Shinja smirked as he scrutinized the beast that Kyana and the stange, wolf-like creature were fighting. "Please, call me Shinja. But yes, it's me." Suddenly, a ball of fire whizzed past Shinja, who purposely stepped aside at the last minute to dodge it. As he side-stepped, however, his liquor bottle fell from his pocket and was melted by the creature's flames.
"..."
Without warning, Shinja pulled off his sunglasses and put them in his pocket before drawing the massive Kusanagi sword from its sheath on his back. "That...was my last bottle...Kyana, we'll talk after this b*****d is dead. I heard you say this thing was immune to physical attacks...heh...not for long." With a slightly angry look on his face, Shinja ran at the beast, the blade of the Kusanagi shining bright blue.
"Magic Break!"
He then swung the mighty blade down on the beast. Though it did not do that much damage, it did cause the beast to go from its spiritual form to a corporeal form.
((Haha, it's okay. I miss s**t sometimes too, lol.))

Kyana smashed her fists together the claw caused a cut in her other hand. This was her intended action though as no quicker had the blood began to seep out the energiesmoved through her in a quicker state. The tendrils spun and wrapped into the top of the gauntlet where a recess glowed the energy gathered and ran down the inside almost like the barrel of a gun. Forming out of the end as another ball blue in colour kyana fired it off and it crashed into the red ball and exploded on impact causing a shockwave blowing kyana off of her feet. Quickly she stood back up and looked at shinja.
"I didnt exactly say immune but he was strong against physichal attacks obviously less so now"

Shinja quickly jumped out of the way of Kyana's attack and landed softly on his feet next to her. "I see." He then peered at the efreet, who was obviously in some serious pain. "Hope you don't mind if I do the honors..." He smirked before once again charging at the efreet with the Kusanagi in hand.
He then jumped high into the sky before crashing his blade down on the efreet's head, the sword's weight multiplied by almost a dozen because of how much magic Shinja imbued it with while airbourne. Leaving the sword stuck in the ground in between the two halves of the efreet, Shinja clapped his hands as if getting rid of any dust on his gloves. Sliding his sunglasses back on, he turned to Kyana. "Well, Kyana...Now that you know it's me, you must be wondering why i'm here..."

Kisaragi saw the creature stubbling around and decided it was time to make a move...
Kisaragi crossed his front legs, put his head up into the sky and closed his eyes. Moments after Kisaragi lept forwards starting a long run up...
As he ran up a gust of wind form behind him accelerated him faster and faster then shortly hitting the creature with enough force to send it flying towards a tree...
"...Human, I don't have the elements to kill it...my sister holds the element box round her neck..."
soon after the strike though a man dropped cutting the creature in half.

Maki knew what Fira and Zetsuei said were both true and slowly released her legs and laid back. With a sigh she closed her eyes, "you're both right and I thank you," she said. "I will do my best."
A few minutes later, Maki was asleep again.

"I suppose so yes were you here for the festival Shinja."
Kyana thought for a moment. Perhaps he had seen something of Katrea.
"Shinja have you seen Katrea on your travels. Long have I searched for him. Is Maki with you"
Kyana was shocked at the sight of the creature in half as she turned it had indeed been a mighty blow that had followed kisaragis strike. Shinja had indeed grown stronger since they last met.

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! WAAAAAAAAH!" cried the voice of an infant as Maki looked around. She was sitting in a pit of vines, each one squirming over the top of the other. "I'm much stronger than you! You have no power over me!" Maki shouted at the pod, which is almost the size of a small child. As she said that a vine snaked up her legs and pulled her down to her knees.
"We don't care about you," whispered a strange voice. "We offered to play with you, but we already have what we came for ... Muha ha ha ha ha!""What?" Maki said struggling to break free from the vines. "What? Did you think we were toying with you for your sanity? We don't care about you ... we came for darkness ... and now that we have it we could care less about you," said the strange voice as the Pod began glowing and slowly opening. "Would you like to say hello and goodbye to your son?""My son? I didn't give birth to any child? What are you talking about?" Maki shouted as she managed to free one leg. As she said that the pod opened and inside curled into a fetal position was a darkhaired boy. Her mouth dropped as the child had her own features about him. "What have you done?! What do you want with him?!" The voice laughed as it sealed the pod back up and pulled it into the earth leaving Maki in the darkness. "Foolish girl ... " it laughed then the room went dark.

Shinja shook his head. "I did not go to whatever festival you speak of, Kyana...and...we have not yet found Sir Katrea." For a few moments, Shinja dug around in his coat pockets, finally finding a smaller, spare bottle of liquor. "Maki is back at the hospital in the castle, along with the phoenix known as Fira, and Zetsuei..." He then closed his eyes and took a sip of the strong liquor. As he drank, he opened one eye at Kyana. "...Greed's son."
Twisting the cap back on, Shinja exhaled deeply before speaking. "To answer your first question, Kyana...my reason for being here is simple. Maki, Zetsuei, and I thought it would be nice to gather all of the survivors of the battle against Darktail and have a party of sorts. You, being one of those people, are invited." He then looked over at Kisaragi, a new face to Shinja. "Your friend is also invited."
Shinja leaned against a nearby tree after sheathing the Kusanagi. "So you've been searching for Sir Katrea...? I'm guessing that it didn't turn out too well. Perhaps we'll find him on our way to pick up the other survivors. For now, however, we should get back to the castle. Maki...hasn't been feeling too good lately." He gestured to Kyana and Kisaragi as he got up from the tree.

Kisaragi was shaken from the blow to the creature as drit flew in his eyes. Removing the dirt het saw not one but two humans. Kisaragi was not used to all this human or other race contact but he was growing a custom to it.
"...Hello there young human, I apologies for not seeing you. I was confused in the panic..."
Kisaragi walks up to the human and takes a sniff before moving away and sitting by a tree nearby.
"...If you wanted to know, I havent picked up any sent of that human you are searching for..."
Closing his eyes roots came from the group covering the small wounds Kisaragi had.

Maki sat in the darkness holding her knees to her body. "You're not going to trick me," she mumbled rocking back and forth. "I'm not sure who you are, but I won't let you win."

Fira soon looked over at Maki now fast asleep, she smiled slightly, "Well at least she's getting some rest." She glanced up at Zetsuei, "Where are you guys going after you leave this place?"

"I dont know yet, we plan to find every if not most of the people who foight against dark tail and hold a reunion to reunite the heroes once again. But wherever we go you are more than welcome to join us Fira."
Zetsuei, looked at Maki as she slept. He hoped she was fighting against the dark part of her mind.

Fira looked out the window as she listened to Zetsuei, "I will consider joining all of you, but I'm still not sure. I guess it's just I'm not used to traveling with so many people at one time." She looked up at him and down at Maki once again, "Don't worry too much, she'll beat what ever it is with in her mind."

Listening to Shinjas first words she was intrigued.
"Greeds son??? I thought he was the last of his race. This fira I do not know. How is maki anyway?"
It was then that kyana heard shinjas comment about maki being ill and it worried her greatly.
"Tell me shinja is she suffering after encountering dark tail.is it like what Katrea once had were a foul liquid seeped from his eye. or is it something like this."
Kyana slowly put her hand in the front of her top before holding onto her breast and with the other hand lowered her top on that side revealing a black almost scar like circle on her chest around the area of her heart. Quickly she lifted her top back upand removed her hand.
Looking down to kisaragi she crouched and hugged him.
"Its ok kisaragi we will just like we'll find your sister."
