himself, falling backwards, finally hitting the Delayed Vertical Suplex. Darkfyre is very dizzy after Iron made all the blood rush to his head. Iron stands back up and lets out another laugh while he reaches down, picking Darkfyre up off the mat and setting him onto his feet. Iron whips Darkfyre into the nearest turnbuckle and then walks up to him, raising his boot up and choking Darkfyre out with it. Iron chokes him until Grey Fox calls out a 4 and then Iron lowers his boot, not wanting to get disqualified. Darkfyre coughs, trying to get his breath back as Iron runs at him, raising his boot, hitting Darkfyre with a Yakuza Kick, knocking Darkfyre down to the mat. Iron backs up and then wraps one of his big hands around Darkfyre's left ankle and then drags him away from the turnbuckles. Darkfyre is struggling against Iron's grip and is trying to wiggle out of Iron's hand as Iron is dragging him to the middle of the ring. Iron stops walking and Darkfyre hops up to his free foot and brings it up to Iron's face with an ENZIGURI! Iron lets go of Darkfyre's leg and stumbles backwards, a little dazed from the kick he just recieved. Darkfyre stands back up on his feet and runs forward, knocking Iron down to the mat with a HUGE SPEAR! Darkfyre stays on Iron and begins punching him in the face. The crowd counts along with the punches. 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10. Grey Fox reaches out and grabs Darkfyre, pulling him off of Iron before he can do too much damage. Darkfyre waits a second, until Fox lets go of him and then he walks over to Iron and drops an elbow on his chest. Darkfyre stands up again, then he reaches down, grabbing Iron's leg and twisting him into a Single Leg Boston Crab. Iron has a stern look set on his face and is grunting a little bit, trying to get out of the submission manuever that Darkfyre has him in. Darkfyre leans back more, appling more pressure on Iron's leg. Iron is struggling more and more with each passing second and still can't get out of it.
Darkfyre leans back even more and pulls harder and can't see Iron reaching out and grabbing the ropes. Grey Fox tells Darkfyre to break the hold and Darkfyre turns around, looking down at Iron, with his upper-body draped over the bottom rope. Darkfyre backs off for a second, but then runs at Iron, sliding under the bottom rope and then hitting Iron right in the face with a Super Kick from the floor, knocking the big man back into the ring and causing him to land face up. Darkfyre jumps up to the apron and then walks to the turnbuckle that is closest to Iron, climbing up to the top and facing the ring. Darkfyre stands up and bounces into the air, while turning a 180 in mid-air, coming back down and then bouncing off while backflipping to hit Iron with a TURNAROUND MOONSAULT! As Darkfyre lands, he locks in the pin. Grey Fox gets down on the mat, checking the pin and counting. 1...2...2.5...2.9Iron gets his shoulders up just before the 3 count comes down. Darkfyre sits up on his knees and looks at Grey Fox who is holding up two fingers, signalling that the pin was only good enough for two. Darkfyre stands back up and picks Iron up off the mat. Darkfyre whips Iron into the north-east corner and then runs at him after he whips him, jumping up into the air just as Iron hits the turnbuckle and going for a Stinger Spla--NO! Iron catches Darkfyre out of mid-air and then runs towards the middle of the ring and drops him with a Spinebuster. Darkfyre arches his back in pain and Iron stands over Darkfyre and drops a leg across his throat. Iron stands back up and reaches down, picking Darkfyre up off the mat and then whips him into the ropes. As Darkfyre comes back, Iron catches him and then tosses him overhead with a Back Body Drop. Darkfyre arches his back in pain again and Iron turns around and walks over to Darkfyre's head again, reaching down, picking up Darkfyre again. Iron reaches out, wrapping his hand around the throat of Darkfyre. Iron picks Darkfyre up into the air, looking to go for a Chokeslam, but Darkfyre wiggles out.
