*X grinned and wondered how Moo understood Acia's 'language', making a mental note to ask her later. Reaching out, she pet Acia lightly, not knowing how the glider would respond to her affections.*
That's wonderful, this way, I can make them when Banda and Isto come and visit us... Right Isto?

The glider churrs happily with X's touch, rising onto her hind legs to press her head against X's hand, encouraging the pets further.
Finishing off his third muffin, Isto nodded in reply, licking his fingers clean before replying with an enthusiastic 'Absolutely!' He winked, grinned, and reached for another muffin. Damn, these things were good... 'Course, his first meal in days had been the night before, so maybe that had something to do with it.

*Scooping Acia up carefully, she held the glider in one palm against her chest and pet the glider with the other hand's fingers. Slush rolled over with his muffin and finished it up, chomping the last bite before wiping his mouth with his paw and then looking up at Isto, as if finally realizing where he was, flopped back over onto his paws and hopped up on the table, looking even more confused. Why did he just automatically gone and plopped up in Isto's lap to get comfortable without a second thought? Now he was even more confused.*

The glider cheerfully snuggles against X, relaxing to enjoy the pets. Moo new how to make the muffins, so she needn't help. She'd only created the recipe n_n She didn't need at actually -cook- it. That's what humans were for.
Isto had managed to swipe a fourth muffin, and it was halfway to his mouth when Slush rolled over. He paused and flashed the younger SM a grin, which immediately faded as Slush hopped onto the table. Eck, was he still mad? Isto wasn't even sure what he'd done... That happened often e.<

Acia, you're just too adorable.
*X continued to snuggle Acia, but looked over when she heard movement from Slush's end, noticing that he had surprisingly abandoned Isto's lap. Slush saw the look in Sharkie's eyes and saw his smile fall, feeling even worse for acting as he was. Everything would just be easier if he were an adult, looking down at his paws he muttered to himself, cursing softly.*
If only I were older...... I'm sorry Sharkie, it's not you... I just feel trapt and confused...
*He looked up and snuck a quick peek at Isto to see his reaction.*

But of course n_n Acia already knew that. It was why she got away with so many things, including nearly burning down the back half of the house and wrecking Naraka's basement. It was good to be cute n_n
Isto didn't manage to hear Slush's first words, which was probably for the better. Sighing softly, he set his hands, one still holding a muffin, on his lap, looking away. Soo, Slush wasn't mad...just confused? Then why wouldn't he explain...? "No, it's...alright. You need any help, just tell me, okay?"

*Slush wanted to talk to Isto, but what would he say? 'Hey Sharkie, I had a dream we almost did the dirty in the closet.' Wait... Since when has he not been blunt about being a whore? If Sharkie stopped liking him because he thought that he was too creepy... then so be it. Mum would always be there for him, and Jen too. Though he was still confused about everything else, he had decided to tell Isto about the dream... just not in front of everyone else.*
Um... Sharkie, can we talk away from everyone?
*X was too intent on snugging with Acia to notice Slush.*

Isto was...so, so very confused. He glanced up, then nodded slightly, rising to his feet with the muffin still in hand. He gestured in the general direction of the labs; both Moo and Acia were in the kitchen, so it was extremely unlikely anyone would be there. After flashing X a faint smile, he led the way out of the kitchen and down the hallway, taking a few turns before winding up within Acia's lab. He waited for Slush to enter, then closed the door. "Mmhmm?"
Meanwhile, back in the kitchen, Acia suddenly...grew o_o In an instant she was more of an anthro than animal, curled up in X's arms and thoroughly enjoying the snuggles. "I never getta snuggle like this. Jus' cling ta Moo's neck. Oo, I talked!"

