There really are alot of people dressing as E7 characters. The announcement system account is based on Renton Thurston (The character and the gaian member)

Now you can go to the different area's in the guild and have fun talking about Eureka 7 with others, You could make new ideas to spread the guild around, or you could join one of many RP's going on.