Darkfyre lands on his feet and then unleashes furious forearm shots to Iron's face and jaw. Iron backs up into the ropes and Darkfyre grabs his arm and tries to whip him across the ring, but Iron blocks it and then whips Darkfyre across the ring. Darkfyre comes back at Iron only to get grabbed for an IRON MAN SLA--NO!!! As Iron is spinning around, Darkfyre slips out and skids on his knees. Darkfyre is quickly back up on his feet and kicks Iron in the gut, causing him to double over. Darkfyre grabs Iron's head and slams it in between his legs in a Standing Head Scissors. Darkfyre throws out his arms and screams "REDEMPTION" before reaching down, wrapping Iron's arm into a butterfly position. Then, he jumps into the air, taking Iron's massive body weight with him and then rotating his body slightly so his head is vertical. Darkfyre drops to his knees as he keeps Iron's head vertical. Darkfyre rolls Iron over for the pin. 1...2...3.
Ding! Ding!! Ding!!!
Cross: "Here is your winner, DARKFYRE!"
"Wish I May" begins to play again and Darkfyre slowly stand up to his feet and Grey Fox hands him his title belt. Iron is slowly getting up to a sitting position, still very dazed from the Fyre's Heavenly Redemption he was just on the recieving end of. Darkfyre rolls out of the ring and settles the Tag Team title belt over his shoulder and walks up the entrance ramp, taunting Iron, since the two men have a Tag Team Championship match at fadetoblack on the 26th of this month. Iron stands up and makes a motion to his waist, mouthing the words, "The GoL will have those belts." Darkfyre shrugs his shoulders and turns around, walking backstage as the screen fades to black and into a commercial.

"Introducing first, from Puerto Rico, weighing in at 225 pounds and standing 5 foot 11 inches tall, the 'Phenomenal' Red Comet!"
|As the fans in the Barton Arena rise to their feet "Poundcake" by Van Halen begins to play and out from the back comes the Red Comet who is cheered greatly. While the wrestler takes the admiration shown to him with his usual enthusiasm tonight he knows he has a big challenge waiting for him and makes his way down the entrance ramp towards the ring rather quickly. Upon sliding into the ring and getting to his feet Red poses a bit in the center of the ring as the flashbulbs go off around the arena before turning to face the entrance ramp and wait for his opponent.|
BRUISES!
"And his opponent, from Muskegon, Michigan, weighing in at 229 pounds and standing 6 foot 2 inches tall, he is 'The White Phoenix' Steve 'Savior' Twist!"
|Skindred's "Bruises" continues to play while this announcement is made and out from the back comes probably the favorite in this match due to his BTWF roots alone, Steve Twist. While the cheering is deafening it doesn't seem to be much more than that of what Red was getting although as Steve steps out from the back the intensity goes up a bit more. "The White Phoenix" pauses at the top of the entrance ramp while the Barton crowd chants "Twist, Twist, Twist" which is probably because this is Steve's first appearance in Barton since the amazing Barbed Wire Ropes Match he had with Xunkai that left Steve with the bad left shoulder he currently has, although it is less bandaged now then it was a couple of weeks back at M:NoC IV when he fought Revision for the Gaia Championship. Either way Steve enjoys the crowd support and lets it sink in fully as he walks down the entrance ramp with a confident look about the match he is going to be wrestling in next. After he has made it to the bottom of the entrance ramp Steve enters the ring via the ring steps and whips his head back once he is inside to make the hood on his head fall off. This makes Steve's face more visible and it is clear a lot of the cuts from ToG have healed up, but some are still on their way or are scarring. That doesn't matter to Steve right now as he takes his vest off and hands it to referee Grey Fox who takes it over to the far set of ropes from the entrance ramp and gives it to an official on the outside before signaling for the start of this contest.|
The bell rings...
