I'm silverwings, but call me Silver.

I fell in love with Anita Blake when I first read Blue Moon over a year ago. Ever since, I have been collecting the series.

I myself am writing a fantasy novel series, which has no title as of yet. >.< But I am looking forward to publishing.

I hope to make some good friends here. Anita Blake rules!

Hello, I'm Numerica.

I'm a 22(23 on Monday) year old college student. I'm majoring in math and planning on going to graduate school. I've been reading Laurell K. Hamilton for about 6 years. I love both the Anita Blake and Merdith Gentry series, and am eagerly awaiting the release of the next two books. I think waht I lave the most about her books is the way she integrates fantasy and the supernatural with everday life. This sounds foolish, but I've found very few books that do a good job of potraying modern day America with magic as anything but something a select few know about believeably. Both series do that incredibly well.

Hello everyone. ^__^ My name is Olivia and I'm 18. I've been a fan of the Anita Blake series for about for years now. I was in a book store with my dad when I was fourteen and I happened to glance at the cover of Narcasis in Chains. I started reading the first page, then asked my dad if he would get it for me. He did, and it wasn't until I got halfway through the book that I found out this was the EIGHTH book in the series. sweatdrop I have yet to start at the beginning, considering they're always check out of the library when I look. Anyway, I just bought the first comic in the series and so far it's just as interesting as the book. ^__^ (I love comics.)

That's about it! Have a great day everyone! ^__^

Hey, name's Jed. I was first introduced to anita via a friend. I picked up Circus of the Damned and read the first chapter. By the end of the chapter the book had been taken away from me and Guilty Pleasures replaced it. My favorite out of the series is Obsidian Butterfly, because Edward rocks my socks and I grew up in that area. I've not read the last couple, as I've not had the chance to get my grubby little paws on them. crying

Hey all. I'm Fawn, 18, and currently drowning in an unread stack of books. I've been reading laurell's works since I stole my mothers copy of Killing Dance (years ago).

To this day I'm still waiting for my idol to come back, Edward crying .

Bon Jour. My name on gaia here is Gem. But IRL it is Alexandria. I first started reading Laurell K. Hamilton's books when I stumbled across Blue Moon at the local library. I than bought my set of the series. I loved Anita Blake's books so much that I even started reading the Merry Gentry series and following that one closely also. The Merry Gentry actually inspired my gaian display name and character background. Oh and a little background of myself, I am short three months of being 18 and I am also waiting to graduate ((In June!! woot!!)) this year.

Hi. I can't exactly remember if I had posted in here but I am pretty sure I haven't. I love the Anita Blake series and I really can't wait for the next book. I first encountered the book during the summer when I was doing a little summer reading. I was a bit confused at first because I really didn't know which was the first book. So with my skills I randomly picked one and just thought "hey if it's not the first, it's not the end of the world" and to my delight...the random book I picked was Guilty Pleasures and since then I have been a big fan of the books...

My favorite characters are pre-ardeur Anita, Edward, Micha and Jean-Clude

I am also a Harry Potter Fan

My name is Alice, and I was obsessed of Anita Blake books in late summer early fall 05. The reason I started reading them is ages ago (in the 1990s) I found a site with a bunch of quotes (which I can't find anymore) and decided to look it up when I needed reading material.

Lately Ms. Hamilton's latest book as been very disappointing, me thinking her last decent book was probably Obsidian Butterfly, followed by Narcissicus (sp, sorry).

I also had the chance to go to a signing last summer, and I enjoyed it better than I thought, which is where I got Danse Macabre signed.

Overall, I'm sad her books are the way they are now, as in the beginning you had more mystery stories and I found them way more exciting and entertaining.

Here's hoping they get better, because I really do love them and the characters in it!

I'm Amanda, you can call me DeathsRequiem, or Requiem if you wish. I've loved the Anita Books since I was 13. I'm 17 now. I've been obsessed with vampire for a while.

I heard from Sherlliyn Kenyon (An Author and Friend of Laurell) that the books were going to change. Here's to hoping that they get a little more plot! ^_^

Sarah.

I've been reading Anita for...geez....eight or so years. Yes, that means I started reading them when I was ten but I was awesome like that so it works.

I am an EA fan. Meaning Earlier Anita or Pre-Ardure becasue now...well...she's just a Hoe. I think the last decent book was Obsidian. Narcissus was alright but...she has to much on her plate. She has to many guys and is too powerful.

She still kicks..uhh...butt though.

I haven't read Danse yet and I'm not to excited about Harlequin but...that could change.
