Cagalli Yura Attha Seraphine-Exalted Cagalli Yura Attha Seraphine-Exalted metal can be almost as easily converted as plastic, whats the problem? Plastics are cheaper. more effortlessly cut through. doesn't need superglue. Doesn't break as often but generally are less detailed... the detail on this particular unit is simple enough to make from plastic. o_O It's not got intricate tiny details... Well, its just a fact that GW range metal models will always be more detailed than the plastic ones (speaking in general) simply for GW to compensate their higher price. (btw, could you go vote in the painting contest plz?)

Kupo, here is what you may want to do. Give at least one model in your army a Weapon to try destroying the Monolith(If they have one) or shooting at a C'tan, if possible. Next, If you give your Gaunts the Rending mutation in their squads, all to hit rolls of 6's will kill Necrons not near a Res-Orb. I have seen a hiding Lictor take down destroyer squads before, so you can attempt to use one for lowering the enemies fire power some-what. Next, Genestealers, while expensive, can shred through Necron Squads if they charge with enough strength.

Mhm... I see. Thanks for the advice! I found myself always having Genestealers coming out the wazzu. I remember last fight I was in, I deep striked the necrons. But I should have targeted the warriors, not the necron lord.

oh man, guys.... my dad just finished his hormagaunt squad, complete with hive node pieces... i am getting you guys pictures tomorrow, they are the only nids ive seen with yellow and purple scheme

for those who have not seen them yet. The new Raveners!!!  Is that head a cross between the old tyrant and the old carnifex? It has the mandibles and resembles the eyeless tyrant head. It might be me though...

Interesting Raveners. I'm wondering...It looks like it has 2 sets of talons, thusly it should get 3+2 attacks. That's how I have my original Raveners set up.

Woah! That's pretty cool actually. The new models I like are the new Tyrant Guard and Genestealers. They look pretty cool. The Raveners look very interesting. Kinda got the crest going on in there. I just hope they don't do anything to the Gaunts or the Warriors.

I recently bought the 3rd ed nid codex, and was very pissed off. They took away the sniper rifles! crying On another thought, what do you guys thing of this preveiw of my conversion based army?
