Xilocent knew she called his bluff. He wasn't in the condition to fight her, not now. AS he was thrown across the room, he thinks to himself, "Of all the ways to die...."

Talitha came just in time to see Xilocent being thrown across the room. Quickly moving out of sight she saw who it was. Kay.

Kay disapeared in the whirl of flames only to reapear right where Xilocent landed. Picking him up once again, this time by the throat, she stopped for a moment. She saw Talitha in the corner of her eye and gave a small smile. "Are we having fun?" she asked Xilocent, not giving the slightest hint that she knew of Talithas presence.

Coughing, and choking, Xilocent managed only a few words. "Stop toying with me an kill me already.....you know you can..."

"Aw and ruin all my fun?" Kay replied in a mocking tone. Now completely serious, all humor gone from her face. "Very well." The whirl of flames surrounded both Kay and Xilocent, making them vanish from view. Now very high up above the tavern Kay looked directly at Xilocent. "This is what every one will deal with, Kauru could not interfear this time. Now you know I am not weak." With that she threw Xilocent towards the ground with all her strength.

As Xilocent was hurled through the ceiling of the tavern, his thought were, "What is Tali gonna think?" As he its the floor, a piece of the broken ceiling lodged itself through his shoulder. "AHHHHHHH!!!!!" He screamed. He suddenly sees Talitha out of the corner of his eye. "dammit, i can't die yet......" He uses his last ounce of strength to create a portal around him, and it swallows him.

Kay apeared in the tavern once more, looking for Xilocent. "Where are you?!" she yelled, knowing full well that bodies don't just disappear. "I will ask only one more time!" Kay was instintly behind Talitha and went to take hold of her arm. "Come out of hiding coward or I will kill her, I know being thrown from a higher distance will kill her instantly!"

Talitha was still stunned from seeing Xilocent crash through the ceiling, only to be snapped back into reality when her arm was grabbed by Kay. She grabbed at Kays hand trying to pry her fingers open, she was not strong enough. So she did the one thing she knew she could and that was scream. Dakota then crashed through a window to get inside after hearing her scream, recognising Kay he stopped dead in his tracks and just howled.

Kay flattened her ears to her head and yelled at Talitha and the wolf. "Shut up!" She out stretched her free hand towards Dakota as fire started to surround it. "Shut up the both of you or the wolf dies now!"

Talitha immediately stopped screaming and only looked at her precious companion, who continued to howl and completely ignore Kay.

Xilocent bursts through the door, and one with one look at him, you know he's not the same. Where once was a pair of passionate, loving eyes, now there is only one, half of his face and his entire right arm having been replaced by cybernetic replacements. "See what you've done to me!?"

Kay grinned when Xilocent came back, busrting through the door. Letting go of Talitha she moved to the middle of the room and admired her work on Xilocent. "Looks nice." She said sarcasticly.

"I hope you're happy, because this cybernetic crap is all I have, until i can be completely healed....and that maybe be never....." With a speed that was unusual for him, he runs behind Kay, and attepts to lock her ar4ms behind her with his.

Kay was startled slightly when her arms were grabbed. "Well then lets hope you arn't healed my dear Xilo." She remarked, amused. With that she vanished, only an echoed laughter is heard after she left. The laughter then faded.