*Slush hopped down and followed Isto, sitting down on the floor once he had arrived into the lab. Sighing softly, he looked up at Isto and gave him a half smile, and before he lost his nerve, Slush blurted out what he was thinking.*
Sharkie, I had a dream last night. You an' me were both fifth stagers, an' Moo shoved us both into a closet... Well and, bottom line is we snogged, an' talked too. Serious talking if I recall correctly... But I won't bother with that...
*When Slush trailed off, he noticed he was shaking, which he tried to hide unsuccessfully, casting his glance anywhere but at Isto, he didn't want to see Isto cringe and make disgusted faces, it would just hurt too much.*
*X widened her eyes and peered down at Acia, completely bugger eyed. She continued to pet him though, snuggling the anthro.*

Even as Slush was speaking, Isto couldn't help but think 'Here we go again'... Well, that explained the strange behavior. Isto wasn't nearly as freaked out as he would have been days before; he'd heard that Jen...liked him last night, so why did it matter if Slush did to? Except now that meant that he'd have to choose... Eck, wait, no! Guys, male, errg.... He wasn't gay -yet-...he thought. Was he? Arrg, now he was confused...
"That is an...interesting dream, umm..." He paused, and nearly laughed aloud. HOOOOOOLD ON! This was Slush! Who was still a CHILD! And already dreaming about...that!?! ...Isto wasn't sure if that was terribly funny or extremely frightening. He decided to stick with funny. He raised an eyebrow, crouching down to grin at Slush, normal fingers gently turning the pink SM's head to face him. "Was it a good dream?"
"I wonder why..." Acia murmurred, peering up at X. She blinked, frowning faintly. "Won-der...wunner...wund-er....wonder was right, ya?" At the sound of an unfamiliar voice, Moo looked up from her bowl of muffin mix, mouth dropping open. She dropped the spoon and ran around the counter to X's side, staring in shock at the glider girl. "You...but...how!? We didn't do a.... Ohhh...."

Wonder, yep that's right.
*Isto had realized, and Slush was absolutely terrified of what he was thinking, but hearing his comment made Slush chuckle. Of course he ******** enjoyed it, but that didn't mean he was weirded out by the fact that he was a child. And if he was weirded, Isto probably was too. Slush looked up and saw the grin, relaxing somewhat but still shaking slightly.*
It was... uh... a very good dream... actually.

Giggling, the glider pulled free of X's arms, patting her on the hand in thanks before leaping over to Moo, practically walking on air. Wind manipulation was really quite helpful. She spun around in a quick circle as she landed on Moo's shoulder, arms spread wide. "Savin' Iriz...Irisss....Iris, ya think? It was Naya... Nayati's door, but works the same?" Moo nodded her agreement, too excited by the change to really say anything more.
This time, Isto laughed aloud. He couldn't help it. To hink that Slush had dreamed of himself as fifth stage... snogging in a closet with Isto. Wow, yeah, that was a bit strange. But amusing. And something to look forward to... NO, grahh. Isto grimaced slightly at his own thought, then grinned, releasing Slush's head and falling back to sit on the floor. "Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it."

*Slush was surprised that Isto wasn't mad, it was hard to believe really, but he guessed it was all he could do, trust Isto. Nodding, Slush cautiously moved towards Isto, wondering if he'd be angry if he were to hop into his lap.*

Noticing X's bewildered expression, Moo explained. "Velvets have to complete a quest in order to grow, but Acia never did one...or so we thought. Apparently when we went to get the herbs for Iris in Nayati's door, it had the same effect... Musta just taken longer because it was Nayati's door and not hers."
Acia seemed satisfied with the answer, and did not immediately reply. She was busy trying to get used to standing on two legs. Quite suddenly, she looked up, nearly falling over as her concentration ended. "D'you think Sidney grew too!?!"
Slush still seemed....confused, but, eh, could you really blame him? Grinning faintly, Isto chuckled, watching the younger SM curiously. "I'm not mad at you, if that's what you're thinking. Why should I be? It's your dream, dream what you'd like. Personally, I'm flattered."

*Slush smiled slightly, carefully hopping into Isto's lap, feeling it safe to do so. As he curled up there, he looked upat Isto and gave him a thoughtful look.*
Why would that be flattering? Do you like the idea of kissing guys too?