Neither man can even move from their corner before the fans in the Barton Arena start a "let's go Twist" chant which is followed by a surprisingly strong "let's go Red" chant. While this may not be Aekea the fans here aren't going to let that stop them from using a dueling chant for once as Steve and Red begin to circle around the ring at a fast pace, Red leading as he will no doubt want to test Steve's shoulder. The moments pass while these two do this and upon hitting a full two revolutions around the squared circle they come together in the center of the ring with Red looking for a lock up. All he ends up getting however is a nasty knife edged chop across the chest from Steve which gets a mixture of cheers and boos. Red takes this chop pretty well seen as how there isn't much of a size difference between Red and Steve, before coming back with a chop of his own to Steve. "The White Phoenix" just smirks as Red does this, showing that the real difference between them is a strength difference which Steve capitalizes on by hitting Red with another chop, this one knocking Red right off his feet and to his back. Before the crowd can realize just how hard Red was hit with that last chop the "Phenomenal" one springs back up to his feet, but as soon as he does Steve catches him with a DISCUS LARIAT! The force of this blow makes Red flip over onto his stomach and Steve is quick to roll Red back over to his back and go for a pin, 1...2...Red kicks out. This is dually expected by the wrestlers and both are quick to get back to their feet afterwards although Red is holding his throat thanks to the impact of that last move. The fans cheer both as they circle around the ring again and seem really into this match despite it being "just another Madness match."
This time when Steve and Red meet in the center of the ring they go into a classic collar and elbow tie-up instead of the striking contest like last time. A few moments pass while the two battle for control of this lock up, but it doesn't take long for Steve to establish dominance and begin to push Red backwards towards the ropes. Red seems to have known this would happen and doesn't make much of an attempt to fight against Steve until his back is almost touching the ropes. Using his quickness for an advantage Red breaks out of the lock up speedily before planting a knee right into Steve's abdomen and placing Steve in a front facelock. This is followed by Red jumping up onto the middle rope that is behind him before he goes for a Springboard Tornado DDT! The move fails however as Steve shoves Red off him in mid-air and leaves the slightly lighter wrestler landing just past the center of the ring on his feet. While Red tries to recover quickly Steve takes advantage of the situation he has placed Red in and rushes at the "Phenomenal" one, trying to hit him with a Lariat. Once again Red's quickness enables him to escape from being taken out as he rolls under Steve's right arm and starts to move towards the ropes Steve was just by. Being as determined as he is Steve only speeds up as he rebounds off the far set of ropes and comes rushing back at Red who is positioning himself a bit in front of the ropes for a running start. Red shoots forward as Steve comes closer to him and before Steve can figure out what is going on he realizes Red has caught him for a Moonsault DDT! Unfortunately for Red he isn't able to complete this move as Steve suddenly turns himself around in the inverted facelock he is in before grabbing Red around the waist while staying in a front facelock and hitting Red with a Release Northern Lights Suplex into the ropes!
Red slams into the ropes hard from this move and ends up falling back down off them and onto his front side due to the impact he hit the ropes with. As the former CTC Universal Champion tries to figure out what just hit him Steve gets back to his feet and rotates his left arm a bit, seeming to have aggravated his shoulder slightly with that last move. No amount of shoulder pain is going to stop Steve from taking this great looking advantage he has set up and before Red is able to recover much at all Steve grabs him by the hair and drags him up to his feet before placing him back first on the ropes. With Red up against the ropes Steve backs away from him a bit and measures the still out on his feet wrestler before hitting him with an open hand chop across the chest that makes a loud noise like a whip being cracked. A couple more of these chops are hit on Red and the crowd wonders what Steve's motivation for brutalizing Red is. Steve knows all too well what he is doing as he grabs Red's wrist after his last chop and goes to whip him across the ring. As Steve move towards the middle of the ring the questions of what he is doing are answered as Steve yells out "this one's for you Austin" before jumping up as Red comes back at him and places Red into a Triangle Head Scissors. While the Barton fans may not love submission holds this move gets cheers for the set-up alone which was an odd way to apply it, but the move looks effective as Steve holds Red's right arm and keeps his legs wrapped around Red's head and arm to apply pressure to those areas. Anyone with a sense of wrestling knows that Steve winning this match right now with a Triangle Head Scissors is just wishful thinking, especially against an opponent like Red, and that is quickly shown as Red rolls Steve onto his shoulders while Steve keeps the hold applied, 1...2...Steve kicks out and releases the hold.
