Faust shrugged. "I don't know if you're aware, but I had a little girl of my own. I guess that instinct still kicks in every now and then... and Shizuka reminds me of how Mar..." he couldn't seem to say the name, "...my girl might have been if she'd ever been a teenager. Of course I'd worry about you, but with Shizuka, she just..." he faltered. "I don't know how to say it," he conceded finally.

Hao hadn't meant to freeze up when he was talking to Lyserg and Hao. He just...got scared. He knew they would never find out, but...he HATED knowing that he had been vulnerable...and he hated to see that others were afraid of him...
Why did he feel this way? His chest sonstricted dangerously whenever he thought of that one girl...
He knew that there was one person he could talk to now. Because he could read minds, and he noticed some very dark thoughts in that Chinese Shaman's mind.
So he walked over to where he thought Ren's room was, only to bump into HoroHoro!
'That STUPID Ice boy...' Hao gritted his teeth in an annoyed fashion, trying to force a smile on his face. He could not kill anyone while he stayed at this place. "H-Horo...wha-what are you doing here...?"
((Ha. I wrote. So sue me on the parts with the whole overshadowing OCs. *Actually, my OC might end up coming. Gomen...*))

*Netsubo sighed. she REALLLY didn't want to go to the party. She closed her eyes in annoyance. but she HAD promised Faust that she would watch Shizuka for him. She didn't know what she would do thoguh if she ran into Ren.*