Knowing that now is the time to step up Red doesn't even allow Steve to get off his back once Steve has released him and quickly grabs Steve's legs before placing them on his shoulders and flipping forward to pin Steve again, 1...2...Steve manages to rearrange his legs slightly and sits up to break the pin and place Red in a pin of his own, 1...2...Red slams his legs together to smash Steve's head between them before rolling backwards out of this pin. Immediately after he gets up to his feet and while Steve is still sitting down Red goes to hit a dropkick to Steve, but Steve uses his arms to block this kick and makes Red roll back over onto his feet once more while Steve kips up to his feet. Even though the crowd is cheering loudly neither man notices as Red quickly charges Steve with a Lariat attempt, only to get Steve's right arm as the former BTWF Champion blocks it and spins Red around before placing him in a waistlock. From here Steve lifts Red into the air and throws him backwards with a beautiful Release German Suplex, but somehow Red is able to flip through the move and land on his feet. Thinking that he must have nailed that last move Steve gets up to his knees somewhat slowly while still facing away from Red who goes to hit Steve with a R.E.D. KICK TO THE BACK OF STEVE'S HEAD!! NO! Somehow Steve is able to hear Red coming and falls forward to the ground, making Red jump right over him and land with a look of confusion on his face. As Red whirls around he is met by Steve who has jumped to his feet and kicks Red in the gut before turning away from Red and placing Red's head on his shoulder. Steve then runs forward with Red to go for the TWISTER!! NO! Thankfully for Red Steve is running at the far set of ropes and he is able to shove Steve forward into them thanks to the added time for him to react.
With a large portion of the crowd on their feet and cheering Red grabs Steve in a waistlock as he stumbles backwards away from the ropes and hits Steve with a German Suplex. When the two wrestlers nail the ground Red keeps Steve held in the waistlock before rolling over onto his feet with Steve and lifting Steve up only to hit him with another German Suplex. This process is repeated one last time as the crowd pops big time for Red going to complete the Triple Charge Explosion! When Red goes to lift Steve up for this last German however, "The White Phoenix" blocks it before breaking the waistlock Red has him in and placing himself behind Red with a standing switch to grab Red in a waistlock. Not surprisingly this move isn't held long by Steve due to Red elbowing him in the side of the head with several hard shots to try and free himself. Steve lets go thanks to these shots, but before Red can do anything he is stopped cold by a few nasty chops to the back of the neck by Steve who then places Red into a Full Nelson with Red reeling. The fans in the Barton Arena have seen Steve do some brutal looking moves out of this position and begin cheering loudly, but their wish of seeing someone get destroyed doesn't come just yet as Red uses all the strength he can muster and breaks the Full Nelson. As soon as he gets out of this hold he rushes forward at the ropes and comes back at Steve looking for a Lariat to finally knock Steve down and give him the advantage, but once again this doesn't come as Steve hooks his right arm with his own and turns around Red to place him in another Full Nelson and KILLS RED WITH A HEAD DROP RELEASE DRAGON SUPLEX!!! Chants of "holy s**t" fill Barton as Steve nails this move and slowly crawls over to Red before flipping him over onto his back and covering, 1...2...2.9...RED KICKS OUT!
Steve sits up on his knees as the Red fans in the crowd use their renewed energy to cheer their hero and asks Grey Fox what he counted again. When Fox tells Steve it was only a two Steve can't seem to believe it, but quickly pins Red again to see if maybe it was just his corpse having an odd after death muscle spasm, 1...2...Red kicks out again! Now Steve is getting angry and stands back up to his feet slowly, being pretty out of breath after the last few minutes of nonstop action. Once he is up Steve grabs Red by the head and jerks him up with an obvious intent to hurt the "Phenomenal" one who has pissed Steve off to no end by kicking out of that Dragon Suplex. Red only ends up on his knees before Steve lets his anger get the best of him and unloads a few brutal chops to the side of Red's neck. The end of these comes when Steve lifts both his arms into the air and comes down on Red with a stiff Mongolian Chop that makes Red crumple over and fall face first onto the ground. The Red fans in the crowd boo this beating being handed to their boy, but the Twist fans which seem to have the slight advantage in numbers cheer loudly as Steve does this. Right now Steve doesn't really give a damn what people think as he has a lot of anger that has built up and is being let out here. Still keeping his head in the match though Steve aims a few stomps at the back of Red's neck which connect to further Steve's goals of letting off some steam as well as decimating Red's neck. Once Steve is done pounding on Red and has regained his breath and composure slightly he bends down to grab Red by the head again to pull him to his feet. This time when Steve gets Red to his knees he gets an unexpected surprise as Red hits him with a few quickly jabs to the stomach that make Steve let him go.
Although this seems like it will help Red get right back into the match it is obvious it won't as Red grabs at his neck while Steve moves away from him instead of jumping right back up to his feet. Seeing this Steve goes right back towards Red and hits him with another well placed chop to the neck before he is able to place Red in a front facelock and pull him up to his feet. While Red is kept in this front facelock Steve moves backwards away from the ropes and towards the middle of the ring before stopping and turning around with Red held so the two wrestlers are back to back with Red's head and neck held on Steve's shoulder. Steve's attempt at this Shoulder Neck Breaker is stopped cold as Red grabs Steve's right hand that is around his neck and pulls it off. Quickly Red moves away from Steve and turns around as Steve does the same before going to hit Steve with the Crimson Kick! With an almost unseen quickness Steve not only manages to block the Crimson Kick, but catches Red's foot and swiftly pushes it to the side to make Red swing around so his back is facing Steve. Keeping right with this burst of speed, Steve comes up behind Red as he manages to plant his foot on the ground before "The White Phoenix" places his head under Red's left arm and goes to lift him in the air for the Blue Thunder Driver! As Red is lifted into the air however, he flips backwards over Steve's shoulder before Steve can get him out of the Back Suplex position. Landing on his feet with relative ease behind Steve, Red waits for only a moment as Steve whirls around, only to be caught with a kick to the gut from Red who then sets Steve into a standing head scissors. The pain from his neck is still visible on the face of Red, but right now he is more worried about winning the match as he calls for the STARSC-NO!!
When Red goes to hit Steve with the Starscream he suddenly finds himself being lifted into the air as Steve hits him with a Back Body Drop to reverse the move Steve once used as the "Salvation." As Red recovers on the ground after being thrown off Steve, the ever cocky Steve just turns around and smirks while yelling at Red about needing "some new tricks" to beat him. Not one to be shaken by such taunts Red starts to get back to his feet, but Steve comes over and grabs him by the head while he is on his knees to haul him back to his feet in a front facelock. Now Steve seems to know exactly what he is going to do and he quickly sets Red into position for a Fisherman Suplex, but instead spins around with Red held to hit him with a Cradle Neck Breaker. Red cries out in pain as he hits the ground after this move, but doesn't have any time to be worried about his neck as Steve quickly crawls onto him for a cover, 1...2...Red kicks out. This doesn't sit too well with Steve, but the anger from earlier seems to have subsided as he sits up onto his knees before picking Red up to his bottom and locking Red in a Side Headlock to rest a bit while still working on Red's neck and getting back to his feet. Steve only keeps the headlock in a few moments on the ground before standing back up to his feet and pulling Red with him, the "Phenomenal" one in seemingly too much pain to even get out of this hold, let alone formulate a plan that will allow him to pick up a victory in this match. After a while longer in this Side Headlock Red decides he has to find a way out and does so by struggling in it to get Steve's grip weak before shoving Steve off into the ropes.
Just as Red would expect Steve turns around when hitting this ropes and comes right back at Red who hits a Drop Toe Hold on Steve when Steve makes it to the middle of the ring. Knowing full well it won't take much time for Steve to recover from this move Red gets right back up onto his knees and hastily crawls up to where Steve's left arm is lying on the mat before grabbing it and going to place Steve in a Crossface! Seeing the trouble this could cause him Steve quickly gets up onto his knees to block the Crossface before rolling forward while Red still has his arm held. Once Steve has completed this somersault he breaks the hold Red has on his arm while keeping Red's left arm held and placing Red into a Crossface! The Barton fans cheer for another great counter in this match as well as the fact this move could easily make Red tap due to the punishment that has been inflicted on his neck. Steve continues to apply pressure to Red's neck as he tries to rip Red's head off his shoulders with this Crossface, but Red is determined not to tap out and shows it by telling Grey Fox "no" several times when he asks Red to tap out. While most of the crowd is fans of both wrestlers some "Red, Red, Red" chants start that only help to will Red on more as he pushes himself up onto his knees and uses his free right arm to break the vice Steve has on his left arm. Steve lets go of the Crossface when Red does this, but Red doesn't just get up and away from Steve. Instead he grabs onto Steve's legs as he stands up before turning Steve over onto his stomach and placing Steve into a Texas Cloverleaf! As the pain rushes through the legs and lower back of Steve memories of another wrestler who used this hold come to his mind, but he pushes those aside as he crawls towards the ropes and grabs the bottom one without too much trouble.
Grey Fox tells Red to release the hold once Steve has made it to the ropes and Red seems a bit reluctant at first, but does as he is told even if it is upsetting. Now it seems as though Red may be banking on one big move to win this match and measures Steve as he pulls himself up with the ropes, looking to hit that move right now and end it before Steve can get his composure back. Right when Steve turns around away from the ropes he is hit with a kick to the gut by Red before being grabbed by the head and hair as Red pulls him towards the middle of the ring to place Steve in a standing head scissors. Knowing that it is now or never Red lifts Steve into the air to go for the STYLES CLA-NOOO!! When Red lifts Steve up onto his shoulders for a move Steve formally used as the "Full Fury" Red gets a hard right hand to the face which makes him drop Steve who suddenly grabs the left arm of Red before placing him in position to hit him with a HEAD DROP EXPLODER '98!!! As Red slams into the mat at a sick angle from this move the Barton crowds knows it is over this time and so does Steve who slowly crawls over to Red and makes another cover, 1...2...2.9...FOOT ON THE ROPES! Steve absolutely snaps when Grey Fox points at Red's foot that is on the ropes and gets to his feet as the Red fans in the crowd begin cheering wildly. Going into this match Steve wouldn't have wanted to actually hurt Red, but now his anger is getting the best of him as he rips Red up off the canvas and to his feet before bringing him over to the near corner where Steve sets Red up so he is facing the ring and his legs are on the outside of the ropes. Steve follows Red immediately up the ropes in the corner and stands on the top before lifting Red up onto his feet to hit Red with an AVALANCHE BRAINBUS-NOOOO!!!
With the little energy Red can muster he fights out of the front facelock he is placed in with shots to the ribs of Steve before being able to shove Steve off and onto the mat below. It takes a couple of seconds for Red to register just how Steve landed due mostly to the pain in his neck, but once he has noticed where Steve is positioned he prepares himself for what will hopefully be the last move in this match, the Red Rain of Pain! Steve moves out of the way suddenly as Red comes down at him, but somehow Red is able to roll through in this move as he hits the ground to avoid causing himself further injury. Red is going to have to do more than this to avoid injury however, as Steve quickly charges him while Red turns around, only to be caught with a Crimson Kick to the gut! The impact from this is very hard according to the noise it makes as well as the fact Steve falls to a knee after it and Red knows this is his chance as he comes at Steve to place him in a standing head scissors once again. Red wastes no time now as he lifts Steve to his feet and onto his shoulders before letting Steve's upper body hang down to once again go for the STYLES CLASH!!! NOOO!!! Steve suddenly pulls himself back up onto Red's shoulders with his abdominal strength before leaning Forward and hitting Red with a Sunset Flip, 1...2...Steve stands up out of this Sunset Flip and lifts Red onto his shoulders before letting Red hang down this time before hitting Red with the GANSO BOMB!!!! Red nails the ground in an unbelievably sick fashion and Steve lets go of him to let Red flop to the ground before going to pin, but is suddenly slammed in the left shoulder by a CHAIRSHOT FROM AUSTIN AZURE!!!
|The bell rings when Austin hits Steve with this shot and leaves "The White Phoenix" falling to his knees and holding his still slightly bandaged and injured left shoulder. With a sadistic grin on his face Austin winds up and nails ANOTHER brutal shot to Steve's left shoulder before throwing the chair down on the ground with Steve lying crumpled up in a heap.|
Victor Cross: "And here is your winner by disqualification..."
|Victor isn't even able to finish as Austin has made his way out of the ring after dealing with Steve and rips the microphone out of Vic's hands before pushing the announcer away as he tries to get it back and jumping back up onto the ring apron. While Austin climbs through the ropes into the ring he begins talking even with the Barton crowd still jeering him loudly.|
Azure: "Vic, it doesn't even matter who won, especially if it is Steve, so just shut your damn mouth and do what you're the best at, looking like some soulless corporate zombie."
|More booing is heard from the Barton crowd who Austin doesn't even seem to be paying attention to right now as he stomps on Steve's shoulder as Steve tries to push himself up to his hands and knees. Another stomp serves to keep Steve down as Austin turns his attention towards Red who is still out on the ground.|
Azure: "Now I know what you are probably thinking with that tiny brain of yours Red, but unlike in the CTC where being a p***y is accepted I'm not going to pull you to your feet and say nice job. Actually I'm going to say that you did a shitty job and you would have just lost even worse had it not have been for me saving your a** from being pinned. Now that "********" is over though this ring needs some trash clean up."
|As soon as Austin finishes this last sentence he drops the microphone he has on the ground before pulling Red up to his feet by his hair. Just as quickly as he is pulled up to his feet however, Red is thrown right between the middle and top ropes to the outside of the ring like, as Austin put it, a piece of trash. Now that Red is out of the way Austin bends down and grabs his microphone back up off the ground, walking over to Steve who is still struggling on the ground afterwards.|
Azure: "Now that we have a little privacy Steve why don't you and I finish where we left off a couple weeks ago. That of course is impossible, because right now our positions are changed and you are the helpless one. So instead of asking for some retarded match with you which I already have whether I like it or not why don't I ask you how it feels to be helpless."
|A swift kick to Steve's shoulder makes Steve fall back to the mat from his hands and knees which he had made it up on. Right after Austin does this he kneels down and grabs Steve by the hair before lifting Steve's head up so he is facing Austin.|
Azure: "So how does it feel Steve!? Huh!? I can't hear you damn it!"
|The look of pain on Steve's face fades away slightly as he just smirks at Austin before spitting at him. This hits Austin in the face and the usual calmness that Austin has is washed away.|
Azure: "YOU THINK THAT'S FUNNY YOU ******** responds with a weak "yeah", but ends up getting slammed in the forehead with the microphone Austin is holding.|
Azure: "HOW ABOUT NOW STEVE!? DO YOU STILL FIND IT FUNNY YOU SONUVABITCH!?!"
|Azure doesn't even wait for Steve to respond and instead drills Steve in the forehead with the microphone about five more times before standing to his feet and pulling Steve up to his knees by his hair.|
Azure: "Look into my eyes Steve! Look into them and see my resolve! See that I will no longer fear you, no longer run from you! Why is that you ask? It's because you won't wrestle another day after tonight!"
|With a truly savage look on his face Austin drags Steve over to the nearest corner by his hair and leaves him face down on the mat before going back and grabbing the chair he brought into the ring earlier. Once Austin has this chair he goes back over to Steve and stomps on his left shoulder a few times for good measure before opening the chair enough to place Steve's arm in it. Austin pauses after doing this however, and shakes his head for a moment. Azure then seemingly coming to his senses pulls the chair back off Steve's arm to the relief of the Barton crowd.|
Azure: "No Steve. I wouldn't do that. Omega would do that. I'm different. I know that for you it isn't good enough!"
|Upon saying this Austin lifts Steve's head off the ground and places Steve's head and neck between the chair before standing with his back towards the corner.|
Azure: "Barton, what you see before your very eyes is your hero and savior...but you haven't realized what your real destiny is yet Steve. You aren't a savior, you are a MARTYR! That's right Barton, and he isn't even a martyr for you, but instead for me. For me to realize my destiny, for me to realize my spot at the top of the wrestling world, I need to take you out Steve. I will say that I'm sorry we will never face each other one on one like we should, but you left me with no choice Steve. For the survival of Empty Promises and for my chance at the BTWF World Heavyweight Championship I will end your career right now!"
|These words are met with an amazing amount of jeering from the fans in Barton, but there is nothing anyone can do now as Austin drops the microphone he has and climbs up the ropes in the corner while still facing Steve. Once Austin is up on the middle ropes he looks around for a moment before jumping off at Steve, only to see RED suddenly pull Steve out of the way and leave Austin falling down in position for a Double Stomp. Austin falls to his knees thanks to this being unexpected and as soon as he does he gets hit with a R.E.D. KICK!!! Red's knee slams into Austin's face and leaves the "Wrestling G.O.D." rolling out of the ring clutching his face as Red gets back up, still favoring his neck. While Austin walks away from the ring and up the entrance ramp Red pulls the chair off Steve and helps "The White Phoenix" to his feet, showing class even after the beating he took at the hands of Steve who grabs the microphone Austin left on the ground as he stands up.|
Twist: "Hold on a second Austin. While I'm sure no one, including yourself, liked what you were going to do I will give you credit for trying it. There aren't many people stupid enough to really piss me off and you are one of them like that man you mentioned earlier. Unlike him though I can tell you were pained to go through with trying to end my career because when I look into your eyes I can see that you would like nothing more than to shut me up and store me in the lower midcard while you go main event shows. Wrestling is in your blood Austin, and I have no intention of taking that blood. What I am going to do at fadetoblack though is something I've never done before, and that is beat you. Now I'm feeling a little tired and my shoulder is killing me thanks to your desperate attack, so why don't we settle this little conversation next week on Madness, my treat. I even promise that if you come out and meet me face to face I might leave something to be desired at fadetoblack instead of beating you to a pulp right then so what do you say?"
|With a look of frustration in his eyes on the top of the entrance Austin thinks about this for a moment before yelling at Steve "you're on." Steve just smiles, somehow keeping his cool through all of that even though his eyes show his real feelings of anger for the stunt Austin just pulled. Before Steve goes to the back he turns around to see Red who is sitting down in the near corner with an ice pack on his neck that was handed to him by an official. Steve goes over to Red and tells him thanks for the save and that he hopes there are no hard feelings between the two. Red looks up at Steve for a moment thinking, before extending his hand where it is met by Steve's hand as the two shake hands to show they are on good terms. While Red and Steve make their way to the back we cut to a commercial break before the next match.|
